Excellent service , very professional staff like Randy who works both for the Pilot and McDonald's, Highly recommend them. Not a lot of parking 25 with 15 being reserved. Say hey to Randy and I'm sure he'll make your day .

Normally, we'd downgrade the rating for a "brand" name travel center for having such a small lot and so many pay-to-park spots. However, when we got there, the lot was pretty empty. The lot was clean and very spacious. The area was quiet and peaceful.We took a shower here and it was great. The water pressure was very nice. I felt like the dirt was being chiseled off my skin. The grease and dirt from my scalp too. I tell you, I have NEVER, in the 7 or so months we've been on the road, have I felt my scalp that clean and hair so light and fluffy.Oh! Another thing, the air vent on the door was clean! Every other truck stop with showers, big or small, their air vents are rusted and/or lined with dust. We would be more than happy to stop here again.

This place always believed in Price Gouging and justifying it. As fuel transportation. Not when your 90 to 61 cents higher then any other place. You can justify it by your the only place their to rip off Truck drivers and Customers.

Ms. Farrah Kennedy is an angel, great place and great employees! She helped my husband when he really needed it. Great service. If the world had more people like Ms. Kennedy in it, surely it would be a much more beautiful place. Thank you.

Mike G,,what r u talking about as Pilot they have 4 showers,,i just SHOWERED in #4 n it was SUPER CLEAN, HOT AND LOTS OF PRESURE,,DNT KNOW WHERE U WENT BRUH..!!!..SMALL PARKING MAYBE LIKE 20 TRKS,,BUT MOST PILOT'S PARKING ARE SMALL BUT THE WENDY'S INSIDE IS PRETTY BIG (BIGGER THAN USUAL)....!!

I really wish I could give them more stars!! We were low in fuel traveling after 1am the day after Christmas!! This was one of the few Stations that was open!! Hubby got a hot meal from Wendy's, we visited their clean restrooms and refueled!! Thanks for being there!!!

I stopped while traveling. The people at the gas station and Wendy's were the friendliest people I have encountered at a rest area! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and added it to my favorites so when I am in the area, I know a great place to stop. Thank you!

Love the store and employees but the bathroom really needs an upgrade. The store is always very busy. The women's bathroom is like packing sardines. The paper to dry hands is in the corner past the sinks which makes it hard to get to. Their is really no room for waiting on a stall.

I gave this place 5 stars, because the cashier in the store, where one can pay for gas and/or get snacks, etc., is over-the-top fantastic. His demeanor, presence, knowledge, helpfulness and "gift of gab," no matter what background you are from, impressed me highly. They sell both gasoline and diesel, as well, as I need diesel and it is very helpful for me to know this about gas stations. Stop and check it out. It is in a small town, but a satisfying and happy experience.

I'm not a big fan of Pilot, however, this location is very well kept and the restrooms are clean and the staff is very professional and courteous. And grounds outside the building are well kept also. Still I have some thoughts as to the Dunkin Donuts Express, it could stand to be more presentable and better stocked and perhaps a machine to make frozen coffee beverages.

Stopped here at around 5pm to get coffee. They only had one cashier working. She was very busy and there was a long wait. Not sure what her name was but she was friendly and professional, even with the long line of customers. Place was clean. Coffee was ok. Should have had more people working.

Great place! Only 4 stars cause very little truck parking although there is a dirt lot next door you can usually find a spot. The store itself is great and the Wendy's is spot on. You might even get the soul singing manger!

This place is gross. We were going to grab a quick bite at Wendy’s but noticed the place was swarming with flies. No exaggeration, there were flies on every ceiling tile and table. People were swatting at them as they tried to eat. We promptly left. No telling what was rotting in the back to cause that problem.

OMG! Do not get gas here! I came to this location to get gas and when I checked my bank account $151 was taken out. When I called and spoke to the manager the manager states that that is the hold amount that they place on your bank. The only thing she could advise is that I contact my bank to release the hold. This is absolutely ridiculous.Response to the owner: Why would there even be a hold for $151 for even a couple of hours? I should not be stuck on the road trying to figure out what happened to my money. This is an ridiculous amount especially when there are no signs showing the card will try to place a hold for ANY amount.

Nice place to stop and pick up some drinks and use the restroom. The bathrooms are clean and they have decent selection of drinks, snacks and candies. Big parking lot, not too far off the highway.

This place has the cleanest showers I've ever seen from any of the truck stops...ANY! When traveling or just not in the mood to clean your own; The freshness and well cleaned feeling hits you soon as you open the door. NOT OVER EXAGGERATED!

Great place to get your Gas & Snacks along with the Wendy's right inside next to it they are a great place to get cool stuff like hoodies t shirts movies phones and all kind cool collectables like posters mugs and little statues and the employees are really nice and friendly and also they be open all times of days and nights I truly give Pilot Travel center A+👍👍💯💯💯🌌🌌😆😆😄😁😁

We were traveling through North Carolina and found we had a slow leak in our front right tire, ended up stopping for air. Found a puncture in the tire. Alvarez, the maintenance man came to our rescue. He put the donut on the car, was so kind and polite, this coming from a young man, who in a world where many young people have very little manners and want everything handed to them. He was just the opposite. His manager was happy to let him leave his responsibilities to help us. The rest are of the staff were equally friendly. Many thanks from two woman traveling alone and a long way from home.

Great store. Tons of stuff in here, nice coffee selection, dunkin donuts case. Usual travel center items for sale also. I wish there were more food items available but it does share a building with Wendys
