My dog was shaved complety and had razor burns, I had to take him to the vet. They both scratched when I got them home for three days. looked terrible. Shaved his head .The other you can't tell was groomed. No brush out after almost dry.The place was not clean, a bunch of dogs hanging around ,who knows if they had vaccines for kennel cough.

Very nice and friendly staff! They catered to every need my pups had. My terrier had a very sensitive leg after she was hit by a car a few years ago and is very iffy when new people are handling her but the ladies here are very gentle with her. Our pitty is also very scared of getting her nails trimmed but they seem to handle her well also.

Wonderful ladies! We are visiting from Florida and doing some hiking decided to shave my mini aussie! They were able to get him in same day I called and had him shaved in about an hour. I would go back if we lived here! Thank you, Pepper thanks you! He looks so handsome!

Getting my Snicker doodle girl a new peticure and feeling comfortable with each step was as as easy as just setting up an appointment, $10, and 5 minute's, along with the help of everybody working together. Much Appreciation to Pam's Pet Center my dog Snick's and I.P.S. Face covering in 2021 is definitely recommended for this place cause of the environment. Much love.

Pam's Pet Center is awesome! I live in Greer, SC and have 2 standard poodl;es and a cocker spaniel. About a year ago I had a bad experience with local groomer and was talking to some of my family who live in Asheville about it. They told me I should bring them to Pam's. I was reluctant because it is over an hour away, but decided to give it a try.I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from them. They do a great job with all 3 of my dogs and the money I save makes it worth the drive!

I took my "PRECIOUS BELLA" in there for the first grooming she's had done in the West area of Asheville ever! We have been living on this side of town now for several months and I wasn't sure if I would find a groomer that I could be satisfied in grooming my delicate 5lb. YORKIE that is my service dog. I'm excited to say I'm overjoyed with these ladies and their relaxed atmosphere and delightful personalities. Not to mention their expertise!
