Getting them to answer the phone in the pharmacy is difficult, getting them to actually fill the Rx is even more difficult.I have brought by a physical Rx and they didn't fill it, I've ordered a refill by phone and they didn't refill it, I've called and talked to someone and they still didn't fill my Rx. It is as though they wanted me physically there before they filled my Rx .I do my best to avoid doing business with this Walgreens.

Pharmacy employees are very rude. Hung up on me mid conversation. They act like assisting a customer is too much of an inconvenience

This pharmacy is always short staffed. They do try to make the best of it. There are things out of their control for example medication back orders… there are things out of their control. Most of the staff is new and just learning. Some people should be more patient and understanding. The pharmacist and a few of the technicians are pretty knowledgeable and try very hard. Progress takes time and I feel management is moving in the right direction !

If you want a pharmacy that never answers phone calls or fill your prescription within 3 days of when receiving it..come to carthage Walgreens where shi tty service is always in stock and they smile as you die without your medication. Maybe change the name to Jack Kavorkian Pharmacy.

Really don’t understand how this Pharmacy is still in business. They never have medication and staff can be a little tricky. Slow is the top speed at which they work. The front end of this store is great and friendly people.

Pharmacy is horrible. Slowest in the county but mainly blame management on this. They do not have enough help and help they had tonight was overwhelmed and frustrated. Waited over a day for a prescription and still wasn't ready upon my arrival. Lady at the window lied and said it was just called in but I verified with them they had the prescription the day before and had went to the doctor 3 days before. Pharmacist had an attitude with me after I sat behind one car for 25 min to get to the window. Canceled my perception will drive to adjacent county before going here again. Not asking for much but this place is failing miserably. Hope management can step their game up and make a turnaround but judging by most reviews this is probably out of the picture.

AVOID!!! They are always short-staffed which makes you feel bad for them. But when you are trying to pick up Rx, waiting for an hour and then.. oh yeah- we are backordered on that we don't know when it will come in. Or multiple trips back because their communication with Dr offices is sub-par. Seriously- drive to a different store. Even with the drive you will be saving massive amount of time and headaches.

Terrible experience at the pharmacy. I took a prescription there with the intentions of dropping it off because I figured there would be a wait time. They told me it would be 15-20 minutes and I had no problem coming back to pick it up. I returned two hours later and the woman at the counter said "they forgot to take it to the back" so it had not been filled and it would be 15-20 minutes. What??? I took the script and walked out. But I was so disappointed - the medicine is for my cat, not me. I went back inside to share my experience with the manager. I didn't understand why they couldn't fill it right away since it was their mistake. She agreed and we were walking back to the counter and she said they would have to retype everything into the computer. I had a 20 minute drive home and at that point, after working all day, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Pharmacy is a disaster and should audited or closed down. Probably easier to get it off the street. They can never find your prescriptions after you have been notified it is ready for pickup. This place has really gone downhill the past year. I wonder how many people receive the wrong medication. I will be transferring back to CVS. A one star rating is too high for this kind of service.

The automated system will call and say your script is ready, but then you get there and they tell you it’s not, and you will have to wait 40mins which has turned into two hours. The majority of the pharmacy techs are rude, and act like your presence is a complete inconvenience. One pharmacy tech found out the insurance I had and told me it would be cheaper and faster for me to get my meds filled at the hospital.There is one girl that works in pharmacy that has been helpful. So that’s why this review gets one star at all. I really hope The staff get it together.. the people in this area are aging and need a good pharmacy to depend on. WhT a shame :(

Went there to talk to pharmacist, it was 10 minutes before the pharmacy opened but he came out to talk me anyway. One of the most unfriendly, unprofessional people I’ve ever met. Will not be going back there.

Why does the drive through phx take priority over the customer standing in front of you in the store? Stood there for 10m just to drop off a script before someone finally came out from behind the counter and gave me <30 seconds of their time.

