It's be a long time since I left my last review. My entire experience the last few time were outstanding. Their customer service was outstanding and my medications were filled within a few hours of being submitted by my doctors. Thank you CVS for doing an amazing job!

Last night, I picked up a prescription and was surprised at the cost. A pharmacist was trying to explain the cost to me. He was very patient but he also pointed out how low-staffed they were. That is when Latisha N. stepped in to help me. She was so pleasant to me that it just overwhelmed me. She explained the cost situation and also showed me that I was in fact, saving money. I hope to meet Latisha N. again the next time I visit CVS, she was just a Blessing! I was expecting to get an email from CVS to alert me that my prescription was read. Is this service still available?----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Today's experience, 2-29-24, was much different from my previous review.I received three phone calls that I believe to be from this CVS to tell me that my order was ready for pickup. However, all three were from a "Private Phone" that Smart Phones cannot readily accept as they are usually spam. When I asked the store pharmacy clerk about it, she acted as if she could care less about those calls. She asked me twice more for my D.O.B even after I gave it to her right away as well as my name. I presented to her my Driver License, my Medicare Card, and my Aetna Medicare Premiere Plus Card and asked her to verify that the info in CVS system was current and accurate because I have had issues lately with the wrong Aetna ID being used. This has been due to the fact that prior to December 1st of 2023, I also had an Aetna Insurance Plan via ACA. Some providers were using the old insurance and over charging me. This Pharmacy Clerk told me without looking at the credentials that, all of my information was current. I asked, "How do you know?" She said, "I just do." I asked to to please verify it. She left the counter with my insurance card and I am still not sure that she verified my information. She did not verify my identification for sure as she never once looked at it. I've been getting this kind of service at this CVS location for the past year. I'm quite frankly just sick of it. The store's constant excuse for poor service and long wait times is, "We're short staffed today." How does being short staffed cause you to be rude to me? Serve one customer at a time with the same consideration that you would expect if it were you. Today, I was the only person in line, the clerk was right there at the counter stocking prescriptions and still, she was rude to me. I would go to any other pharmacy even if they were only half again as far from my house as this pharmacy is. In fact, I think that as of today, I shall begin using the services of Food Lion's Pharmacy on Buffalo Lake Road. I used to praise this CVS locations pharmacy. Just look at how you have disappointed me.

Exceptional customer service at this store. Friendly staff always ready to assist when you have questions. Very clean store and easy to find parking. Great place to shop for your health care items.

UPDATE (6/21/23): The following response to my review was sent to my email and copied here: "Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience at CVS Pharmacy on June 04, 2023. Providing exceptional customer care is a priority for us. Your feedback about the lack of customer service and a caring atomosphere will be addressed with the staff and corrected. We want every customer to feel welcome and cared about at our pharmacy. Our number one goal is to care with heart with all customers."The CVS store employees are great. The pharmacy, however can use some work. There are two employees who during my two most recent visits were more interested in talking to each other about their plans for the weekend, the evening, whatever, rather than being interested in taking care of customers. Sadly, they also weren’t problem solvers either. There was a problem with one of my prescriptions after a traumatic, oral surgery that prevented me from receiving my pain medication. They were not only unsympathetic but also rude. I hope they will consider how they would like to be treated in a similar situation, and possibly change how they treat the people that come into their business.

Why are the reviews so bad here? I just encountered the most lovely ladies at the pharmacy counter! I had an appointment scheduled for a flu vaccination and was promptly seen as well as treated kindly by all of the staff :)

Nothing against the employees, they’re nice and engaging. Look, I know that CVS stopped taking Tricare a few years ago, but charging folks $40 for a flu vaccine during a public health emergency? Straight up fleecing one of the largest military communities in the nation, especially when all the locations that do accept it are out. I’m actually going to trust the Army to pull through on this one instead of relying on private industry.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst ever. Staff rude they will often hang up on you. It is a very unpleasant experience to pick up a prescription there. Don’t go there.

Wife's prescription at food lion was $10.00 cash using no insurance.Wife's same prescription at CVS using cvs prescription insurance was almost $34.00We have noticed several differences in cost.Keep special eye on what they give you also.

Always have bad attitudes, always take 5x longer to do anything than any other cvs (refills, testing), always out of several of our meds.

I decided to pick up prescriptions on the way home, got in the drive through and there were 4 cars waiting in front of me. It was taking a very long time for them to get done, and then when they did, I pulled up and they closed the gate on the window in my face. I looked at the sign on the window that said the pharmacy is closed everyday starting at 1:30 for lunch. It was 1:24. They could have processed my pickup within 2 minutes but no closing 6 minutes earlier than the sign is more important. I was late to a work meeting because of this, and don't even have my prescription as a result.
