We've had really good experiences here thus far, with friendly staff and an ample supply of various products that we've needed. I have had to utilize curbside pickup several times and each experience has been pleasant. We have certainly made some significant expenditures here in the last 10 months getting settled in a new home. I do hope this continues to be a great store.

I walked past multiple workers who didn't speak or ask if I needed any help. There is one worker there by the name of David who works in the plumbing area and he was so amazing. Not only did he help me but he was very knowledgeable on the things I needed. Way to go David and thank you for your great customer service. The world needs more people like you!

I had the best experience about 2 week ago in the paint department. Blair and Zac were so kind, and accommodating. They delivered a quality product to each of the MANY customers, didn't let the rush effect the quality of their work. Beyond that they were so personable, and helped me resolve a unique issue with my green paint.But that wasn't the end of it. While waiting at checkout for a MGR code, the girl watching the self checkout had fun with my sister and I and there may have even been some dancing... all professional - and enjoying the job.I love my visits to Lows. It's always a great experience. Keep up the great work everyone. (Sorry for the delay in shouting you all out).

Nice selection of items. Staff are friendly for the most part. If you have a My Lowe's account, be sure to say so before checking out. They rarely ask, and it helps you keep an online list of purchases in case you need to make a return without a receipt.

No store checkout only 1 sweet lady showing all of us elderly people how to check out by ourselves! Almost walked out this was unbelievable for a so called BIG CHAIN AND THEY CAN NOT AFFORD ONE CHECKOUT PERSON???? The sweet lady was helping 4 of us I sure hope all that money Lowes is saving with nooo cashiers is helping her out! Yeah right what do you all think??????? Give them a piece of your mind!

Store itself was fabulous! The ladies bathroom though was awful! It was so filthy. Toilets were nasty gross! There was even a Store employee in there and it was like she was blind. Nothing like the Lowes in my hometown.

Jasmine is such a a great cashier. I forgot my wallet and she held my items and by the time I got back she had rung them up for me. Self service station, btw.Best experience in a long time I've had at a store.Thanks

We went in looking for a washer. This 1 star is not aimed at the store itself but the warehouse (3rd) party that Lowe's works with to do deliveries. Everything went fine in the store and we were told the washer would be delivered Tuesday. We had been without one all weekend but we could deal with that and we're excited about the washer that we picked out. Well the warehouse shows up to our house with a damaged washer. One of the delivery guys was trying to just give it to us. The front panel was so damaged it was flopping around and this was a Samsung front loader washer. They took it back with them eventually of their own volition. I called the warehouse people and asked them if they could get it out the same day. I was told nope, they would have to try again tomorrow. When I asked what time, I was told they didn't and wouldn't know until tonight. Asked if I could put in a request for a time slot. They said I could but couldn't promise that it would be held to. Well later that night I get a text message about a delivery time that doesn't work for us. I was told to call the store if I had an issue with this. I called the store and was hung up on TWICE by someone in the appliance department. I heard them pick the phone up and then hang up. Lovely. I called and asked to speak to the store manager and she gave me the number to Lowes delivery. I was told by them that there was no problem with the time frame and that they emailed about it. Cool. Stopped worrying about it for the night and went to work the next morning only to be called at 8:20 by delivery people trying to go to my house. I requested the evening delivery so someone would be home to receive the washer. Told them that wouldn't work and mentioned the email that was sent. I was told that he was just the delivery guy and gave me a number to the warehouse to call. I called them and was told that it would have to wait till Saturday because they need 48 hours to make a special request for a time slot. OKAY, I'm done with this. I went up to Lowe's on my lunch and spoke with a couple of people in the appliance department and explained my situation. How I only purchased the one I did because it would be delivered by Tuesday and now I'm waiting till Saturday. The guy I spoke with was understanding but there was nothing he could do as it was all in the warehouses hands. Alright, screw this. I went down to Appliance Liquidation & More, got a nice washer dryer set for 300 more than my washer with next day delivery. Guy was awesome to work with. I cancelled my order with Lowe's as soon as I walked out of the small business I purchased from. I do not recommend getting a appliance delivered from Lowe's. Again, this isn't aimed at the store itself, they did no wrong here. But the warehouse completely dropped the ball and nobody was willing to even try to make it right. I'll be shopping elsewhere for appliances.

