When my dog came inside, she was shaking uncontrollably, she couldn't keep her balance, and was vomiting. Everything happened all at once and I rushed her to Burnsville veterinary clinic, to seek help. Thankfully, they were able to help by giving her fluids, and flush out whatever was causing her to get sick. They even gave me a estimate of how much it would cost to have her treated. They wanted to do blood work, and give her fluids, and do a few tests which would've cost about $300! I was tight on cash, and they offered just the fluids, which would cost me $30... Big difference in how much it would cost me out of pocket, to save my dogs life!I really think they should offer some type of payment plan or something. Not everyone has hundreds of dollars just sitting around. And so many of us are struggling to make it week to week.. a payment plan helps, even if it's $50 per week, it at least helps with the average person to have that flexibility, and actually pay it off. Just an idea to consider in the future to have.. I believe it would bring more customers, and more business in, and a higher chance of bills getting paid off.

We first started using this vet in July 2022, we were previously traveling a good bit for our 10yr old border colllies original vet. They were so good to our dog and helped us with affordable care. Unfortunately, her cancer came back after 6 years and very aggressive. There was nothing that could be done but they were filled with so much compassion and were sincere during thus hard time. They gave me all the time I needed before she was euthanized and let me stay as long as I needed and would check on us When her ashes came back, they also included a special poem and sent a sympathy card in the mail. I was very pleased with their care for her. We now have a dachshund puppy and knew we would be using this vet again and once again I am very pleased with their care and their knowledge with making sure we are doing all that we can for preventative care and making sure we have a healthy pup.

Burnsville Vet Clinic is a wonderful place to take your pets!When we brought our little Lady in we were expecting to have to say goodbye. First off, she was not a regular to this vet and when we called and told them about her condition they scheduled us an appointment time that was within 30 minutes. We get there and I'm a blubbering idiot because my poor baby is so sick. Tears were pouring out of my face and I felt like I could hardly even talk but I never once felt judged by the ladies at the desk. They treated me with kindness and patience even though I'm sure we were annoying. In fact, I KNOW we were annoying. We did have an odd experience with a temp vet while we were there, but they made up for it with our next visit when Dr. Moody was in. We had to go a couple of times that week and even on Saturday (which is another great thing about this clinic), but eventually she got better.Now we go back every week to get her food and they know our names and ask about Lady everytime I see them. They are always so happy to know she's doing well. We get her nails clipped there and they always tell us how cute she is and how well she does, so she must be happy with them too because she never lets me clip them!I'm beyond grateful to every single person that works here. They've saved my pup a couple of times. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly, generous, and down right KIND. The vets and techs are always gentle and answer every single one of my stupid questions. Thanks to them, my best friend is right next to me, cuddled up, and living her best life. ❤

We had a great experience taking our kitty Conrad in for a puncture wound on his foot. Really cute space, friendly staff and great care! We will be bringing all of our animals here moving forward. We recently moved to Marshall and needed a new vet! Happy to have found Burnsville Animal Clinic!

Took our dog to get a bath, nails trimmed, and shots she came out smelling wonderful and looking great plus she didn't seem stressed or anxiousat all (the first time she has ever really looked much less smelled clean out of several places we've taken her for a bath) and she's not a small dog, they weighed her at 107lbs ❤

The worst vet clinic in the High Country. 3 years ago, they forcibly muzzled my dog without telling me and injured her in the process. I can’t say enough bad things about these horrible people. Steer clear.

I have been a customer of Burnsville Vet Clinic since they opened, almost 50 years ago. Unfortunately, the vets who are there now ignored the opinions and observations I tried to share about my pet. They ignored his symptoms and misdiagnosed him during several visits, and finally tested him for Cushing's after he had been obviously sick for over a year. They still ignore my attempts to discuss his problems and refuse to give me a prescription so I can order less expensive medication online. They have also ignored treatment options requested by other family members, always wanting to go with only the most expensive option. The office staff and assistants are very nice, but the vets are not.

