This place is TRIFLING 🤷🏿‍♂️. BEFORE I rant, To the person Replying on their behalf 😅... I don't NEED YOU TO PASS this on to the Mgr, CLEARY there isn't a MGR. The store has been very unpredictable with hours. Some days it's banker's hours, while others it's CLOSED... As you can see 👀 from the image upload. Let's talk about the coffee ☕️. ☕️I've Never been to a place that doesn't offer coffee LIDS. By contrast, if someone gets burned 🔥 by the uncovered cup 🥤 😳... they'll be doing DAMAGE 💔 CONTROL. Shut down the ENTIRE store. I think 🤔 it'll be good to turn the space into something 🤔 more meaningful, productive and staffed. Now, forward this to headquarters in ARIZONA 👍🏿🔨

This place sucks. It’s always closed. Employees are terrible and the inside of the store is nasty. Also never any paper in the pumps. Wish I could give it 0 stars6/20: Closed, 240pm on a Monday. Wow!

A young lady with glasses and a bun was very rude to not only me but the customer before me. I asked her if i could get cash back and she looked at me and said she just opened up while she continued to talk to a friend which was in front of the register talking the whole time I was inserting my card and putting in my PIN number etc. which in my eyes is totally unacceptable! Meanwhile I also used the restroom while there and there wasn’t any tissue at all yet an employee stands around talking to a friend that doesn’t even work there. Definitely makes sense as to why this is the only circle k that I’ve ever been to that rarely has customers. Don’t waste your time going here only three or four of the pumps are working and you can only get 87 grade gas.

sadly, this place is a mess. i find that it is never open in the evenings (despite it saying it is open 24/7). their coffee is never fresh. the employees are always very nice, which is incredible given the situation there!

Management of this place is no where to be found. It is not 24 hours as it says on google and hasnt been for a long time. Half the time in the middle of the day the doors are locked. Never any receipt paper in pumps and always out of the same tobacco. This has to be the worst performing circle k in the area. Get it together or let a company take over that will actually do what is needed!!

This place is NOT 24 hours. On multiple occasions I’ve gone between 1am-4am & the attendant is there with the door locked refusing customers for no valid reason. When asked when they’ll reopen, he never answers he just rudely shoos customers away. Update the hours if you’re not going to serve 24/7 like they say.

This store needs a lot improvement. The coffee machines were not working because needed to be emptied. There was not creamer in the creamer dispensers or the little ones to go. The entire coffee area was dirty. It even had trash. This is the worse Circle K I have ever been to. Will not come back. It is nasty.

I stopped by this gas station on the way down the east coast. The cashier (I think his name was mike) gave me the single most polite experience that I have ever received at a gas station. This is now my preferred gas station in the chapel hill area. They train their workers to be polite, courteous, and all around great customer service reps.

This station used to be open 24 hours. The Google review says they are. They are no longer doing that. I have worked at two businesses nearby and they are closed by 11. They are getting eaten alive by Han-Dee Hugos literally across the street.

Went There February 4th At 9:30 Pm There Was A Young Man at the door waving to customers they were closed. I guess they did not want no ones money. I will take my business elsewhere went across the street To Han-Dee Hugo's. They appreciated my money

POOR customer service. The lady at the register had an attitude with me because I was checking out and interrupting the personal phone call that she was on while she was ringing me up. Also they had a promotion/deal hanging up in the store that said if you got a drink you would get a candy bar that just came out for a dollar. I planned to get that and she said snarled at me and said “oh we aren’t doing that” ...so why are there advertisements throughout the store for it...? I’ll be avoiding this store from now on.

Been coming here for years. They don't replace the receipt paper at the pumps... ever. I file gas for taxes and always have to go in for a receipt. I'm done

I walked in the store today and a very cute woman was the behind the counter her name is Anyya she’s the new manager their she assisted me with my purchases. Very nice and polite, easy on the eyes. I’m definitely making this my go to store in Carrboro

This gas station has an excellent air compressor- you set the pressure and it will automatically fill your tires to that pressure. It's a small luxury.
