The prices are honestly insane. A pair of beat up toddler converse for $14.99, a baby bouncer for $60, and a half broken kids piano for $40. Charging this much for children’s items that were given to you for free is criminal. No one is going to GOODWILL expecting normal retail prices.Also, $20 for a flimsy Jansport backpack is ridiculous.

Tonight 01/04 I had a great experience shopping and checking out. Everyone working was in good spirit and friendly with shoppers. The place is always clean and stocked. Check out was quick and easy, Keona my cashier was kind enough to let me know about the 25% coupon, it would save me almost 20$. She said she would wait for me to run to my car to get my phone 🤯❤ that doesn't happen often. I am a manager in retail, I would love to have 100 cashiers like Keona. Be blessed.

I am a total thrift store junkie and this is the absolute worst Goodwill store I have ever been in!!! You wouldn't know it when you first walk through the door but take a walk to the housewares department and you will be shocked - it's an absolute junkyard. Items are literally jammed on the shelves and are precariously balanced on top of other things. There is absolutely no organization in the back of the store. You'll often hear employees mumbling as they try to smash more items on the shelves. BEWARE and be careful if you're brave enough to enter.

This is legitimately the nicest Goodwill store I have ever been in in my life. I was greeted by the friendliest lady the second I walked in, everything is super organized and the prices are great! They have some awesome clothes in perfect condition, not to mention furniture and super cute lamps. I also scored my kids some VHS tapes for $0.49 a piece because we are old school like that. My five-year-old is thrilled! I got three really nice pair of jeans and 4 movies for $18.

My 1st visit was great! They have available public restrooms. The selection was nice. I noticed they had a whole section of very pricey items which was a first experience for one of the many Goodwill stores I have visited.

STOP WRAPPING UP PEOPLES GLASSWARE IN THEIR CLOTHES WITHOUT TELLING THEM. I WILL BE FILING A BBB COMPLAINT TOO. YOU DID NOT TELL ME THAT YOU DID THAT AND NOW I HAVE SHATTERED GLASS ALL OVER MY DAMN FLOOR AFTER REMOVING A SWEATER FROM THE BAG AND UNABLE TO RETURN THIS BROKEN GLASS. AS MUCH MONEY AS GOODWILL HAS AND YOU'RE WRAPPING PEOPLES GLASSWARE IN THEIR CLOTHES?! NO!

The employees are generally nice.The prices are wild. They take all the "good" stuff and put it in their "Willow Boutique" section and charge as close to retail as possible for it. The household goods area is like trying to shift through a junk heap. I'm scared to touch anything, it might cause an avalanche.Other local Goodwills WITHOUT the Willow section are better. I do not recommend this one.

This Goodwill has lost its mind. It’s by far the most expensive Goodwill I’ve ever been in. You can tell by how much clutter is in there, others think the same. Actually over heard other customers talking about how high the prices were. Absolutely ridiculous!! Not sure who’s in charge of pricing but go shop your other stores, you’re way out of whack!

Disappointing. Still in process of reno but the hard goods shelves have not.been given more space yet. Too close to shop and shelves are a mess. Found a pair of wall sconces in two different places. One marked .99 and the other 1.99. Pointed this out to the cashier, she went and checked and manager said to raise the price on the lower one. Disappointingly bad business practice. I left them there.

I don't recommend visiting this Goodwill. The prices are much too high and the store is extremely messy and junky. The households and electronics are not shoppable, just piles of junk stuffed everywhere. It's very unpleasant in here.

The prices are crazy. The exact same Christmas garland that you can buy at dollar tree was 1.99 at goodwill. What they want for kids pants you might as well go to Walmart and buy brand new!!! Will not ever donate or shop there again!!!

Easy to drop of donations, the lady who helps gave the impression of being a prisoner working.Inside was nice around the clothing area but kinda like a junk yard when looking at everything else.Not bad just messy...

Found an awesome black carry-on bag with multiple zippered compartments and wheels at a nice price for upcoming trip to Scotland; Swiss Army brand. Never know what you might find, but it will always be at a good price.

I found a nice pair of boots for my husband for $6.99 but the white lady at the register change the price to $50Like really?? Since when has goodwill become so money hungry?!! Everything there’s donated and it’s for people to find nice things at affordable prices… so disappointingI’d not recommend this place.

I really enjoy this Goodwill, as most things are well stocked (omitting the glassware and home goods). However, there is one exception and that is Wanda. She is rude, unpersonable, and always has a bad attitude. She should be nowhere near the public. All other staff has been nothing but nice and welcoming.

As a mom of 4,Goodwill is a huge part of my life,and this particular store although a great selection of items and decent cleanliness for the amount they have in store,i gotta say,i had the worst experience with the 2 staff members the 2 days in a row i went. I was not only spoken to in a down like manner,but followed both days bt the same two as if i were "stealing" (that's how i felt anyway). So i give the store a 4,but staff those days,a 3(and I'm just being generous as I'm a nice person).

Prices are higher than retail. I asked about the price of a dress and was told one thing but charged a dollar more then the quote price. Would never recommend someone to go to that one. I've been to many goodwill stores and this is by far the worst one and most expensive.

The newish Goodwill was a complete disappointment. The store was dirty and unorganized, the merchandise was dirty and overpriced, plus the place smelled bad. It basically looked like no one that worked there cared what it looked like or if the merchandise was dirty. The isles were so tight it was impossible to stay 6 feet apart...it was impossible to stay 1 foot apart. The "only" good part was getting out of there and that the cashier was nice. One star is too high.

I no longer shop at this location. I asked about the prices on 7 pcs of bakeware. Some had two different price stickers on them. The clerk took them to the back to ask the manager about it and when she came back they were all marked much higher. In business, I don't know how much more unethical you can get. I didn't buy them, nor any of the other items I had in the cart. I wasn't desperate enough to get scammed.

Like most all Goodwill stores you never know what you may find. This however is one of the cleaner, newer, stores in the area. Additionally I recommend this one over the other one in town because employees here are much nicer and less huffy about doing their job. All around a better experience than the one across town.

I was not impressed with the prices tagged on to some of the clothes and bags, it seems outrageous, if I were to get me a handbag for that amount of price which was 39.90, I'd take myself to a shopping mall or TJMaxx and have me a bigger selection to choose from. I bought 1 item for 4.99 and the cashier entered 2 different amounts and I ended up waiting for over 10 mins becuz of the discrepancy and what not. Seems like they keep trying to compete with prices. I wouldn't really bother shopping here for a bargain cuz it ain't bargain no more.

Best Goodwill in the area. You can always find a gem in this store. You just have to look around good. But the staff here are always super nice and always willing to help you with anything. Great place to find a very nice article of clothing or to donate your own items. Very clean store. Best Goodwill around hands down.

Went here to get assistance at the Goodwill Career Education Center with updating my resume. After 5 years of not updating my resume I was a bit unsure. Plus doing it online gives you so many choices it can get confusing. But I wanted clear, concise, current and close to one page as possible. Not a novel, perspective employers don't want to look at all that. The people there were very helpful, patient and understanding of my situation after returning to work after being ill for 5 years with a rare disease.They were willing to help in any way they could and loaded with good pointers with interview skills. if you are starting over again or changing careers. Also a good place to donate clothes, furniture that can help others.
