Can’t believe I haven’t reviewed the farmers market after all these years. It’s a wonderful Saturday market. Definitely has a cozy small town feel to it. The vegetable selections are wonderful. always way more than what I’m looking for. The bakery & sweets vendors products are delicious. There are flower vendors as well as some plants. From honey & nuts to meats/seafood & cheeses. There is a bit of a parking lot, but many times we park down the street and walk to it. They have coffee/tea vendor which is great to get my 1st cup of the day. FYI no dogs allowed on Market Days.

Our favorite place to spend Wednesday afternoon and Sunday morning. The price can’t be compared to a grocery store, the stands here are local farm after all. However, it felt good to shop from local farmers. Everything are fresher and the atmosphere is fun. There’s a small playground for kids, water fountain, restroom and parking lots next to it.

Simply one of the best farmers markets I've been to. Fresh organic vegetables. Finally crafted pasta, bread, cheese, tamales. You can even find outdoor furnishing and metal work for your garden. A Carrboro tradition that is warm, inviting and well worth a visit.

This farmers market is wonderful ♡. You have to get donuts and lemonade while you're there! There's so much pretty art to see and delicious fresh produce and fun jewelry! Everyone is very friendly and the playground is fenced in for the kids.

We go there for the donuts. They are fresh and delicious! The farmers market is on the small side but very cute. There's usually music playing that makes it even a welcoming environment. There's a playground on the other side for children to play. You can find a coffee truck, hot dog stand and a couple other food stands. Finding a parking spot can be a challenge but there are usually spots on the street around the area.

Cute place! It's an open market and the goods are all so fresh. Some stalls sell cakes and cookies and drinks and it's good. They also sell flowers to brighten up your home. The highlight is when i saw one stall selling water spinach! Im from indonesia and this veggie is delicious!

The winter market is a little smaller in terms of vendors, but there are some beautiful products and produce available! I got a nice assortment of treats and vegetables!

Very small scale. But I do appreciate that almost every good is priced. I don’t think the merchants will receive a lot of payments, at least until their goods become perished.

I've loved going here for years. They have fresh produce as well as a couple fun stands like pastries and arts. A majority of vendors have stayed the same over the years, so you can really build a connection with them if you go every week. If you're new to the area - I highly recommend stopping by to get a sense of the community here. My favorite breakfast to get here is any pastry from Sari Sari sweets and a coffee from 3 Waters Cafe.

A delight farmer's market near Chapel Hill. Parking can be hard to find but stick with it, the market is worth a visit. Lot's of variety and items to sample. During our visit we bought a squash, fudge, goat cheese, and hot peppers.

Great little farmers market with the sweetest vendors + a wide variety of goods. I love coming here! Parking is somewhat limited, but tends to turn over quickly. Make sure you stop by Soul Cocina for the yummiest tamales and gluten free/vegan meals!

Best farmer's market. Great local feel, very local products (with just a single one to avoid obviously selling remotely sourced product - you will know it when you see it). Most vendors are small local growers within 20 miles of carrboro with organic and sustainable products. Also locally grown and milled grains and flours, crafts, prepared foods, and great bread and baked goods.

Came for the Farmer's Market and left with chili crisp and some fish for fish tacos; both items I never expected to find.

i absolutely love this farmers market, i come here every saturday morning!! great selection and friendly people, there's usually live music too :) gets very busy once it hits 10am though, and parking gets more difficult. as other reviewers have said, turnover is relatively quick for the lots right by the market but there are more municipal lots a few minutes walk away that are sometimes quicker to park in.also, about the no-dogs policy, there are actually 7 (that i've counted) very visible signs in the market saying "no dogs during market hours"! three hung from the ceiling under both of the covered areas (which can be seen in the photos people have added in other reviews), and another at eye level right next to the main entrance with the "Home of the Carrboro Farmers' Market" sign. additionally, on the front page of their website below the "hours" link is another note about no dogs during the market. please remember to check what the policies are before you bring your pets anywhere!

I was pretty disappointed at the farmers market selection. There were only a handful of tables, mostly fruits and vegetables. Only 2 jarred goods were there, honey and nut butters. I was really hoping to find local jams to bring home. I did purchase a hat for my grandfather to replace his 20+ year old farmers market hat.

We went for the annual tomato festival. The grounds are lovely and there are excellent vendors but the traffic control both with people and vehicles need some serious attention

I love my Saturday mornings at the farmer's market. Dropping off food waste for composting, and picking up fresh produce on the way, along with some treats that we eat on the grass- it's tradition at this point :) The vendors are all so nice, and I love seeing their different crafts- all handmade and so unique. I really appreciate all the work & love they put into what they do.
