I am a care giver to my parents, and needless to say between their medications and mine it gets overwhelming. Everyone on staff goes above and beyond to help. For example, I just got both of them home from the hospital. My dad is bed ridden and my mother has dementia. I am also a single father raising two young children. Lindsey, Georgina, Kim, and Donna on their own found a care giver to help with burden. And Lindsey took on in her spare time to clean their house. They care for customers, and even though we as consumers can be rude, impatient, harried etc. They still deal with us with a smile and compassion.The crew at the front of the store managed by Kim are just the same. So take the time, even when your days is bad as it ever can be give a smile back and thank them.

Paramcy is awful. Worst customer service ever. After a 45 min wait they told me I had to wait until after they take lunch to pick up my wifes scripts. Other than the lady pharmacist they are pretty worthless.

They had everything I needed. Filled my prescription faster than most places do. They take most insurance and GoodRx discounts.

No words for the hot mess the pharmacy is. Widely known in town that it’s gone downhill. Rude staff who doesn’t care to upset sick folks. I hope CVS corporate steps in soon. Taking my biz elsewhere. Sad, after being loyal to this brand for decades.

Kim the new manager and Citlali are amazing! They always greet you with a smile and an offer to help. The store is clean and well stocked. Well done CVS!

Please do not use this pharmacy first off the workers. If they don’t know the answer, they will make something completely up not just that it takes them 30 to 45 minutes every time every customer then if you have a question they literally have zero answers they will make one up and if they’re waiting on your doctor to respond, they will not call you and tell you that they will sit there and wait until your prescription is expired. Please use prescription pad.

I don't use the pharmacy much but the rest of the store is great. The staff here is friendlier and more intelligent here than at half the stores in town. I always have pleasant conversations with someone. The prices are high if you don't use the app and discounts. I never pay full price on anything here, because you can stack multiple discounts on. Usually I pay 60% off the retail prices by using the app before I come in.

So I just called CVS Pharmacy and spoke with their “pharmacist” (I use that term lightly) about my dads insurance and an alternate medication because his insurance doesn’t take effect until December 1st. With that being said the original medication was $800 and I was going to ask about an alternate medication that could possibly have the same effect until his insurance took effect! With that being said, her exact words were and I quote “I don’t have time to do this right now because it would turn into a 15 minute conversation and I’m not doing that right now, have a nice day and call his physician!” Now had this been the first time this “pharmacist” had been rude, it would be different! But it’s not!!! If you go this pharmacy deal with Georgina Hughes! She really cares and tries to help her customers!

Absolutely the worst CVS pharmacy. The pharmacy never answers the phone, the lines are always long (even preCovid), staff are nice but not very knowledgeable.A prescription was called in on a Friday and it still wasn't filled by Wed. The pharmacist "sent it back" because it didn't match the previous prescription order. How about you fill the prescription and let me purchase it.Will be driving at least 50 minutes to another chain just to avoid this store.

Wow, can't believe the rude inconsiderate a hoooleees that work here. Came in here about 4pm and there was a guy "working" the self scan..and a girl standing behind the register at the pictures section..both were oblivious to anything going on. They were talking and acting like they were the only two in the store. By the time I got some medicine for my kid and went to check out, i was 8th person in line. The guy at the self scan announced it was closed and instead of going behind register to start checking people out, he casually walks all the way to the back and is gone over 10 minutes. The girl up front just stands there complaining about how the picture printer is so slow and all of us in line was looking at each other like are you serious right now...we ALL honestly thought we were being pranked. We stood there almost 25 minutes in line from the start on the guy closing the self scan til he started checking people out. It was the most ridiculous bizarre thing that i have EVER dealt with. No wonder they have to close at 6 now...why even be open!?

I’m at home sick and trying to call to speak with a pharmacist after you go through the entire push this # and that # or go online , it would disconnect every time I choose to speak with a pharmacist.

I am here visiting and forgot my medication at home. I went to the drive thru to see if i could get my medication filled here. Dawn was a tremendous help to me and I was able to get my medication by the next day! Thank you Dawn for going above and beyond duty.

I went to Cvs in Burnsville I was greedier as soon as I walked thru the door . I was ask if I needed any help by the staff and I was helped with everything on my list st . The wonderful staff is the reason I keep going back . Thank you all so very much we are very fortunate to have such a great store in our community. Thank you
