Can you all please do something about the people living out of their cars in the parking lot. I do have a large heart for the homeless but there is a couple that drives a white 4 door sedan with expired Florida temp tags that stays in the parking lot each night. Their son drives a blue Dodge charger that also lives there and has no tags. I have witnessed them on several occasions throwing trash out of their car into the parking lot. They also walk up to the customers asking for change but I know for fact they all are making 800/month in disability each so that is 2400/month and they each are getting stamps at 400 each. They spend their money on objects they put in their mouth at night to make them feel better. Once again I truly want to help the homeless but by allowing them here your hindering them by feeding their addictions.

Not sure why there's two people on at the check out lanes and neither one of them wanted to let us pay?! Guess they didn't want to do their job. Just put our items back and went to Walmart instead. 8/10 we have issues at this location. Rude employees.

I like to stock up on meats in my freezer when they're available on sale. This store rarely has good meat on sale. If there IS a sale, there is NO meat in stock. They make you hunt down a person in the meat department. If you can't find him, the cashier will call a manager who will then ask if you've spoken with a meat person. Every single time I have asked about meat that is supposed to be on sale, but is out of stok, I've been told that it's "coming on the next truck and the delivery is coming tomorrow." But if I go the next day, I'm told the same thing. It's on the truck tomorrow, I have never been able to go buy anything on sale because it's always out of stock. I maybe get one day a week to grocery shop. I can't keep coming back day after day trying to get what's supposed to be on sale.

This place is good and has almost everything that every other grocery store has, but the only thing that is frustrating is that they have the self-service cash registers, and I have never seen them in use, not even once. This is a waste of money for them and a waste of time for clients.

It's a little pricey compared to walmart, but it's more convenient considering they are everywhere. Their chicken and meat prices are comparable to walmart, but both are riding the inflation bs. Luckily, I can go on base and save 3 to 4 bucks for each meat product I buy.

Placed a to go pick up order. Was charged double causing a financial hardship. Tried calling customer service and conveniently the office was closed for customer service. Tried calling the store and no one would answer. Drove to the store to see 3 associates behind the counter socializing and laughing while the phone was ringing. I asked for assistance to help get this error fixed as no one was available on the customer service line, the associates proceeded to tell me to contact Instacart because they couldn’t help me.

Employee coughing all over the place. Hardly any lanes open.Update- one lane open and the lin was wrapped around the store. At 5pm whe. Everyone is getting off work.

It's only 3:30pm and their hot bar is closed. Unbelievable, people eat dinner around 5pm to 6pm.Not sure what time they closed it, but there's absolutely nothing left. Not even in the cold section.I won't be coming here anymore.

They have a friendly staff. Clean organized store. Plenty of food items to choose from. They also have a pharmacy and a section with personal items. Right now with all that's going on in the world sometimes the shelves are a little empty from certain things but that's not their fault its every where. Overall I always have a great experience when I visit Foodlion.

What a clean store! We just pcs'd into town and this was our first Food Lion experience. We had a friendly cashier with fun colorful hair talk to us about mvp loyalty and the Customer Service Manager walked us through how to apply. It was such a welcoming environment these two will have us coming back!

A person can still find great produce and many other items inside. Everyone that works here are friendly and helpful. The Great selection of meats as well. They get a little crowded as they are directly across from Linden Oaks military housing. There aren't very many stores to shop at in the surrounding area, so it's understandable that they get crowded at times (military paydays, etc). Still nice to shop there.

Everything is great except Carlee. When I came in one day with a couple milk crates for water she stared daggers at me for no reason, then at ring up she wanted to know how many of each, which is normal, then asked if I was sure on it.Went a couple weeks later (9/15/22) and couldn’t get my chip to read so I asked her where do I tap it, cause it should make a sound, she ignored me 3 times, till it finally read the chip. I’ll be avoiding her lane, she doesn’t know how to act with customers.

Stores are always clean and you actually have cashiers when checking out unlike other that make you work. Food Lion always has better produce and shelves are better stocked than the competitors store down the road. I go there to also buy better quality meats raised and processed in the US.

I am in this store very often. I live across the street from the store.The cashiers are very friendly and professional, however, i haven't had the same experience with the managers.The managers don't speak nor acknowledge the customers.Re- train your managers to be better or as nice as your cashiers.

In the last two years, the store has undergone major renovations to update the look and feel.I have been to there on different days at different times of the day and always found that it is fully staffed to ensure all the customers get checked out in a timely fashion.I also seem to notice that the inventory team seems to be on top of stocking the shelves. There has not been a situation where I found a shelf missing an item that I wished to purchase.The staff seems to be genuinely friendly / happy as well.

Great selection, but the cashiers could use a refresher on customer service. As someone who use to be in that field, I would highly recommend that plus a raise in their pay and an increase in staffing, particularly "bag boys".

I went in and changing to use my WIC because everything is clearly marked at this store however at the register none of my stuff went through and they tried to charge me for everything WIC should have covered. When the manager came over she told me to call WIC. But it was not a WIC problem it was a merchant problem. I shop at Walmart as opposed to food Lion and I was only trying out food Lion because of the clearly marked WIC items. Yeah well now I won't be going in food Lion at all
