Caring staff from the moment you call to meeting the doctor. Vet techs are helpful and get you back into the exam room quickly. We had an emergency visit and got in the same day. Highly recommend this clinic.

I’m so grateful for this practice. My puppy that weighed less than a pound got Parvo we rushed to Lakeside with no appointment mind you. They brought him in immediately and started treating him. Though they didn’t think he would survive because he was so small they did everything to help him. The Lakeside team absolutely saved my Loki’s life. They ended up sending us to another vet so he could be treated throughout the weekend, by Monday I had my little guy back and feeling better. This was definitely one of the hardest things I’ve had to experience with any of my pups. This team is #1 in my book. I just wish I knew everyone’s name that treated him because I would definitely give them a shoutout. Thanks Lakeside for saving my puppy’s life I am so thankful and grateful.

Lakeside Animal Hospital is awesome!I have an extremely excitable dog (Bentley) who is overwhelmed with going to the vet and I also have an easy going puppy ( Beau). The staff is kind and caring with both of my boys. My puppy was recently neutered and our experience couldn't have been better!Everything was explained clearly before and after the procedure. Dr. Corpus called me with an update immediately after the surgery to let me know how Beau was doing and when I could pick him up! Brittany B., the technician, provided me with follow up care instructions both in person and in writing. She treated Beau with such care and compassion.We have been going to Lakeside for 4 years and always have a great experience. Everyone treats my dogs as if they were their own.

Dr. Halisky was wonderful! She is very personable and has a great bedside manner, which isn't always easy to find. She took her time explaining everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed and I left the appt feeling informed. Everyone else I interreacted with was equally as pleasant and helpful!

The staff was amazing, I just got a new kitty, and was concerned for her health. They took amazing care of Yuffie and I was completely at ease knowing they were genuinely concerned for her as well. I took her in, she was lethargic, not eating, drinking, playing, nothing. A few hours after her treatment, she had started to eat, super playful and eating well. I would most definitely recommend.

Our technician, Kate, was incredibly kind and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. She made me feel at ease instantly when we we started laughing while trying to get a urine sample for my dog, Trooper, outside. Once we got to our room, she even brought him a bowl of fresh water when I asked because he was a little nervous and had gotten hot! Thank you so much Kate!Dr. Corpuz was also extremely kind and so so patient when I was explaining all of my concerns that I had about Trooper. She took the time to examine and check every thing that I had on my "list", haha! She let Trooper become very comfortable being around her before jumping right into the exam - which he really needed due to prior bad experiences. We just loved her and the compassion that she has for animals is very noticeable! Thank you Dr. Corpuz!Lastly, the receptionist that checked us out was super quick, kind and made sure that we had everything we needed before letting us go. She even checked the lobby to make sure it was all clear before exiting our room!Thank you all so much for the care and kindness you gave us today. We really appreciate it and look forward to see you all in the future!

We were on vacation and needed to see a veterinarian for our new puppy (just 12 weeks old) in an urgent/emergency situation one evening. All of the staff and doctors at Lakeside were overwhelmingly friendly, caring, empathetic and knowledgeable. To top it off, the bill was about 1/3 what we expected! We honestly would gladly have paid more for that kind of excellent care! It was such a great experience, and thanks to their care, our puppy is doing well this morning. We’re actually glad we had this situation arise because now we have a trusted vet to see in our frequent vacation spot!

Today my wife attempted to reach out to get help with a situation dog. She called an hour and twenty minutes before lakeside closed due to our dog suffering from heat exhaustion. The team on the phone was very unprofessional and slow to respond and seemed to keep putting my wife on hold. All while our lovable pet was hyperventilating on the floor. My wife was only looking to get help and I tried to help with getting the dogs body temperature down.My wife and her brother finally decided to drive up to get help before lakeside closed, but was turned away and told to visit an emergency hospital that was about 45 minutes away. I stayed home with the children since they were not responding well to the situations. No one at the Lakeside veterinarian client bothered to help or even wanted look do a quick look over to make sure our pet was in a condition to make it to the emergency hospital. My wife and our dog were turned away because “We close in 30 minutes.”My wife began the long 45 minute drive to the emergency clinic, all the while our dog was hyperventilating in the back seat of my wife car. Well, my wife drove to the emergency clinic 45 minutes away, our lovely dog died in the back seat of my wife car. There was nothing we could do. We’ve now lost a lovable part of our family due to “We close in 30 minutes.” I don’t know what was going on this evening at lakeside, but it’s very sad. We’ve lost a family member today….

