Handy little convenience store located in the heart of Buxton and next door to the town's best tackle shop. They have more than a normal convenience store, but are not a full blown grocery store. Open early and stays open late.

I stopped in during the NCBBA Red Drum tournament October '22. I found everything that I wanted/ needed. I had stopped by a couple of other bait/tackle shops and was not at all impressed with the hospitality or service. Red Drum Food Mart didn't care that I'm from out of town and treated me like family. They had no clue that I'm an NCBBA member with an annual ORV permit and an annual NC fishing license. I tell all my family and friends to go see them for all their fishing and vacation necessities.

When I'm on vacation I spend a lot of money on groceries and fishing tackle. This place is a good place to buy both, along with gas for your car/truck and your boat. Not only do they have a great selection of tackle, including custom rods, but I was pleasantly surprised at the selection on the grocery side. Prices were much lower than I expected as well. Surprisingly-good spot to get a lot of the things you need in one stop. Highly recommended.

Great little store, They have a little bit of everything, snacks, drinks cleaners, bathroom items, ect...Great location for walking if your staying anywhere off Old Lighthouse Road, also there tackle shop is just as good very helpful employees in both, I highly recommended anyone stop by and check them out.

We had a pizza from Hunt brothers which is inside this store. The pizza was really good and the service was very nice. Teh staff was friendly and helpful. They have other food items too.

We arrived when the pizzeria was almost closing and they still served us. The pizza was delicious! One of the best I have tried in my entire life. The girl at the register was super friendly and her husband was the same. When you come to Buxton be sure to visit this place that also sells everything.
