I had enjoyed this store because compared to others in this area this location was more organized. Not at this time. Some of the aisles are disorganized. They are very slow to roll out new holiday inventory. They have more spring/garden stuff out now than Valentine’s Day. And at my last visit this past Friday there was a VERY loud man employee talking about how he caught a shoplifter. He told this story twice while I was in there, and I made my visit brief because he was so loud it hurt my ears. He said he was moved to this store from another.

Location is good. Drinks are stocked well. Chelsea is RUDE I came in 11/28 @ 9:11am. And she was on the phone with her earbuds in. Didn't say good morning or hello or have a good day. I asked for a receipt and if she wasn't on her phone she would of heard me say I needed my receipt. But she didn't ask me as she put it. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with at this location. Why hire someone to interact with the public if she has an attitude. Especially so early in the morning. She needs a reality check on her customer service.

I went inside and everything was fine, up until I came across the manager of the store. I was politely seeing If I needed to go in another lane or ask her if she can politely move over so that I could get by her and she just looked at me and gave me a nasty look. Later on, after getting everything I wanted, it was a crazy experience checking out. The young lady that was at the checkout or cashier, was helpful and nice but her manager, the same lady that was blocking the whole aisle for no one to get by in both directions, was rude and cussing on the phone. It took her about 1 hour, for her to help me with my purchase in checking out, because it wasn't taking my card. She breathed real heavy and I just stood there, quietly and patiently, while she was cussing and it seems like her employee/ cashier should've been her manager. The whole time she was telling the cashier that she's going to be reprimanded and fired if she makes the same mistake again and when she was talking to her boss that's over her apparently, she was cussing on the phone in front of me and other customers. She didn't say bye or anything and she was very rude, disrespectful to her employee and to me. I highly disapprove of this particular manager at this Dollar Tree. I enjoy going to Dollar Tree, and everything else was fine. If I go there again and see her there, I'll just turn around and leave. I had a good experience other than dealing with her and she made my shopping experience a joke towards the time of check out . The previous manager of this place, I know and the manager that is there now has a horrible attitude.

Shelves not stocked nor organized, cashier had earbuds in both ears listening to music so loud I could hear it. Another employee was in front office with feet up on desk and leaned way back while 3rd employee standing outside smoking with about 7- 10 customers inside. The store was in need of cleaning.

The store is the the best one I've been in in a very long time. Great customer service, the management team are great, the cashier's are very kind and helpful, the store is stocked and clean and everything is where it should be.

I love this dollar tree. The staff are friendly and the store is always super stocked. Their selection of craft supplies is AWESOME. I will definitely be coming back here when I am in the area.

So the store manager and the manager tyler which is a girl . Are holding all the toys hostage at this store . Tyler’s buying up all the hotwheels and reselling them online . i was told the hotwheels are tyler’s . So i’m guessing poor under privileged kids can’t buy any .I watched a young 13 year old hothweels collector get told no to the pokemon packs they have sitting in the managers office . what a shame . If you need money this bad get a second job . I will make sure this is stopped. no kid should ever go without a toy . most of the kids that shop their are poor their parents are struggling to survive .And yet The managers here take all of the children’s toys . Such a sad excuse of people . Don’t worry this will reach the president and ceo .I’ve personally seen the hotwheels in bags and boxes and pokémon cards in the office .

Clean,but low in stock on lots of the popular items, don't like the new system made it look more like a dollar general with some $1.25 items.

Dollar Tree is what it is. Inexpensive things at $1.25 to $5.00. Fits your needs sometimes.
