Employees here are something else here. They had one bathroom "out of order" and the other was fine. We were paying customers, and when i asked for the key so my kid could use it. Lady hesitated, and then said we couldn't use either. Pretty bad when you fail at working at dollar general. Avoid the old lady with the short grey hair and attitude.

I am getting really fed up! I have a rewards account for a reason, and it seems like none of the employees ever know how to do their job when it comes to the savings and deals that are posted EVERYWHERE around the store. I buy something with said deal and go to check out, put in my phone number and I never get the deal!! Can the manager actually train their employees to know how to deal with this instead of shrugging their shoulders and saying “idk”. The manager needs to be replaced or instructed to actually train their employees or have someone on hand 24/7 to handle these issues.

Lazy workers.. said they had no propane yet every tank in the cage has a blue cap on it which means they are full. Thanks my family gets to be cold tonight due to your laziness. Another time they close the store 20 minutes they were still standing inside and would not open the door

Tonight I pull up at 9:50 & the doors was locked when they close at 10pm. They need to stop locking the doors at 9:50 people may need to grab something last minute

I love this location. They are always very well stocked. They also have a little bit of everything. Everytime i go in there it is always clean and neat, not a mess like other places. You will also find that the people they have working there are some of the nicest and very helpful people. They are always ready and willing to help.

Have experienced rude staff every time I've gone! I think they forget that if it were not for the customers they wouldn't get paid. Staff act like they do not want to be their and have better things to do. I think they should let someone work their that would appreciate a job their.

Customer Service great. Bathrooms are God awful and need renovation. Bathroom has no door handle and missing toilet seat covers, as well as tpilet paper sitting on the floor. Stock cluttered aisles, could barely make way through them.

Recently renovated Dollar General. It's a nice store with plenty to offer and very nice associates that work there. They always greet me with a Hello or Hi every time I go in.

Store have merchandise every where don't recover at all. A customer wanted to exchange a item but didn't have her receipt n was told Dollar General don't exchange without a receipt. The customer wasn't asking for refund just to switch the item out.

Great, ever since they remodeled. You no longer have to walk through the cash registers to get in the store, they moved them off to the side. The aisles are more spacious.

Everyone in here are nice except this 40 year old lady who works there who wears a ponytail. She is very racist I went with my kids and she had a disgusting attitude towards my toddlers and told me to dicipline my kids. She also didn't like te fact that my son was crying she seemed bothered by that a lot. I admit my son has tantrums but she is no one to treat a baby that way. Do not go here she is a bad cashier and employee...

This store needs to be either replaced or updated, it's always dirty. It would also be really nice if there wasn't racks of boxes sitting either in the aisles or at the end of them.

Isles always full of stock carts and boxes. Usually one cashier that is either at the register or on the floor until a line forms. Plus not a safe place to shop. Two female employees opened up the store Monday am when a man came in grabbed one female stuck a knife in her side threatened to kill her unless the second female employee gave him the keys to her truck. He made it 50 miles into Moore County before hitting a tree totaling the vehicle. She had told supervisor previously how this man had been in 3 different times walking the isles never purchasing any items. Also, she was told they would be opening back up that afternoon and for her to finish her shift. Neither plan to return. No security! Absolutely no concern for their employees or customers!

The only store in close proximity. Always has what I need when I visit my grandma. Friendly staff, large selection, junky but clean. My go to for all my quick stops!

Can never get through the store because of carts in the middle of the floors on almost every isle. Very unorganized stuff laying everywhere and the managers and employee's talk bad about people as soon as they walk out of the store I feel very unwelcome here I wish they would bring Mike back :(

Used to be my goto. The staff is great and keep a clean store but lately the are overworked, have only one working register that might accept debt, and can't find any help. I don't know if this one will be open for long at this rate.

Love this place :) I went to this store for the first time and the staff over there treat me right and so nice to me :) I always find every things I need at this store :) this will be my favorite store and will always go shopping here :)

Place looks nasty as hell and disorganized. They were plenty of boxes that were hard to get by in the aisles. Used to be good to shop here a long time ago.

Three of the coolers were down the drinks were hot the service was trying to be fast but was not succeeding staff seemed friendly. That's about all i could say.

Decent inventory if they have somebody there they could stock the Shelves and run the registers. There are always lines and they are always people there "working" but not working
