I asked for lettuce, it’s maybe two/strands of lettuce? The cheeseburger was extremely cold, cheese barely melted if melted at all! And the onion rings are burnt crisp! I paid almost 7 bucks for this! The onion rings would have been good if they weren’t burnt. I hate writing bad reviews. But I also dislike giving money away. Which is what I pretty much done with this food. The cheese came slap off the bun when I opened the burger to take this picture! 🤣🤣🤣Kid-friendliness: I’ve had much better customer service. They don’t speak nor greet you at all.

Best little diner in town! Fridays special is steak and gravy with two sides (I always get Mac and cheese and mashed taters) this is the best thing on the menu. I’ve never not been satisfied eating here!

Great local restaurant run by a group of wonderful ladies. Our friends and I were fortunate enough to find this little gem in a Google search and it did not disappoint. It’s located off the beaten path but just minutes off the main highway. Don’t be concerned when you turn down a street that takes you into a neighborhood area. Food was excellent and hot but the people made the experienceAsk them “what’s grits and gravy?” They’re likely to get a good laugh out of it.See you next time we’re near town ladies! Thanks for a fun and delicious experience.

They really make sure that u wanna come back to eat there again! One time when I was a little kid my mom took me and my sister's to eat and I got a hug from our waitress and my sister's did not 🤪😇Kid-friendliness: So nice

Been eating here a couple days a week for over 30 years. Haven’t had a complaint yet. Big Boy basket is legendary and the staff is top notch.

The food is great however the staff is rude and very unpleasant. Especially Robin who runs the place since the original owner passed. Guess she hasn't heard that she is in, Rutherford County, where it's "small town friendly". I must certainly won't spend any more of my money there. Not while she's there.

Really great breakfast. The cost was a little more than normal today, but then again, I did order everything on the menu, just kidding. Overall,good food, good value. If you haven't tried them, you should.

Out-of-the-way hole-in-the-wall place serving good food. I had a hot dog which was really good and a hamburger that was really moist but could have used more mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes. But I absolutely highly recommend this place if you're in the area.

We eat there quite few times a month and we still love the food. Hutchin"s snack bar never gets old to us. The staff are super friendly and the prices are very affordable! And hands down the best breakfast and dinner plates in town.

I rate Hutchins Snack Bar about a 8The food is good and it's clean and they are friendly ! I eat There two - three times a week and they will call you by your name when you've gone there enough to get to know you . I honestly believe it's Rutherford s best kept secret ! Although lately it's been busy but don't kid yourself theres plenty of parking and the first in our area for hometown cooking the right way ; and I I ve been eating there since 1969.. I know .

Went for breakfast and the service and food were great. The price of four dollars cannot be beat. I had two eggs, a meat, two pieces of toast, gravy, and grits. The portions given were good as well.

Chicken salad is always great, sides are too. Sweet tea had a funny taste to It. But overall great place, price & service! $8.50 for a chicken salad onion rings, tea & dessert.

Absolutely, hands down, the best place to eat. Anything I have ever ordered from Hutchins had always been amazing, and I've been eating there since I can remember. Phenomenal!
