One of my favorite spots in town. I bring family and friends here when they visit. It’s a great place to go after a long hike or day at the river. I’ve gotten food to go many times as well and it’s always great. My favorite are the Buffalo ranch and popper pizzas. Their gluten free crust is one of the best around.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Plenty of parking. Beer on tap, cider and a great menu to choose from.Stout and cider for us.You can see from main floor below the brewery production. There is a second floor above and outdoor space on main level.Vegetarian options: Coupling optionsParking: Next to building and a parking lot next to property too.Kid-friendliness: Handrails and space for strollers, kids hangout.Wheelchair accessibility: You can park and use sidewalk to access to main entrance.

Really disappointed in the pizza. The reviews showed such great looking quality made pizzas however they are far from it. Nothing like spending $18 for a pizza that is burnt in spots and not cooked in others. They could’ve just rolled it up like a rug and gave it to me. I traveled less than 0.1 miles and the pizza was cold. Took it back after seeing how it looked with basically only having toppings on one side. The manager didn’t really seem to care and argued about it. Got another bad pizza for trouble that was also cold, burnt in spots and undercooked in others. This is my last trip to Homeplace and pizza joint.

I met a friend at this chill out cool bar restaurant around 1pm on a Tuesday for lunch. It was perfectly quiet for catching up and enjoying hours of conversation, laughter, eating, and sharing a drink. They have a long list of tasty beverages from Berry Bucket (a sour gose w/sea salt & Oregon blackberries) to Ginger's Revenge to a Chocolate coffee Milky Stout named Mustang Oil.We built a pizza which was delish. Sauce on the yummy sweet side, tasted 🤩 fabulous.Comfortable, hip, cozy, and the bartender says it picks up for dinner. The SpringHouse, a cellar lounge, opens in the evenings. We will be back!Parking: Free front parking lot on the left side. Approx five cars can fit. Big free parking lot below just behind it. Otherwise, off street and easy walk. Cute itty, bitty, artsy town!

The food was perfect for a quick bite or chatting with friends for dinner. The area is great, has indoor and outdoor seating, and a platform for shows. Definitely recommend the pizza. The build your own pizza is excellent and easy. Service was super fast, although I can imagine it might get a bit more crowded the later it gets.

We opted to try Hog Hollow while on Spring Break with 6 teens ages 13-17 and 2 adults. It was a great stop for us. The food was yummy, the beer was delicious and the atmosphere was inviting. There’s 3 stories and an outside area. The downstairs was like “That’s 70’s” show couch and set up. Then the main level chill vibes and big bar. Then the upstairs was very entertaining with all the games. We went outside to the picnic table and the big stage. Wrong time of the year for us but I can imagine what a great atmosphere that must be for live music. We all got something different to eat, burger was banging, pizzas were delicious, the chicken sandwich yummy and the club! Can’t go wrong. Def would go back

Great little local pizza shop within Homeplace Brewery! We had the Gluten Free pizza with the garlic Parmesan sauce and mozzarella cheese and it was one of the best GF pizzas I’ve ever had. I have an allergy so I don’t get many great options but THIS is one that even my picky husband loved. Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting with a home town feel.

Great pizza, pitas and beer. I was a bit disappointed with the gyro and they have a different take on the popers. Great beer selection and seating options. Service was very fast and friendly.

Early dinner in Burnsville, NC at this local pizza joint. My husband and I ordered the build your own pizzas. We were extremely satisfied with the turnout. Pizza was cooked perfectly. The building houses a local brewery, the pizza place & hamburger joint downstairs. We only had the pizza, however, the menu had lots more. Another plus to this place… very reasonable prices. We certainly recommend this place.

Great venue, nice staff and Pizza hit the spot. Crust was nice being that it is made in a wood fired oven, but the sauce was a bit boring for my taste. Overall one of the best options when in the area.

the wood fired pizza was delicious, as were the homemade beer cheese dip and ground mustard with chips (the soft pretzels were sold out☹️) and I'll be back to try a burger based upon recommendations from others I met there.* Bella, one of the young ladies who serves food outside, is remarkably friendly** dogs welcome 🐕 🐩 🐕‍ ** outside seating** live music 🎶Vegetarian options: salads, pizza, etcParking: there's additional parking across the wayKid-friendliness: the outside seating area seemed both kid & dog friendly

Picked up our food <5 minutes after we received the “ready” notification, but it was cold by time we got home, 5 minutes away. Pizza was burnt on bottom but undercooked on top and lacked red sauce/was super sparse on cheese despite including it on the order. Garlic knots were too tough to chew and olives got left off the Greek salad. ☹️ this definitely wasn’t worth the $45 spent. 2 stars for the atmosphere because the patio was a vibe.