I write this review after years of shopping at this location and consistently being frustrated at the lack of knowledge, staffing, and simply caring about customers. It is a necessary evil that I have to shop here. I am a contractor and frequent Lowes locations all our the Triad and they are all increasingly worse in all areas. Lowes and Home Depot have basically become self serve stores. Find it yourself, load and unload it yourself should be the new marketing catch phrase.

These people are always so nice! come often! When my elderly parents go the lowes staff always helps load their trailer with what they buy. And they do it promptly and Courteously. Enjoy shopping here and will continue. Good deals if you keep an eye out.

The worse thing happened. My water heater went out. I went a whole weekend with no hot water, and the plumbing company I paid $200 plus to be on a customer priority list with didn’t prioritize my emergency. They wanted to charge me $4k plus to install. I went on line with my local Lowe’s store ordered what I needed and they had an installer to my home the next day! AND…it was cheaper AND…I had it delivered AND…they verified I had the right item AND…I was able to get a payment plan. Thanks Lowe’s it’s comforting to know you are right around the corner as I am a new homeowner. ❤️

Bought a $3700.00 lawnmower on 10 April and was promised I could pick it up on 11 April and here I am still waiting on the lawnmower on 13 April with multiple missed mowing jobs and been on hold for 20 minutes with still no answer. Lessoned learned don't spend a large amount of money at Lowe's unless you are able to take the product with you at the time of purchase. Additionally, associate just told me that machine isn't supposed to come in until Monday now. WOW. Rude people at this store that could care less about the customer.

It's very rare that I go to this store and don't find what I'm looking for. The staff always knows exactly where things are right down to the exact place in the aisle. I mostly shop for garden supplies. I recently completed a garden wall/fence that will hopefully keep my garden safe from the rat and groundhog who have been enjoying an all you can eat buffet for 2 years. And I made it pretty and even more functional by using the cinderblock openings as extra planters for herbs. All this from Lowes. So far, so good.

So incredibly disappointed. My Husband and I have spent a significant amount of money at Lowe’s this past year. We just bought 3 new appliances, a washer, a dryer and a new gas range. Lowes told us they could install our gas range. On delivery day it was dropped off in my dining room and was told to call the gas company for installation. After waiting three days for the gas company to install, the stove is malfunctioning and not working. We call Lowe’s and they tell us it’s past the 48 hour return policy. So beyond frustrating. How are we supposed to know you sold us a defective product until it was actually hooked up. Rude customer service told us to bad call whirlpool. Pay full price for a product we can’t use and now have to wait to file a claim to repair a “new product”!!!

I will never shop at this Lowe’s again I negotiated a price for a clearance item in the back. They said they couldn’t take payment for the item until I picked it up but I was insured that it would not be sold.!!!!….. I returned home to get my truck and when I arrive to pick it up they had sold it to somebody else. Very poor customer service, and a huge waste of my time.

Lowe's is close to the house, so more convenient. The store is nice and the stuff is friendly. They just didn't have the specific clothes washer we were looking for. We looked for another option, which they had plenty of, but nothing really had the specifications we needed.

Employees here are very helpful & look to say "Hi" and offer assistance which is needed in such a huge store. The quality of their lumber seems to be a bit better than their competitors. Also, a manager at this location named Mike (the tall, thin older one as there are 2 named Mike) does his best to help. One day I went in and he was just inside the door, I thought he was just a "greeter" so I asked him where to find tarps. Instead of directing me, he said follow me sir. He got me to the tarps & then asked what size & kind I wanted. After telling him he dug in a pile & handed me exactly what I was looking for. Now that's a manager that cares about his customers!

I've called multiple times to talk to someone to see if they have the ability to cut me a 19.5 × 19.5 glass panel and also how much it would be. However, I was met with my calls being ignored or just straight up denied. I called management only for the exact same thing to happen. Even corporate doesn't answer when I call. I just want to fix my table and instead I'm met with incompetence by the very people who are supposed to help me. If I could give 0 stars I would. Sincerely how hard is it to answer a phone and take a minute to answer a couple questions?

I spend way too much time in here. Just cause I like looking at what could be. But I did buy a new oven from a lovely lady. Katherine I believe. It was so easy. Delivered the next door. Made a big stress in my life seem like nothing. Was able to get right back on track with my life. And I loved that I had 30 days to come back and purchase the extended warranty. An oven is a major purchase. I needed that extra time to get the extra cash to purchase the warranty to protect myself in the long run. I always find what I need