My visit with Lakeside was superb. Great from the moment of making my appointment. The scheduler was knowledgeable, caring and friendly. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted with a warm welcome to my pet and myself. The vet tech, Andrea, was amazing she explained everything and showed such care for my dog. Dr. Corpuz was topnotch she was caring, took her time explaining what I needed to know about my dogs injury in a way I could understand, and answered all my questions. I love how you are kept in room for check out to avoid a stressful situation between clients.I would highly recommend

If you like:1. being treated like an inconvenience by rude and unprofessional employees (Especially the employee named Savannah! Ugh so rude)2. being seen by vets who show absolutely zero confidence in their diagnosis;3. getting recommended to pay outrageous costs for unnecessary procedures that will do more harm to your pet than good;4. scheduling appointments/procedures but the office does not honor the appointment;5. waiting either in your car or in the lobby for HOURS;Then this is the perfect animal hospital for you!If not, then don’t just take my word for it. Take your “estimate” on recommended procedures and care, and call another vet to get a second opinion. I promise you, you and your pet will be grateful you did. Finding another vet (despite being farther from our home) saved our dog!Edited after clinics response: you’re not sorry. Still unprofessional as ever.

Misdiagnosed my cat with a heart murmur. Vet expressed they would get a second vet to listen to his heart when they came back into the clinic before confirming that it indeed was a murmur, next individual who came in the room adamantly said my cat did have a heart murmur and that this specific blood test would confirm it. I was confused about that statement, but felt persuaded into making a decision for care since I was concerned about my animal. Overall, I felt it could have been more of a clear conversation. Additionally, I was quoted for a teeth cleaning that was beginning at $650.00 and going upwards of $1000.00 (this was before any extractions would be done) soonest appointment was in 2 weeks from my initial visit.Went and got a second opinion, no diagnosis of heart murmur, mild anesthetic was used that would be safer than fully putting my animal under, 3 teeth ended up having to come out but I personally got a call from the veterinarian at this secondary clinic who said they would make room in their tight schedule for him to come in the very next day, finally the cost was half of what was going to be charged at the lakeside animal hospital even with extractions.In the future I think I would have appreciated more minimally invasive steps from Lakeside before a confirmed diagnosis was told to me since another clinic found there to be no issue.Additionally, if there indeed was a heart murmur it seems like there would have been ways to safely handle that situation that did not involve a myriad of other tests which could put more stress on an animal. I understand that I could have potentially pushed back more in terms of asking questions but when you are not an expert in these situations, you sometimes feel like a uncaring pet owner for asking questions that would potentially involve not paying for specific recommendations for care. Feedback would be allowing for more conversation before laying down a bill with a ton of overwhelming charges on it and in the future providing alternatives options that may involve less invasive procedures.

My husband and I have been bringing our two pups to Lakeside for over two years now. We are absolutely grateful for this Vet Clinic. Not only is it super close to our home but everyone that works here have always been so kind and loving with the pups. They are so welcoming and make our pups feel super comfortable. I couldn’t picture a better place for our pups and can’t stress that enough. A huge thank you to the Technician's, The Doctor’s and anyone else that works there at Lakeside. Lakeside has been my primary vet since it opened its doors over 9 years ago. The support staff have always been friendly, empathetic and kind, as well as very efficient and organized. Coming to the vet can be an emotional time and over the years I have dealt with some health concerns with my babies, as well as loss due to old age. Lakeside has always been there to support what you are facing and provide incredible vet care with up to date technology and methods. The vets on staff are incredible. They do everything in their power, with great care and empathy, to help your fur kids with expansive knowledge of the field. The entire staff treats you like family. If you are looking for a vet in the area, please check out this wonderful practice. They will not disappoint!

We had a great experience with Lakeside Vet Hospital. Our dog Skipper was in very bad pain after having turned awkwardly and our usual vet could not see him in follow up after his pain worsened a day after he was initially seen. These kind folks fit us in immediately, did a spinal series and adjusted his pain meds to help us manage him at home. Unfortunately skipper had a suspected herniated disc. Dr Julie Kang offered to give us a referral for a neuro vet and after taking him home we realized he was not going to be able to tolerate his pain so we told Dr Kang and she called and made the referral. Skipper has since had spinal surgery and is on the road to recovery. I have nothing but great things to say about about Dr Kang and her staff. She was very compassionate and explained everything so we could understand it. They have called a number of times to check on Skipper even though they were not the primary care vet for him. They were very upfront with the pricing and we were not hit with any surprises. Our experience was so good that we are going to transfer the care of all theee of our pups to this clinic
