I called at approximately 5pm and spoke with someone about checking for something in the store that way I wouldn't have to drive 20 miles to find out it's not in the store. They transferred me without even asking what I was looking for and I was constantly put on hold as the phone rang for over 20 minutes. Highly DO NOT recommend them. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. I will not be shopping here again. I did an online order and I regret that. I'm beyond frustrated! You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Do better. Customer service is clearly an afterthought and not a top priority. If you're blind or visually impaired try another Walmart who is actually willing to help the customer. Or maybe Amazon .You won't get the help you need from here.

They do have a better selection of items as well as a jewelry counter! The store still needs cleaning but to be expected with alot of traffic!! I love this Walmart compared to Spring lake or Ramsey Rd...would suggest anyone to go!!

Why are dogs allowed in shopping carts at Walmarts!! It is very unsanitary! I understand service dogs in the store but the should walk by your side not ride around in a shopping cart where food will be placed, and customers may have allergies to dogs.

We call this the bougie Walmart, everything is super clean and the manager stocks good quality items. The wine selection is great, but I do wish there were a few more options besides the store brand.

Hands down to the auto place! The most kind and super cool vibes !! The front desk lady goes beyond for her customers and the gentleman and lady's that are on the back working in our cars are super fast and nice like literally super nice people.

Always moving isles and usually dirty. Can't find anyone to help because the employees are always on their cellphones or gossiping in the isles.

Super disappointing grocery pick up.1. The apples and bananas were all spoiled or close to being spoiled.2. Paid for 5 onions but only got 4.3. Paid for one type of chips and received completely different.I don’t have time for this disappointment especially while taking care of three children. This was supposed to be my life saving opportunity but instead I had to deal with sad grocery unboxing.

My dog is being put down because the infection she got from a brown recluse spider, was misdiagnosed by river bark down the street. They ended up giving us medication that we had to pick up from Walmart, we got the medication from the Walmart and turned out to be medicine that dogs shouldn’t take at all which made her sicker, it wasn’t medicine prescribed by river bark. Walmart gave the wrong medicine which ended up making our dog worse.

This location keeps EVERYTHING locked up, and it’s near impossible to get someone to unlock it no matter how many times you push the button. I dread it every time I come here.

I have to give them a three because I barely go there anymore because I can't find someone to help me or I can't find what I'm looking for. If Walmart could have someone carry around a handheld shop vac and keep cleaning the floors that would be lovely. If they're short staffed then bite the bullet. Pay your people more because if we're shopping, we demand customer service...

I waited 40 minutes in line to get service in the tle department. One person working both sides of counter. I left and went to the spring lake Walmart and had my service wrote up soon as I pulled up. I was in and out in less than an hour.

This Walmart location really tests my patience. The store is consistently disorganized, and it's a struggle to find assistance as there's usually only one employee per department. While the managers seem to be working hard, many of the staff members spend time, complaining, or just standing around, which makes navigating the aisles even more frustrating. Despite its convenient location, I find myself driving farther to shop at other stores to avoid the hassle here.

This is my neighborhood Walmart. I’m an otr truck driver and I came home and just asked to park my truck there for my reset. They told me I couldn’t, however every weekend I’ve been home the same trucks have been parked in the back of the lot the entire weekend. I guess they pick and choose who they want to allow to park in unused spaces

Very friendly, and on top of circumstances that may happen...my 12 pack of twist up, ripped open, at register...when lifting it from undercarriage of cart...they were rt there ..only I made more of a deal...imma drama queen...love it, thiz is a grateful, tbanks...no matter what it sounds like...thank you, very much...YAY!!*()

Our Walmart in Aberdeen is old and not very orderly so we like the drive to this Walmart to shop. Very clean and had everything we were looking for. Better produce too.

Got a nail in my tire… went to the tire/lube place to use the roadside that I’VE PURCHASED and they were closed… 20 minutes before closing. Now, if it was a fast food restaurant, people would really be angry… unless there was an issue that required the place to be closed. The time posted was 7am-7pm… HONOR IT OR CHANGE THE TIME. I’M STUCK WITH A NAIL AND I HAVE WORK IN THE A.M!!! Walmart in Cameron, NC off of 87!

I visited this store looking for a specific item and was pleased to find they had it! The store is very clean and well organized. The cashiers that I spoke with were very pleasant and welcoming… I will be making this my go to store whenever I am at my daughters home. Thank you to all the workers especially the nice cashiers.

UPDATE: Posted a photo of a common bottleneck at this store. Also when you look for an item online or use the scanner in the app, since items usually don't match price on shelf, the price it shows is different then when it rings up. Item on app priced at $51 but at register is $69. Was told they want you to buy online for pickup. End of update. It used to be you were weaving down the aisle due to other customers. Now you have to watch out for the employees shopping for pickup orders. Shopping carts have garbage in them. Need cashiers or discount for being your own cashier.

Ordered a Superman cake for my grandson birthday party. This is what I got! The lady in deli had the nerve to tell me she will give me the sugar sheet to go over it.. #1 I don't work for Walmart, that's not my job. #2 when you look at the cake, tell me how do I put the sheet on top. I hate Walmart for this one.

It was a typical Walmart experience. Familiar layout. Clean store. Associates were of course busy, but I needed no assistance. The bare foot guy walking through the produce section was kinda gross. But I felt confident he'd find the single lost Croc on Aisle 2. So half his problem is solved. Overall, Walmart Bingo wasn't achieved, but I am a few spots closer. Cheers.

False advertisement. The price clearly read price ea not price per lb. Walmart is supposed to honor price tags what happened to Customer first. They wouldn’t sale it to me for Display price then Team lead a Justin said the would take $5.00 off then I got to the register and I was told they couldn’t do it. So I was lied too . Then I dealt with it a ghetto disrespectful supposed to be store manager but badge clearly read team lead
