I bought a plate of the oriental food at the bar and it was awful. Tasted like it was old and the noodles were so bad they tasted like plastic or something I can’t describe other than the worst thing I have ever tasted in my life. Do not eat the noodles!

The salad and olive bar is fresh, clean and delicious. The soup was misnamed so couldn’t take any. Only thing is the tables were very dirty, napkin holders needed soap and water (and napkins), and although I understand some people steal the salt/pepper shakers, they were hard to find. Again, though food was fresh with plenty to choose from.

Ingles is a very nice store always clean and the managers are always so helpful And they have the best bakery around these parts but I'm sadden to say at a cost .A fairly high cost. I bought my usual stuff I get every month and I figured I would get some of my groceries later in the month. But when the clerk at the check out said$ 369.00 I almost fainted I was so stunned I didn't say a thing. But usually this would have cost me around 200. and now I just could not believe it . So try and catch those sales and make sure that they really on sale items . Anyways I still love Ingles and only shop there but just thought I would warn the thrifty traveler .I hope I didn't offend anyone I didn't mean to in any way just telling what I went through on Jan.12.2024 They do have great fresh veggies and best bakery and the most delicious meats . They are a quality store.

I have lived at this address for well over a year now and have repeatedly tried to put the correct address in Google maps and it will not fix the problem . Google Maps keeps changing my address to the wrong address automatically. I don't know how to fix this. It has become a serious issue in that there have been UPS drivers, Pizza delivery people , and friends and family attempting to locate our house with Google Maps and everytime anyone attempts to put our correct address in , Maps changes the address to a road that is not even close to our house. Please let me know how to fix this it is now affecting our Internet access .

Extremely non friendly staff, not even a thank you with a $400 order. If anything, the cashier acted as if she was bothered by taking away from her texting. I'm done with this company.

I have never seen any grocery store sale spoiled produce like this even at the discount price until I came to live in Burnsville. Does this store really think people who buy organic would eat this kind of quality ? How do you even past inspection ? Unfortunately, this is not the only time i see it. It’s hard to shop for fresh produce here.

Love the large variety of Gluten Free foods, I have such a hard time at any other place finding food and snacks I can eat without continually having to cook every meal. Everyone is so nice also, my toddler spilled a cup of juice at the register one time and the cashier was so sweet to try and help me clean the mess and didn't make me feel embarrassed! I did have a problem with some meat one time BUT I can say that they did everything without hassle to make it right! Love this store and the people, I practically refuse to go to any other grocery store to shop for food! Oh and Starbucks is obviously great, they check all products before I get a beverage to make sure it's gluten free which is a big deal for me! Everyone there is highly appreciated and their service is exceptional!

Large clean store with lots of options. Cashier (Brittany) is on drugs, so it seems, or she is incredibly sick and shouldn’t be working. She was shaking so badly she couldn’t handle the money, and input our total paid wrong so she could pocket the change or something? Not really sure what happened there. Store is fine just a weird experience.

I don't live near an Ingles but always visit a few times a year while traveling. Ingles has fantastic food options on their deli bar. Absolutely LOVE the stuffed grape leaves. Ingles also has a great sushi selection.

They do have a great selection of about anything you need, but prices are ridiculously high. If you own a Swiss bank account, it's a fine place to shop. If they continue to cater to the tourists, maybe us local people will get lucky enough to see them price their way right out of business. Their other store, Sav Mor, is not any better. We need a grocery supermarket that is more economically balanced to meet the needs of our local and working class people.

Parking at this Ingles is awful. It looks like Ingles would consider something on the otherside of town maybe around the Bald Creek area for people living in that area. When you have to circle parking lot several times and end up going someplace else to shop, it is time for the owners to do something.

Generally, it's a decent grocery store. Considering the area, it is the best you will find. Staff members are very courteous and helpful.

Large local grocery store chain that is always clean and well organized. I like the fact that they all seem to be laid out the same, so if you have been to one, you can be an efficient shopper at any location.Huge selection, wide aisles. Only downside that affects me personally is the beer selection is quite small compared to all the other products they offer. I wish we had Ingles in the Midwest.

The first Ingles we went by about 15 miles away, the checkout gal was flat out rude. The location I am currently reviewing, the guy behind the CS desk, told us we would need to ask someone else for a couple of lottery tickets because he was busy doing other things.I am not going to interrupt someone else to buy something I really dont need anyway. We just thought it was rude. Everyone else we have met in NC has been super nice!

Ingles in Yancey County is the only grocery store we have. I realize prices for food are increasing everywhere. Yet when you have the monopoly on a county, prices automatically increase. This happened instantly when it was Ingles or drive elsewhere. People who have the means to go to a different grocery store, THEY DO!

If I could give a ZERO I would. My vape was stolen and a worker told me they knew who had it then contacted the store manager named Robert and he was supposed to call me back and call the employee who the other employee said had it and NO ONE still yet has contacted me! I advised him where either was at was on camera and still NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME! IF I WERE THAT STORES MANAGER I SURE QLD BW INVESTIGATING BC THAT WLD MEAN U MAY HAVE A TEAM THIEF STEALING FROM THE STORE AS WELL! And it may seem small to some but stealing is wrong and I WILL NOT LET THIS GO! THANKS FOR UR HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS ROBERT! NEXT TIME U GET STOLEN FROM I HOPE UR TREATED THE SAME

Such a clean organized store. Their meat and seafood department are fantastic as well as most of the other departments. Prices are very high, though the quality is great, I still think its over priced. I do love this store though. The deli is the only place I find has unfriendly prior. Mostly the men. Their rewards card helps. I will pay the extra for the cleanliness selecting and customer service except the deli.

This grocery store has a Starbucks, Coinstar, Western Union station, lottery machines, and Redbox. There is no ATM available in the store but limited withdrawals of cash are available at registers. Ingles can be a bit more expensive than its sister store Sav-Mor, due to the variety of grocery stores in the area is limited. This small detail can be offset by thrifty shoppers who take advantage of weekly deals, and getting in-store during the early morning hours helps consumers offset the cost of many items. The staff is very friendly and accommodating with small-town manners and charm There is always plenty of local produce in season, and otherwise well stocked and rotated when out of season. There is a large salad bar, and meals to go including Chinese food, sandwiches, pizza, and homestyle hearty dinners if you just need a quick bite to avoid shopping hungry. Indoor and outdoor seating areas are available to all patrons. Paper products and home goods are less expensive elsewhere in town so make yourself a list. There is lots of parking but can fill up quickly during peak hours. See the local newspaper for sales to plan your shopping. EBT and WIC-approved items are well-marked and abundant. The deli counter features fresh Boars head products. TIP: best to place your deli order before you begin to shop and then just check the baskets for your order number on the way to the registers to avoid long lines. I have always found it best to stick to the outer sections when shopping as that is where fresh meats and produce can be found. If you take the advice of shopping early there is the bonus of great aromas coming from the in-house bakery, which makes a variety of fresh bread, donuts, pastries, and other daily baked goods. I can't help but get a fresh donut on my way out. Happy shopping.

Ingles is always nice to run in and pick up what you might need. Cashiers that I have had are always nice. I pick my line by how the Cashier is acting and it seems to work for me. I always buy all my meat here. I have never had any problems like I have elsewhere. So yes I will pay a little more to get something that is good

The clerks are more interested in talking about what they did the night before than checking on customers to see if they needed anything. This is why I prefer Publix when possible. The managers are great though. They go out of their way to help.
