Everytime I come to shop I always feel welcome. Almost seems like every associate goes out of their way to make sure I can find everything that I am looking for. If they don't have something a associate always looks it up to see if it can be ordered and all the info on a item. I prefer Ace over Lowes any day of the week.

I shop at this Ace every so often when I don't want to go all the way to Aberdeen when I need something. All of the employees in this store are super nice and helpful. And now that they are in a new bigger building they carry a lot more stuff, which is really helpful. I would like to see more variety of tool brands, maybe a little less Milwaukee and more less expensive homeowner options like Ryobi. After all it's supposed to be a neighborhood hardware store, instead of high end overpriced professional tools that no homeowner could justify buying just to use a couple times a year.

Shopped at both the old Ace and Provision Ace, and the experiences were always positive and amazing. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. You hardly have to walk around looking for assistance here. I hardly ever go to Lowes now even though it's a closer drive for me. They also sell meat and alcohol here.

Really disappointed in this new facility. Less 'real' hardware items and more high priced foreign (Chinese) items. Then a 'bar' serving alcohol - no thank you. Will be going elsewhere even if a few miles farther to get my hardware and planting needs.

Since the new building opened, there's a lot more in stock and am able to use them over Lowe's much more frequently. Always friendly staff and someone always checks to see if you need help finding something.

Woefully understaffed for a busy time. Staff was knowledgeable on product placement and very friendly with excellent customer service. Wait times to check out were beyond ridiculous. Several customers just walked out. This store needs more cashiers or a self check out. Store was exceptionally clean and well stocked. If you are in a hurry I definitely recommend another store unless you have 30 plus minutes to wait in-line while each cashier tries to sign people up for an Ace Hardware membership instead of ringing up customers.

I went to this store today to buy some gifts for my sister and nephew. When I first walked in, it seemed very nice until we walked into the gifts and clothing section where an older lady immediately started asking what we needed. We politely said we’re just looking, thank you though. Then not long after finding a candle we liked for my sister. She again bothered us and said to bring in to her desk to wrap since I was apparently “tossing” it in my hand. I said “well I plan to pay for it so don’t worry about it”. The whole time watching while we shop. I was definitely not gonna bring what I planned on buying to her and she almost made not buy anything altogether. We finally found some stuff for my nephew and checked out up front with an employee named Michele. She was extremely friendly, asked questions about our day, and pointed how good our purchases were for the party we were going to. She just made great friendly conversation. She is the only reason I’ve rated this 3 stars.

Stopped into get some paint for a job. A couple miles from here. Very very clean. It's everything you could think of Ace hardware store would have and more. They had a Kensington line of paint which I thought worked really well. We bought we bought a satin finish for the trim with the high grade they had and was really good paint. The old guy mixing our paint was a little edgy and short sided. But what do you expect from someone that's 75 or better? As we waited for our paint, I stood there and looked about the entire store. Pretty much everything you could think of hardware wise with what look to be a farm supply as well. Just remember when in doubt, Ace is the place to be.

Love the smoker grill options and all the spices they offer and pellets. Neat store to jus browse and look around. Lots of great gifts for anybody. Employees are very friendly and courteous.

I've been here numerous times and get mixed experiences on the whole. I get great service and assistance with any guy in the place who has helped with hardware and lawn equipment. I also get great service at the gift center. But in the outdoor area or the front checkout/customer service area, they could care less about customer service. As mentioned a few times in reviews, I have gotten less than favorable reactions from employees when asking for the military discount. In the outdoor area, they never have time to help and always act like whatever I'm asking (advice or help getting a product from an unreachable location) is an act of congress. Today my husband and I went in to ask if they would price match an item that was $10 cheaper at Ace Hardware online. The clerk didn't know and went to ask the manager. She must've overheard because she didn't even wait for the clerk to restate the question, she cut her off and loudly said "No." No explanation or apology for not being able to accommodate. No customer service experience at all. My husband was so mad he returned the item he was going to buy one way or another. We will seriously rethink before buying any item here over another store that offers better customer service and actually cares about its military population. We don't have to go far to do so.

The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Prices and wide selection are more than competitive. It may not be right around the corner, but the shopping experiences more than justify the drive.
