I only come here in the most desperate moments when I am low on gas to the point I wouldn't be able to go to a different station. The pumps are comically slow, Inside the store itself is no better. Majority of the time I have found it staffed by rude individuals more often than not. And hopefully you don't have to use the bathroom on your travels if you do avoid this one because most likely will be closed.

By far the worst customer service I have EVER Encountered. The cashier doesn’t know how to do her job. I purchase tobacco and if you use your mobile number you get a discount. The register on the left side does not work when you try to put your number in. The gentleman that works there in the morning is good. When I come in he will manually put my number in. He has been doing it for months. However when the girls are there they say they can’t do that. 🙄 honestly they just need to train their staff better and don’t blatantly lie to the customer saying the promotion is over when you have signs in the front stating that it is still active. It’s not their money it’s the customers money and if you can save and you have a promotion you should honor that. Don’t lie it just shows how ignorant you are. Also they need better managers. They are just as rude. They do not care if the customer is happy or not. Another thing to add they leave the food out and it dries and it’s disgusting. Also they don’t clean the fountain drain. This place needs a whole new staff with people that have at least a IQ of 75. I realize they will respond to this post by saying “sorry about your experience we will pass this on to management”. If they honestly do that then they need to replace those “managers”. Apparently they don’t care or these issues would of been addressed by now according to all the negative reviews. The only positive thing I have to say is the guy who works in the morning knows what he is doing. Maybe they should demote the female manager and promote him to management.

Last Thursday just needed fuel up one of my vehicles on my last visit, yet don't go inside much. Fuel is at a reasonable price, the area is fairly clean, and if I need a quick bite to eat there is a Dairy Queen right next door.

If I could give this place -1⭐, I would.At 1am, I stopped here to specifically use the bathroom. It was an emergency. To be blunt: I had been in the car for a long time, on my period, wearing a pad; thus had been sitting in my own mess for too long.. Much longer than I would've liked. Irritation and chafing were existent. I was extremely uncomfortable to say the least.Upon entering the store, the tenant walked out of the back of the store by the restrooms. She immediately told me the bathrooms were closed. They close at 9pm. I began to ask why, when she interrupted me; "I'm sorry. They're closed," as she quickly walked by. I left without using the bathroom or buying anything.What's the point in being a 24hr store if you put can't offer simple amenities? I then traveled 4 miles to the next Kangaroo on Hwy 27. Unfortunately, that store was also unpleasant. (You can read that review with that stores location on Google Maps as well. Although the bathrooms were open, there were other issues. The tenant told my boyfriend that the Hwy 87 store did that because they had a woman overdose in the bathroom recently. It's basically a liability issue.🗣️NEWS FLASH‼️1. Overdoses can happen anytime. What are you doing to attempt prevention of overdoses during the times the restrooms are open ⁉️2. Wouldn't it make more sense to keep the restrooms locked and have customers request the key❓❓

If you like driving around in circles testing out different pumps to see if they work, this is your gas station. When you finally find one that does work, it takes 10 minutes for the screen to finally register you pressing no to the outrageous car wash offer. The employees inside are nice and it's not a bad store inside, but pumping gas is almost not worth coming here and going down the street to Walmart.

The woman behind the register tonight was extremely rude after asking for a specific brand of cigarettes.I am here pretty frequently, never had any issue with a clerk before.Hope any future visits are when she’s off the clock.

Traveling in this area from out of town. Been here since Monday and have spent about 85 dollars between gas and some necessities here and can not use your bathroom. Stopped in here tonight to get some soda at 10:20 pm and was told “once I clean the bathrooms I lock them.” So you are telling me that in a 24 hour shop customers who shop at night are not as important as those who shop during the day. Needed to buy some stuff and get gas again on my way out will definitely be going somewhere else.

Tuesday Morning 8:30, Trying to buy gas at least 40.00 paying with a 100.00 bill and she says she doesn’t have change, probably because she was on her cell phone having a conversation and wasn’t willing to put it down to assist a paying customer!!!This facility is one of the busiest I know and I’ve never had a problem before. You should hire some staff that actually wants to work.

This store never carries my soft pack of cigarettes. I can walk to this store. And the fact that I have walked here and they still didn't have my cigarettes pisses me off even more. I've been to this store on 8 occasions and erry time they don't have my soft pack of Newport shorts. They suck. The manager sucks. They service sucks. Circle K y'all need to do better. This is the best way of informing y'all about how much of a major disappointment y'all have become. I wish I could give this store a -5 star rating. Smh.

This place needs to learn to answer the phone. I got gas after work exactly $20 and then I checked my card after I was home to look at my funds for the rest of the week and they took $76 off my card and now won’t answer the phone. I travel 40 minutes to and from work and they are right next door to where I work. So they need to give me my money back ASAP!

This store is very convenient during the week @ 5:30am the coffee is hot, the service is friendly. Then the weekend comes, I don't rise as early on weekends. The last three weekends in a row I've visited at or around 8:00am and no coffee. I have to wait for someone to come make the coffee. I'm not even picky about what kind of coffee it is house blend, Columbian, Kona,etc I don't care as long as it's not decaf. Nope no coffee gotta wait. Leaves me wishing I lived near a 7-11.

Edit, it’s fixed!!Do you all know why your diesel pumps are so painfully slow? It started approximately 6 months ago and hasn’t gotten better since then. I never fill my truck up more than 10 gallons here because it takes about 1 minute per gallon of diesel.

Always out of my brand of cigarettes, if you get gas and use a debt card at pump they put a hold of 90$ for a 8$ purchase, I didn't realize until I got text letting me no.Called store to talk to manager none there and no call back,they suck now

Worst gas station in the area. Card readers in pumps have problems, pumps are very slow, the place is always trashed, and the line inside is always long.

Gas pump distribution is slow. We bought a propane tank and then nozzle was broken, had to drive back to return it.
