Nice clean store. I don't come this way often. What I was looking for was easy to find. Very good placement of signs. I noticed how they are staggered so you can see each aisle sign from the center aisle. I had a question about check out and a very nice gal, her name was Isaly, helped me at the register. Nice to be assisted by such a pleasant person. She was also assisting other people checking out while we were looking at our situation, but she was so nice, she wasn't hurrying or yelling to the other people when she spoke to them, she was very attentive to all the activity up front. Thanks to her it made my trip there 100%

Made an appointment for a vaccine. Checked in a few minutes before appointment time. There was already a line of about 6 people. Shortly after I arrived an employee announced that they knew the line had been there for some time already and everyone would be seen. I waited an HOUR. The line had not moved. No ambulance came, so I doubt anyone had a more serious reaction than maybe getting faint at the sight of a needle. I tried calling the pharmacy on my way home to let them know I left. After 10 minutes of no one answering the line, I hung up.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. The drive thru is now consistently closed for no reason. I thought this was an ADA violation? Today the pharmacy was COMPLETELY closed, who knows why. I had meds that I really needed that I couldn’t get bc the pharmacy never opened. When they do decide to open the staff is rude, short, and uninformed. I actually had the cashier/tech heavily sigh at me when I told her I had a coupon card for my medicine during a visit. I used to work in retail so I always make it w point to be extra nice.

No cashier today at 12:18pm, had to use self checkout and cash wasn’t working on self checkout. No one up front at all. Last time I was here getting script I watched the staff in the back throwing scripts from one station to the other, no leadership in this store at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They never have prescriptions ready even after they have texted you to pick them up. The staff is a mix of some professional, some not professional at all. When they make a mistake (hey everyone does) they do not own up to it, they lie to cover their a** and they do not even apologize for the inconveniences they place on the customer. And when I tried to transfer my prescriptions after 2 weeks of the new pharmacy calling, faxing, etc I called and the woman who answered the phone lied stating she was the pharmacist (no, you’re a pharmacy tech cuz I know your voice 😒) then later when I explained the issue said she was just filling in and they didn’t get the request… in a nutshell don’t use them they are a joke!

This pharmacy is a waste of time. They did not verify that my phone number was on my account when dropping off the prescription. When I went to pickup it up I was first told that they tried to call me to say they could not fill it (even though I was told it could be filled when I dropped it off) and when I asked what phone number then I was told that my account did not have my phone number. Now I am expected to drive 40 minutes to get my prescriptions filled at another location. At this point I don’t care if this place is understaffed. Have better customer service and quit wasting your customers’ time.

I’m giving this location a one star because I have never had any problem with the front end employees. The pharmacy however is HORRIBLE. The staff is rude and refuses to go the extra mile to help a customer. They charged me twice for a very expensive prescription and we are now having to dispute it with the credit card company. The entire pharmacy staff is inconsistent. If you speak to an employee on Monday about an issue, another employee on Tuesday will use the excuse “well I didn’t work yesterday so I can’t help with that”. It’s really sad actually. I moved all my prescriptions to the location in Sanford. They’re polite and consistent.

UPDATE! Kids caught the flu recently & doctor called in prescriptions for them. I was pleasantly surprised be greeted by a pleasant and efficient employee who informed me that the prescriptions were ready and was able to quickly pull them. There were several new people behind the counter & the operation was running much smoother than the previous several times I had visited the location. It seems that the owners/ managers have made some positive changes that have made the customer service experience much better at this location (thank you!). It was very busy that day & the employees were doing a great job at taking care of everyone & keeping the line moving. Much better experience than I've had previously> This pharmacy is consistently slow & unprepared. It doesn’t matter if you bring the prescription in or it’s called in and you wait for it to be filled before you come in, not going to be ready, either way. I’ve been in three times this week1- no pharmacist on duty in the middle of the day2- computers down3- prescription not readyThe front of the house runs great & the people are friendly not sure why the same isn’t true for the pharmacy but it’s a poorly run operation, seems to be understaffed, & the interactions are consistently unpleasant as a result.

This has been the worst pharmacy to work woth. I finally got my medication after 3 months of constant run arounds. If you have Tricare avoid using this pharmacy at all cost because it has been an absolute nightmare. There's only 1 girl that works this pharmacy that is the absolute sweetest but everyone else has the nastiest attitude and makes everything out to be an inconvenience.

They are horrible they have this once pharmacist who is refusing to give me my medication both injections one for. Diabetes the other for migraines. He said the the supplied need to be spread out equally among all patients????!!!! What the hell!! I don’t take me I’ll die. So yea this guy with an accent I can’t understand thinks he’s a doctor. Then they jerked my doctor around had us calling all over the place to see which cvs had it but at the end those jerks had the meds z!!!