Very slow time to fill prescriptions. Slow in store pickup, slow drive through. They are under staffed. Plan on it taking several hours to a day to have something filled. Also called to see if a script was ready just to arrive and them wait till then to ask for insurance when it could have been done over the phone. Everyone in the pharmacy always seems stressed and never happy. I’d recommend the pharmacy next door, they are super quick and talk to you by name.

Some lady named Nicci ( is how she spells it ) don’t have time for anyone!! I was telling her the problem I was having and she seriously walked away from me!! Did not say anything just walked away!!I asked the other lady that was trying to help me that was super sweet and was just as surprised as I was if she was( Nicci )done helping and she said with a confused face I guess. She should be fired if that is the way she is going to treat people! Not to mention she was rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing the entire time!!

Walgreens always send text my medication is ready but when I arrive it is not filled. They will not fill meds until you totally run out then they are out of stock and you have to wait days to get it. Today I received a text my meds were ready for pickup,but when I arrived was told dr authorization was needed. Then after speaking to the pharmacist was told they were out of stock to check back tomorrow. I'm moving to the prescription shop. I'm done.

Horrible service! They call and say your prescription is ready, drive there to wait in long lines only for them to say sorry it’s not ready can you come back in 30 mins. Then 30 mins go by only for them to say the same thing..it will be another 30 mins. They will fill one prescription and then you end up having to come back the following day to pick. It’s NEVER ENDING WITH ISSUES AT THIS WALGREENS!

Don't understand the hate. They are slow, but don't judge me for my meds. The price is initially outrageous. They signed me up for a card that made the pills very affordable. My only problem is the wait time.

Very high prices on store since mot many choices in Carthage. You may or may not get your meds. I moved my prescriptions after someone supposedly signed with an X and picked mine up. My blood pressure goes up every time I ho in. O buy vitamins when it is bogo.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars!!!! They are so unprofessional cussing at customers it takes weeks to get anything filled that’s a reoccurring prescription! For a CHILDDD!!!!!!! Rolling your neck running your mouth about the customer surely isn’t the way to go. Period. I moved my WHOLE families prescriptions today.

I ordered my medicine nearly 24 hours in advance and they still weren’t filled by the time I arrived to get them. I even gave ample time after the predicted availability. Switching pharmacies, I am tired of this place.

I cannot believe you charged $16.00 for 2 - 4 packs of Charmin Toilet paper. If this is not price gouging at its finest. I am soooo disappointed, as I always try to support my local businesses. It will be returned to you. I will no longer be supporting this organization.

Upon calling in meds 3-4 hours ahead of time they still aren’t ready when we go to pick up. Staff unfriendly and slow at doing there job. Always a line and they never get in a hurry.

Customer service is horrible!! I spent 15 minutes on hold trying to check on the status of my daughter's prescriptions. Never once did I speak to a person they just pick up and put you back on hold without saying anything.. this has happened twice..

The worst pharmacy in the area .. rude associates, pharmacists that seem to be bothered by your presence, prescriptions that always seem to disappear and prices 50 to 75% higher than neighboring pharmacies - no wonder they couldn't afford to fix their air conditioning a while back. Find a diffferent pharmacy

I don't mind being independent when I am shopping but I really don't like that when you are checking out the cashier can't seem to stop having a conversation with their co worker about the movies. May as well have been on their cell phone!

Slow!! Have tried calling several days in a row to get a prescription moved and always put on hold until I just hang up. Today I have time to wait so I call and still on hold now for 25 minutes and counting!!

This has to be the worst pharmacy in the area. Drop off a prescription at 1:00 come back at 5:34 and they tell me its still not ready ! There are 5 people working here right now and 1 prescription of 30 pills is not ready hours later. I will not be coming back to this place. Done .

This is the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever used. Don’t use it unless you have to. The people at the Pharmacy Shoppe are much nicer and a lot quicker
