Cashier’s incompetence wasted almost an hour of my life because she put the $15 of a client on the wrong pump at the same I got there. I cancelled the transaction because I noticed the $15 and I thought it was a malfunction or somebody had put gas and left. It managed to reset to 0 and I began pumping my car with my own debit card. Cashier calls me half way into pumping gas to accuse me of stealing the gas because apparently there is no way of canceling it. Threatened me with taking a picture of my license plate and saying she would call the cops. She didn’t want to check the transactions and admit she wasted eveybodys time. She ended up telling me “You can go”. We are not thieves, and if we were, we would definitely not have stayed for that amount of time for your slow ahh. I’m sorry your kids don’t love you ma’am. Thank you (You were arguing with a minor)

They are bad for business they had me sitting outside thinking they was really gone come but never showed it must’ve payday and they didn’t show up 😂😂 but u got to keep the money flowing right ? That lil check shouldn’t. Cause a person to miss work

This is by far the worst convenience store I have ever been to in my entire life! It Is by no means convenient, in any sense of the word. You never know when they will be open or not, even though they are supposed to be a 24-hour convenience store. You might as well save yourself the time, headache, frustration, and assume they're not open because they probably are not. Go somewhere else!

As many other reviews have noted, it's NOT open 24 hours. Honestly I wouldn't mind, if only they would SHARE THE ACTUAL HOURS with customers instead of insisting it's always open - a blatant misrepresentation and, by this point, functionally no different than having NO nighttime schedule at all.It's a shame, because the inside's always well stocked and the employees I've met there have all been nice... but its deceptive store hours have wasted enough of my time to wipe out that positive impression entirely.So. I don't really bother with this place anymore.Until they update the hours to even remotely reflect reality, I'd suggest you dear reader do the same.

The employee Taylor spends to much time trying to be cute and not enough training has been implemented in her doing her job well. I went to the register yesterday to purchase a cold beverage she stands there with no price view available on the machine with her hand out very rude. Her customers service needs a lot of work and she is very combative with customers. Because of the terrible and often times very unprofessional service that I receive from this employer I am going to give circle k a one on my review.

The store hours change every single day and it always has a sewage smell to it. They really need to look into that for real.

They do this very frequently and it’s always well over 10 minutes. Probably never coming here again this is ridiculous. It’s 1:46 in the afternoon.

I am really aggravated with this gas station as of recently. I currently live at the apartment across the street and occasionally walk across rather than driving. However lately, I have noticed they have begun closing at random hours of the night. They are supposed to be a 24 hr station, but I understand there are circumstances sometimes to cause reason for closing. I finally decided to write a review tonight when I checked to see if they were open right before leaving, and it said they were open until 11 pm. Once I got there, (5 min walk) they were closed and the Google was changed to "temporarily closed". I have had good experiences at this gas station, but I am giving three stars because this circle K doesn't offer any hot food or any things other circle Ks offer. The employees have always been kind to me.

Gas prices don't go up 45 cents in one day unless you're price gouging. As I live across the street, I have seen this station routinely raise its prices 30 cents at the beginning of the day and by the end of the day lower it back to where it started.

I've often been here and been met with locked doors at 6pm, so that kind of ruins me and any other customer shopping there. There is only one guy that is friendly that works there other times the cashiers are on the phone or don't talk to me at all, don't even respond when I ask them how they are. I try my best to avoid this store.

Again, listed as 24 hours but the doors are always locked at night! No one is on staff on the evenings. I am a local Carrboro resident and Customer Service Agent and have to drive 5 miles just for gas.

Here it is, 10:50pm. Sign says open 24 hours. Doors are locked, no signs indicating why anywhere. Seems like they're having trouble getting employees.9:20pm June 2: you guessed it - closed.4:10pm June 3: closed!

Literally never open and the pumps are constantly broken. Last time I went the nozzle was broken and leaked gasoline all over my car. Went to tell the cashier and the store was closed at 2pm on a weekday… Went again months later and both of the pumps I tried wouldn’t accept my PIN and the store was closed again! At noon!