I can honestly say i experienced a first for pizza. Until last night I had never had pizza with no taste. I had a 14 inch Everything pizza that the only thing I could taste was onion and banana peppers. The sauce and other toppings were very sparse and had no flavor. I can't say it tasted horrible because that wouldn't be true. Tostinos and Tony's frozen have more flavor. The 9 inch we had was no better. We were really looking forward to enjoying wood fired pizza but were so disappointed with what we received. Save some money and go down the street to Pizza Hut.

One of the best pizza 🍕 places in the High Country. The environment, the quality of ingredients 🍅🌶️ 🧀, and servers are incredible. From the time we ordered till the time we were eating was so fast. We tried the Greek 🐔 chicken pizza, veggie pies, and a pepperoni and cheese pizza for the kids along with a Greek 🥗 salad and Caesar salad which were incredible. We also had 🍺 beers from Home place with the meal which was the cherry on the top. They also have ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ parking and 🚻 restrooms.

Came for Saturday night dinner. The beer and cider we had were very good. We each tried a 9” pizza. Thought we couldn’t eat it all, but it was SO good, we were not leaving any deliciousness behind. One had the pepperoni and the other was special for the night — cranberry, Brie and onion. Everything about the pizzas was just right. They were near perfection!

We came to Burnsville, NC for a nice Saturday night out. Not sure where to go to find Vegan options, we tried Hog Hollow Wood Fired Pizza. They had vegan cheese options for their spinach or veggie pizzas. We shared a large spinach with vegan cheese (supposedly made in-house), and two large salads. The seating is sparse but there are multiple levels so no problem finding seating. The drink options are varied, and the beer here is obviously very good. Then the pizza arrived. I tried two bites and let my wife have the rest. I am 45 years old and it is easily the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my entire life. It was basically thin crust dough with some kind of nutritional yeast-like powder presented as "cheese", and a sprinkled layer of spinach. No sauce whatsoever. We asked for some sauce and received a 1 oz container.Maybe sauce is really expensive around here...I don't know...Anyway, the environment is friendly, the servers are efficient and nice, but given the poor quality of their signature product, this place definitely deserves only 3 stars, and we likely will never be back.

Food and drink top notch! Comfy casual place with lots of tables inside and great picnic space outside. Bring your dogs and your kids! Play a game of cornhole.Dietary restrictions: The gluten free pizza was the best ever!! And high marks for the ginger beer non alcoholic and the hard version both gluten free and refreshing!

I'm so glad they have this place. Pizza is delicious. Service is great, although the service is a hybrid. You order at the front and grab your own table. They bring you the food and you get water and drinks. This place can get busy and finding a table is like the hunger games but without the violence. They sometimes have live music.I definitely enjoy coming here when I'm in town

HANDS-DOWN THE BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD!!! I'm celiac abd this is it. Without question. In 3 days we went back twice only because we didn't discover the brewery until the 2nd day. The Buffalo pizza delivers from everything; crust to toppings. Nothing is lacking. The seltzer they have on tap pairs phenomenally. DO NOT SLEEP ON SMALL TOWNS!!

Hog Hollow is one of our favorite places to eat, relax, and enjoy unique brews. The prices are great, the food is amazing, and the staff is very welcoming. I'm so happy we have such a great place to gather in our community. There is something for every palate at Hog Hollow; vegan, vegetarian, and carnivores alike. The beer selection is awesome, and one of a kind. I highly recommend Hoh Hollow for family time or date night!Parking: Easy parking.

We visited the Burnsville area and did not go anywhere else for dinner. We loved Hog Hollow!!! Sat outside, had great food and drink (I’m a cider drinker and the cherry cider was wonderful). We are addicted to the garlic parm wings and failed miserably trying to recreate them at home. Would love to go back!!

Bartenders and servers were great today. Great selection of beer, pizza and other food. I could do without a dog at every table (nasty to me) but I realize that I'm in the minority and that's the new norm. Everything else, especially the service (because it bears repeating, AWESOME), was excellent.
