This location is great. I have a prescription that is difficult because of incremental increases in the dosage, shortages in supply and the insurance issues because of it. Susan is patient and skilled in managing this and always takes the time to explain what is going on, and I've never ran out of the medication or missed a dose.

This is BY FAR the WORST Walgreens I’ve ever been to! Not only is the staff as friendly as a box of razor blades but it never fails every time I go in there there’s always a customer complaining about something the pharmacy messed up. They’ve simply “not gotten” at least 5 prescriptions that I KNOW were sent. It’s obvious they have absolutely no clue how to do anything other than using the cash register. Any questions you have I guarantee they won’t be able to answer them. They always say , “I don’t know.” They make no attempt to help you in any way, shape, or form. Customer service is not a priority or even something that’s considered. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will NEVER go to this Walgreens ever again.

Scheduled 3 pm flu vaccine for my daughter yesterday at this location. We stood in line until 3:25 and when it was our turn to check in , the lady states she is going to lunch and we would need to move to the back of the other line which was even longer .She saw us standing there and the nice thing to do would have been to tell us right away. . She was unapologetic and annoyed by everyone. I do not recommend this Walgreens. I have never had a bad experience at other locations.

I love visiting this Walgreens with my kids. The staff is always so friendly and nice. The pharmacy in particular has always been very helpful in meeting my needs and answering my questions.

The pharmacist was amazing, I received my covid booster. She was really nice and easy on the eyes. I think I should return for any vaccine possible.

If I could rate a zero I would. The pharmacy staff was very rude and neglectful to me and other customers, cursing behind the desk and slamming the phone down. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time.

Cindy was amazing! We struggled with my insurance for almost an hour and she was a saint the entire time. She was transferred 4 times and I’m sure I was not the most patient. Thank you Cindy!!! Lifesaver!

Have a RX that is on a autofill status. Went to pick up told it would be ready in 20 min. Not ready for the second time on autofill. what is the use of autofill if not used. On lunch break and since they keep bankers hours I will have to try again tomorrow on my lunch break. going to switch to another pharmacy after this. Very unprofessional. Don't have it together and always an excuse of I dont usually work here.

Dont bother witth a vaccine appointment here if you're on any type of schedule. The appointment times don't matter AT ALL, and you'll still have to wait 30+ minutes in the normal pharmacy line.

Very cold staff and no one was wearing a mask correctly. Cashier had mask down on her face. Please enforce the mandate to make it safe for everyone