The pharmacy people are why out of line. They lie about having people's Prescriptions when they know that they have them. Then when they are rude to you and you stick up for your self they tell you months later that your band. I can't believe that this is the kind of people that cvs wants working for their company. It's a shame and a disgrace to the work force.

I refuse to use this store, simply due to there horrible service. Unfortunately, my wife has to use these people. The pharmacy is horrible. Despite notification of prescriptions being ready for pickup, I have yet to stop in and this be true. It's always "another 45 minutes", which literally translates to sometimes in the next 24-48 hours. Unacceptable.

Every single time I come here, I wait forever to get helped. I've been sitting in the drive-thru today 3 cars deep for 15 minutes with NO movement. If you go inside to check out, they cannot help you with other prescriptions unless you go to another terminal and wait in line there. I've been trying for 6 months to get all my monthly prescriptions filled at the same time. But I still had one filled 3 days ago, one filled 2 days ago, and 2 more filled yesterday. I'm tired of constantly making trips just to sit forever.

Great store and wonderful pharmacist. They truly deserve an outstanding nomination. People do not realize just how over worked and under staffed they are. They do a fantastic job at their job and no one should be yelling at them, fussing or cussing them out. They do so much hard work to get the prescriptions filled and to answer any concerns you have with your health and medication. Please be courteous to the staff they deserve it and all the praise in the world for just how much they do. You can’t blame them for you calling in an order and expect it to be ready in 10 minutes don’t be that person.

Script called in from Aberdeen urgent care prior to 10 am opening. Arrived at 1035 am and Script was not pulled off computer. Told it would be 35 minutes so I went ot to wait. Then we get a call that they didn't have the medicines in stock. Asked which CVS they could transfer to and was told they were not from this area so they didn't know. Had to locate another store ourselves and assure we could be serviced. Could have been advised earlier if they had checked their computer before I arrived.

Absolutely awful pharmacy…you will wait forever in drive thru line as well as in the store. Techs and pharmacist have the worst attitudes ever. Medicine is never ready or in stock. Today, I went to fill my vitamin D prescription and overheard the pharmacist being snarky to the tech stating “doesn’t she know she can get that over the counter?” Just absolutely rude. Don’t really write reviews but this place needs significant improvement in customer service.

The pharmacists are liars. They tried to say tricare won't allow a script to be filled till morning. When I call tricare there is no issue.This is the second incident where one of my children was very sick, needing meds, and they decides to just not tell us they couldn't/wouldn't fill it. The first time it was for my child who was post op. They lied then too. I had to go all the way to Walgreens an hour away! I'll NEVER do business at CVS again. I'll be making my second corporate complaint about them!

Absolute worst CVS ever!!!! Asked if they could fill a prescription for my daughter since she is visiting family in the area. Person picked up asked for her DOB and said yes we could fill it after 3pm was absolutely okay with that. Then at 4:30 called to check to see if it was done they said they didn’t even have the medicine and we would have to wait until the next day… customer service at an all time low.. people answering the phone rude just horrible..

The pharmacy opens at 9 AM. I arrived at 9 AM and waited for 20 minutes in the drive-through before they even opened up the pharmacy. Other cars were lined up behind me. A few even left to go in and the pharmacy wasn’t opened up inside either. Only giving two stars because the lady that finally checked me out was nice.

I'll start by saying the pharmacy staff is very professional and friendly. My thoughts are they are overwhelmed because of understaffing. Then, Tricare switched from using Walmart to CVS. So, CVS is facing an overwhelming amount of customers.So, if you are expecting to get or really need to get your medicine the same day, avoid this place!!!! The first time, I waited 2 days, called that morning (was on hold for 20 minutes), and my prescription wasn't ready. Finally, that afternoon it was ready. The second time, my doctor put in prescriptions, I waited til the second day.......same thing.....they weren't ready but the lady said, it would be ready in a few hours. Well, my prescriptions weren't ready. The third day(today), I called.....same thing...said it will be ready in a few hours. So, I'll update this review to reflect when I finally get it. Moving forward, I'll find another pharmacy that is more reliable.

I love this place ever sense I came to the area they have been amazing assistance and help. Did you know 5 dollors a month for the care pass gets you a grantee 10 gift card for their. What's not to love about 5 free. The people are patient and understanding. They don't rush you to buy, and always smile.

Easily the worst CVS, and the worst pharmacy altogether, that I have ever had to deal with. They close before stated times, and at this very moment, I've been on hold for over 25 minutes without even speaking to anyone. Their customer service is beyond atrocious, from their horribly rude tone and attitude, to their inability to even do something so simple as transfer in a prescription. My refills for BP meds were due today, have not been filled as scheduled, and I was just informed that they will not be able to fill them by the end of the day today, even though it's 4:15 and they close at 9. They cannot fill my blood pressure meds in the next nearly 5 hours. Totally unacceptable.

