Great experience and love the atmosphere. Clean and well organized. Supermarket has a wellness area full of healthy items. They also carry vegan chips. Clothing area is set up like as if you were in the mall. Great place to visit. Oh ya, checking out you don't have to stand in long lines. Setup to get you in and out quickly

I don’t remember much about this Walmart. I think at some point I had to take a poop, and I went to the bathroom to do so. In the bathroom, there was a guy playing a ukulele, and he was singing songs from the TV show Mork and Mindy.After pooping, I think about a T-shirt, and then the cashier forgot to give it to me so I had to come back the next day. That was really dumb. But the manager was super nice and just gave it back to me when I got there. I told her about the guy with the ukulele and she said it wasn’t a guy.Love the gas.

This Walmart is amazing. I've been to a few Walmarts in my time, and this one consistently stands out. It's always well-stocked and impeccably clean. The attention to detail even extends to the bathrooms, which are checked frequently. Great job, team! Keep up the excellent work, and may God bless you all! 👏🛒🌟

The store itself is pretty good overall, but 2 things I have noticed for some time get annoying. One is having to find a cart in the lot to push in as the supply inside has been low to empty on my last 3-4 trips there. Another thing is being hounded by panhandlers in the parking lot. I frequent other Walmart stores and never have to deal with this. Granted some are down on their luck, but most clearly are more physically capable than me the way they stroll around the lot for hours. Use that energy to get a damn job... will also mention that there has been an old pickup being lived in on the lot for MONTHS. Thing hasn't moved from under the shade tree due to a flat tire (or two). Whoever currently manages this store needs to really sort things out a bit better or I and family members will gladly spend elsewhere.

Thank you Kara for your help today. We were waiting on someone to come help in fabric department. They took too long so I went looking for someone and ran into Kara. She stopped what she was doing and followed me to the fabric and proceeded to cut what myself and another customer needed. While taking care of us she also assisted another employee with items. We to go Kara!!

Very neat and organized. Much better than when I was last in. There were 2 occasions a group of employees were together with their cell phones, not really helping customers. There were 2 instances. Once in the store and once by self checkout.

Why are you hiring people who can not speak English? I asked an employee where a certain item was and he let me know he didn't speak English. Then he had the audacity to suggest I lean Spanish so I can speak to them. Now I could have really let him have it. He is in my country which we speak English. But I ignored it... And just laughed it off. He's got to be confused as to which country he is in.

I just spent 30 minutes in line at the Customer Service desk. Only one lady working. Another lady, I couldn’t see her name because she had a picture of her dog on her badge just stood around. She finally manned another register after the line got long enough to reach the restrooms. Good customer service? I don’t think so.

For me every trip to Walmart is meh at best, unless I'm excited about making a special purchase.This particular trip was to stop in and pick up a battery for my mower and a battery for my motorcycle. They had the mower battery but not the motorcycle battery. No biggie we pass Auto Zone on the way home. Since we got a battery I felt it best to go to a manned register instead of self checkout due to batteries having a core charge. There were only two lanes open. The lane I chose to go to ( the first open register that I saw ) the employee was not at their register. They were off dillying around chitchatting or something. However they did come to the register after I walked away and went to the next open register which had 5 customers with overflowing carts. So I said bump that and we went to the self checkout. Everything went fine at self checkout no problem getting the core charge handled. So it wasn't a total negative experience. I'd just like to see employees be at their assigned stations ready to work, especially when there are only two registers open.

Placed a pickup order got the text at 5pm that my order was ready for pickup. My husband gets there at 6:20pm (after he got off work)to pickup and sits there an hour and 15mins and he stops someone and they tell him that he wasn't checked in when I have proof(screenshot)that he was checked in what spot he was parked in and that they would be out shortly. We're not happy!! We won't be doing pickup at this location again!!!

I went in to buy a set of speakers and speaker wire and they were in a locked case. I pushed the button for assistance and was told an associate would be there shortly to help me. I waited 15 minutes and no one came. Walmart lost an $80 sale because they can’t be bothered to help their customers. Best Buy got my money !!!!!

This is a nice Walmart. It's always well organized and clean. The associates are helpful if you need anything. I never have a problem getting what I need. The store is usually well stocked. I will shop there again.

Bought 2 Walmart mobile phones on line. They shipped the phones to my home. Neither phone could be activated because they were Not scanned, so cannot be used. Took them to the local store (with my online Receipt) to get them scanned. I was told they could do nothing except charge me full price again to scan the phone so I could activate them. What the Hell! I have proof of purchase. Walmart can Go To HELL

The employees work at Walmart is racial my daughter try to get a job and they did not hired her and she got a perfect background. She tried to get a job in customer service and the women that do the hired did not hired her I guess they try not to hired black people.

Pretty clean store, well stocked. They have normal check out and self checkout options. Bathrooms are usually decent if needed. Located right off the highway. Has dollar general and tractor supply co in the same strip. Inside Walmart has a subway, Claire's, and eye care center.

Walmart Pickup/delivery at Garden Road Walmart is absolutely, utterly abismal. It takes over 45 minutes to receive your grocery items from when you arrive even after stating that your items are ready. Parking is flooded with Walmart Delivery Drivers, and customers still waiting. The grocery handlers have no motivation. Management is to blame for not getting them out there.

There are always lines. Even at the self checkout. The women's clothing departments always look like a swap meet. I don't know about you, but I hate paying full price for merchandise I have to pick up from the floor. I try to restrict my patronage to the pharmacy which is surprisingly well run.

There was only one cashier on duty to a line of customers that went back into the store. Not all of us like to use the self checkout we were in line longer than it took to shop. If I have to pay more for my groceries, I want to be waited on. It also takes jobs away from someone.

Last week dropped off two disposable cameras to get developed to surprise my wife on Christmas we haven’t seen the pictures that we took with them in years the lady told me it would be six days until I could come pick them up I get here today a week later and she says they haven’t even been sent off yet I have now picked them back up and am rushing around trying to find somewhere to get this done before Christmas. Walmart really screwed me on this one

It is Walmart. You either love it or hate it. They do have the lowest prices on over the counter items that you can buy with your FSA card or OTC credit from Medicare Advantage Plans.

You can't hardly find anyone and IF you do, they're rude, don't know anything, or are too busy to help. Bathrooms are always nasty.I've had more negative experiences here than good ones. It used to be the low prices that kept me going back, but since covid, they price gouge everything. I have boycotted Walmart and took my money elsewhere.

Zero customer service. I was shopping for my 96 year old mother in laws groceries and incontinence supplies. CSM refused to accommodate my mother in laws check. She said all the registers had been closed out. Like a mantra the blonde CSM repeated this over and over when I suggested ways she could help. When I asked who the store manager was she referred me to some board at the front of the store, how rude. I suggested that I go through self checkout at one of the slave terminals, the transaction could be suspended and the check accepted and cleared through the master terminal.she said this would make the register short, I don't think so. With out giving me her name or offering me help me in any manner this blonde CSM disappeared in the back not to return, very rude.the bill was over $350 and I would have left the items at the store if the were for me. I hope Bobbi from the board reads this review. If Bobbi cares,she will have a valid voice-mail and train her staff to accommodate customers needs. As for me I may never shop this location again.