My dogs have been going to Burnsville Vet for a very long time as a matter of fact I have had dogs all my life and my father took our dogs there. My dogs have had regular visits,vaccinations and surgeries over the years. This week I called and needed desperately to make an appointment for one of my dogs.I told them I felt like the dog was not going to make it because he had gotten where he could hardly walk. The reply I got was we don't have any openings I will give you an appointment for next week and I said he won't make it "I am sorry but we can't work him in. Next,day I picked up Ibuprofen for my dog and when I pulled in 1:30 I was trying to determine if they were even open no cars in the parking lot . I went in and there the front desk people were and also the ones who help i,nthe back having a social hour laughing and cutting up. No one in,the waiting room but they couldn't work my dog in. I called the next day and still won't see my dog .I took my dog to Marion Animal Hospital and without hesitation they told me to bring him right then. My dog is dying and they were so good and kind even the front desk which at Burnsville has always been very poor quality and terrible personalities but I overlooked it because I liked the Vets. I have gotten my sister to take her pet there and gave them a good name. Never again will this place get a good reference from me and I will get the word out don't take your pet here because they could care less.

This was a out of town emergency vist for me. The staff was SO friendly and helpful they got me in on a half day schedule. They seemed sincere with there thoughts about my sick girl. Dr. Moody was friendly and informative and they all were very patient with my Lilly. It's great to know they are there to help when I needed them.

We were very appreciative that this vet clinic would see our dog who suffered an eye injury, while her own vet was too busy to see her. We were instucted to sit in the waiting room, not allowed to be with our dog during this exam. Later, the doctor came out and said her eye was fine, nothing needed but found a lump on her back and did a needle aspiration, took a sample and determinined it was only a fat cyst. No cancer was detected. No permission was obtained from us, the pet owners. No one even bothered to let us know beforehand. How is this even right? Felt like a scam especially when we had to pay for this procedure that was not justifiable. This vet did not know this dog's history or bothered to ask. This "Lump" was surgically excised by her regular vet last year and if this vet really was interested in doing the right thing, would have been told if he asked. Why did our dog need to have this painful and invasive procedure? Does Informed consent apply to veterinarian services?Before posting this, I called the office and spoke with the receptionist who listened. She put me on hold and said she has informed the office manager of my concerns and complaint. No reponse from the office manager or vet which has been over several weeks.

Fast and thorough care. I have taken our little Chihuahua to them on 2 different occasions and they were excellent. They also do follow-up phone calls a couple of days after visit to make sure your pet is doing OK. Im very happy with them and will use them again.

Just boarded my two pups here, our normal place was full and it was recommended by a family member. We dropped them off on a Friday and picked them up on Monday (they are not open on Sunday for pickup). They are cheap on boarding price but with all the fees it ended up being very expensive. They do test the dogs for worms, mine was positive and they treated which I did not mind but they also called on Friday and told me that one of my dogs was very loud (redbone mix) and the vet was sensitive to sounds so if he did not calm down they had to give him ACE which I googled and it's a seditive and anti anxiety med which by the way I was charged for I was not a fan of the boarding my dogs were more stressed than normal and it cost me double my usual price I will not be returning to them.

I truly appreciate the staff getting me in when my dog wasn't in great shape. The entire staff was efficient & courteous. Dr. Daniel was informative & upfront about his evaluation of my dogs condition. I would not hesistate to take any pet there, not to mention the Dr. personally called to check on my dog the very next morning !

Best Vet!! They are so caring and really take the time to get to know each animal and their needs. The staff is amazing. All the Vets are knowledgeable, kind, polite, and everyone makes you and your pet feel welcome. The prices are extremely reasonable. The boarding staff is great. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.

Great and loving veterinary and kennel services in a modern building with up to date equipment and services. Located on Burnsville's western side, just off 19E. We've been using this place for about 4 years now without complaint. The staff love our big dog and he loves being there.We generally get our pooch washed and pedicures before coming home.