They close the drive through whenever it’s convenient for them. They had more than enough staff to have more than one window open. Waited nearly two hours in line for one prescription that was called in by my physician days ago.

I am not a person to write reviews BUT I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED I AM LIVIED WITH THIS PHARMACY AND WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW AND NOT TO MAKE THE MISTAKE ON MAKING CVS IN CAMERON, NC YOUR PHARMACY BECAUSE THEY PLAY WITH PEOPLE'S LIVES BY SCREWING UP! Today I called to get a refill they tell me I have no more scripts that I have to call my doctor. I do My doctor's office says you should have one. Did you pick up on Jan. 25th? I SAY NO I WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY ON A MISSION TRIP IN HONDURAS! WHAT DID THEY DO GIVE MY SCRIPT AWAY TO SOMEONE?? NOW IM WAITING TILL 2 TO GET ANSWERS. This is not the only that has happened when I call just to get a refill my birthday is not even detected on there online system. My husband has a script that has been continuously sent by fax to CVS. NOW out the blue with no explanation other then they I DONT KNO WE HAVE TO PICK UP AT HIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE AND DRIVE IT TO CVS IN CAMERON. NOT TO MENTION HAS ANYONE SEEN THERE DRIVE THROUGH LINES???? CONSTANTLY WAITING IN LINE AT LEAST 30 TO 50 MINUTES!! Their jobs are important it affects people's HEALTH!! Unfortunately because the insurance we have at my husband's work we have to go to a CVS or pay more for meds and not go to a CVS BUT WE ARE CHANGING ALL OUR SCRIPTS TO ANOTHER ONE NOW!!!

waited on line inside for 30 mins, only to find out my prescription wasn't filled again. According to your message it was supposed to be ready at 11am 1/11/23. The girl behind gave me a lot of attitude. This will be the last time I use CVS. So I'm assuming you only fill scripts when people show up and it take 15 to 20 minutes more. Not good business

This store constantly has issues - they say they do not have scripts and they do, ( left me hanging for a month going back and forth between them and the doctor ) and never seem to fill anything when they say. I called in a script Sunday and by Wednesday it was not done - and the meds are in stock as far as I know. They have tried to say a doctor wrote a script to not be filled till the next day, but that was not true - I think this was an excuse because they had not filled it. The pharmacist on duty can’t get into the safe so anything controlled can’t be filled until (hopefully) the next day - it’s absurd. We have spoken to the store manager, general manager, nothing changes. When you are in the business of medicine, you cannot constantly drop the ball this way, and the worst part is that we have no recourse for this. Literally all we can do is complain, but those complaints cause no change.

The first time I found out that it was not ready and they could not fill it the same day because they were closing (after I waited in line for 40 minutes). Switch to Walmart or another pharmacy. Don’t give CVS your money. Walmart is faster and much nicer.Once this cvs accidentally put another customer’s prescription in my bag along with my medicine. I caught this and returned it quickly, but it was scary.Yesterday I ordered a medicine through express delivery because I needed it this morning. CVS sent an email saying the medicine was otw at 10am today. It didn’t arrive so I called corporate customer service. Their rep tried to call this store and was put on hold for over thirty minutes. Somehow, though I’d been on the phone with customer service, I was transferred to the store without warning. The person who answered talked to me like I was stupid when I was confused about who I was now speaking with. I also didn’t know who was supposed to deliver my med. shouldn’t they know?I went to the store and was told I had to pay $64. I already paid that, plus a delivery fee, for this med. i explained this. The tech said I had to pay the store and get the first payment refunded and that it would take ten days. I explained again, in an angry but forced-calm tone, that I wanted the medicine I’d paid for. She closed the window in my face.She closed the window in my face.At this point, I lost my mind and banged on the window. Three employees rushed over. ( Who would have guessed, given their wait times, that three employees were there?) and said they were going to have me removed. I tried to explain again that I just wanted the medicine I had paid for.The pharmacist spoke to me like I was an idiot. She said I was confused because I had paid $64 to another organization, and she compared it to paying door dash to deliver from a restaurant.I understand I paid $8 for delivery and $64 for the medicine. I even understand the $64 was processed through cvs.com and not that store.HoweverI don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect the medicine I paid for. I don’t think I should pay twice and request a refund from cvs.com. And I don’t think my expectations were at all idiotic. They dropped the ball, with a medicine I needed, and then treated me like I was stupid.Drop CVS. Don’t give them your money.
