We have used The Prescription Pad of Burnsville since our return home to Yancey County about 3 1/2 years ago. We have never had an issue with the pharmacy itself. Docs sometimes don't follow through with scripts as they tell you they will at your appointment. Prescription Pad is most like the pharmacy we grew up doing business with all but the soda fountain 😒. Great service, friendly and helpful folks! Highly recommend!!!

Honestly I avoided this pharmacy because they didn’t have a great app, silly I know but I don’t like talking on the phone.Anyway, after reaching the end of my rope with the subpar service at CVS I moved all of my prescriptions here in a fit of (polite) rage. And I’m so glad I did! I’ve never had a single issue, my meds are always ready on time and it’s never a hassle. They’ve never been out of my meds even though there’s been shortages.They’re also actually pleasant to deal with. It’s a world of difference from the big chains.

We lived dealing with them till recently are diabetic medicane was not put in the bag,and was accused of loosing it in my car,and will not give me my diabetic meds,clearly something that keeps someone alive,but they are willing to make me do with out for a month so they can say they didn't mess up,,,,,,we just need are meds

We have been changing our medication prescriptions to here due to excellent customer service and fair pricing.Tuesday's the Okie Dokies Smokehouse FOOD TRUCK comes to the parking lot of Prescription Pad in Burnsville.Delicious pork BBQ sandwiches with or without coleslaw for $5 (8/30/22).

There were 8 people working today in the pharmacy section. While I was waiting for my scrip, 3 different people asked if I needed help. Took 7 minutes to fill my scrip, but there were lots ahead of me. Absolute best!

This is the friendliest pharmacy I have ever experienced. I choose them for my prescriptions only a year ago and already they greet me like a friend. Love the drive-up window and convenient hours.

When I went in to pick up a refill of my eye drops, Will had written a note on the package to warm me of a hefty raise in the price by the manufacturer, so I wouldn't be so shocked when they rang it up. His note read, "Price on drug has gone up. Used to be $25. Sorry. " What a thoughtful thing to do. That's why this pharmacy gets A-1 ratings by its customers. Thank you Will! (The new price was $38.82.)

They go above and beyond to take care of you. Patient, caring, and compassionate. Can't go anywhere else after coming here. I know everytime I come here I will be treated with kindness which is something you don't get from corporate run pharmacies.

They have always helped me the first time I used them I was just visiting my cousin that lives in Tennessee , and I've now been living in Tennessee for awhile and I've used them when I was seeing a doctor in granite falls then I got a doctor in Tennessee so then i didn't need one until I finally found a doctor to give me back my medicine and now I'm going to be useing their services angin
