Very cute store but extremely unfriendly staff. I would have made a purchase while there, but I was so put off by the employees poor customer service that it made me not want to spend my money there. Very disappointing. I will not be returning.

I have been half a dozen times now and made purchases every time. Great displays and lovely floral pieces.Sadly, I have not had friendly service most of the time. Sometimes not even a hello when you walk in.

I can not say enough how nice April is. I messaged her through FB, she responded quickly and was extremely helpful. I ended up driving the hour + to see the tshirts she had in stock. I felt like I had known her forever.the store had the cutest items and smelled wonderful. If you're looking for farm type decor Barn Charm is a must.
