Store manager here is very rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t do anything to try to help customers. I tried to return a charger that didn’t work and I was told by the store manager “ there’s nothing I can do for you” especially not with a receipt. I didn’t even ask for my money back I asked to exchange product and the women checking me out was so nice apologized on their behalf.

Fire Mary. She acts entitled and that everyone has to talk to her. I walked in here and she said something and I didn’t respond so she proceeded to scream at me through the store until I responded to her. Not the only time something like this has happened.

So, I guess the new store policy is that if you are carrying a purse that looks like a bag whatever that means you have to leave it outside… Yeah, I get it. She thought for some reason that I was trying to steal. Well, guess what Just headed to Walmart and spend my money there, instead.

Love the items you can get in the store wide selections and was shocked to find out they had certain items like wall pictures affordable cookware however I have had issues with my bank card many times here the chip reader have charged me twice and when I tell staff they act like I am trying to steal or not pay but I always have to call my bank and reverse the second charge via them I was literally told by a "manager" just take it its only 20 dollars I'm not going to debate about whether we charged you for it after she got off the phone with my bank who informed her I was charged over 60 dollars by them in the matter of minutes for just a "only 20 dollar" transaction when I refuse to slide my card again like she was doing me a favor I love the items in store prices location and yes some of the staff but if it was next to the foodlion I wouldn't ever step foot in it because of all the issues that I have had with chip reader here and only here so I will leave you with this just use cash lol

they judged my wife because she had an expensive purse and ring. just because you have something expensive don't mean you have to shop there we just needed to pick something up, made her feel uncomfortable.

Most of the staff is wonderful.. MELISSA is the only employee who needs exhibit better customer service, she’s been very rude to me everytime I’ve come to the store..

I had a ladder coming loose on my trailer and saw the Family Dollar store. Walked in asked the clerk where to get twine and walked right to it. Checked right out.

Always surrounded by homeless beggers and drug addicts. And the employees sit outside a smoke cigarettes with them. You would think they would care about the safety of there customers.
