I recently visited this TJ Maxx, and I was quite impressed with their jewelry clearance section. They have a fantastic selection, and the prices are unbeatable. The well-stocked aisles made shopping a breeze.However, I did notice that there weren't as many options for men's clothing, which was a bit disappointing. But overall, it's a great store with some minor room for improvement

Lots of stuff in this store. The housewares dept was really well organized as was the health and beauty section. However, women's apparel was a different story. Certain racks were packed while others were sparse. Lots and lots of small and medium sized garments. XL almost non-existent. I did manage to find exactly what I needed though. And at a good price!!!

The store, in my opinion, has too many departments. The mrns clothing section leaves a lot to be desired. It was almost devoid of mens clothing. There are very few selections to pick from. Then, I had to look at every piece of clothing on the only 4 racks that they had. This used to be a nice place to buy mens clothing. I spoke with the manager, and she is aware of the problem and has mentioned it to Corporate . But no changes have come to her store.

Great store. super clean. Only 3 stars because there are only 2 tiny racks with men's cloths. I'll be going to Ross's from now on.

Very clean, well-kept store with trendy, fashionable merchandise. This store offers everything from interior design items to clothing to kids toys. I appreciate how clean the store is, including the restrooms.

Don't waste your time going to a job interview because they will not hire you they will call you at 8:00 pm offer you a job but when you get to the interview they will not hire you.They will send you a email said you is not qualified for the job.I don't know if it's my skin color why they didn't hire me.

This is a good clean store. They are quick to get their seasonal merchandise out so get their fast if you want first pick. They have a vast selection of all kinds of stuff and the staff is really friendly. I will be back

If you are a plus sized human, this is absolutely not the store for you. It has a sign for plus sized clothes hanging proudly from the ceiling but no selection at all. It's almost as if you're a larger size you don't deserve to wear cute clothes.

Isles are wide so you have enough room to have many customers in them. Wide verities of items for everyone on my shopping list. Clean and employees are very nice.

This is my absolute favorite store Alamance Crossing has on that side!!! You can bet your self that if you see me walk in there I am going to be coming out with something!!! I can go in TJMaxx and stay there for hours just looking at all the stuff that they have. From furniture to home decor to kids toys even pet items such as beds, toys, food or treat storage. My favorite brand that they have is Rae Dunn!!! I am absolutely obsessed with all of the Rae Dunn items they carry. If you have not tried this one then you should. I highly recommend it!!!

Great store. Dressing Room Associate was crazy helpful in suggesting finding a sweater in my size online. So appreciative because not only was I able to purchase it I got another color that was not in the store. Thank you so much!!

Omg I went here the other night and it was raining at the time and I asked one of the staff members if I could by chance get a big piece of plastic to cover a bench I was about to purchase for my salon (the hair chair) and she went and looked she was super friendly and very personable unfortunately they didn't have any plastic big enough but by then it stopped raining yay and the friendly staff member and another nice gentleman carried the bench out to my truck for me yay this tjmaxx is amazing and I will definitely be back Thank yall for an amazing experience 😊

I am leaving this review to reflect the poor customer service I received from a cashier at this store yesterday. We were visiting the area when I decided to run in to pick up a few snacks and household items. Everyone on the floor was helpful and polite; however that was not the case at the front register. The young woman who rang up my items seemed disoriented and confused and proceeded to take the last three items she had set aside to bag up and rescan them. I pointed out that she had done this and I received a “No I didn’t” reply. I then calmly asked her to review her entries, and received a firm “I DIDN’T SCAN ANYTHING TWICE!” reply from her…to which I replied, “OK, but when I get my paper receipt it will show that you did, what will you do then?” She replied, “I didn’t, but if I did then I will give you your money back!” So, I scanned my card, got my receipt, and proceeded to show her what she had done. She looked at the receipt and said, “These items don’t even have the same codes so I know I didn’t scan them twice.” At which point I took my items out of the bag and counted them in front of her, again being polite and calm. I showed her that she charged me for 14 items, but I only had 11, at which point she snapped “M’AM, I KNOW HOW TO DO MY JOB!!!” Realizing where this was going I simply asked for a full refund and told her I would try to purchase the items again later. At that point she rescanned the items and then told me the amount didn’t add up to the amount on my receipt (mind you this had all taken place right there in front of her, I didn’t leave and come back.) I explained that was because she scanned the last three items twice, and again she replied, “NO, I DIDN’T!” It was at that point she called her manager for help, thankfully. The manager was very polite when I explained what had happened. She refunded my charge and asked if I would like to purchase again, I replied that I would try again later. I am leaving this review, because I realized the Manager was not present for the early stages of this interaction and I thought it should be known that it would probably be best if this employee did not function in a Customer Service capacity at this lovely store.

Racks and shelves are always fully stocked here and we'll looked after. Compared to some other shops, and even other T.J. Maxxs, this location always has a good selection that is easy to navigate. On rare occasion there will be stock carts out, but those are easy to get around and staff are friendly and willing to help. The biggest inconvenience I've encountered here is just the abundance of customers taking up aisle space, but I guess that's a good problem to have for a business.
