I mean what is the point of staying open till 11:00 if all the employees that are still clocked in stop working at 10:00? They will have five people standing at the check out area but no one has a register open to actually be able to check you out and you have to do it yourself while they all stand around socializing I would give zero

Usually stocked well. The produce is pretty decent. Usually busy around 5 pm on weekdays. Weekends are usually always busy all day from what I've seen. Cashiers are usually decently fast. Self-checkout workers are really friendly. Go to Food Lion if I have to go. Only con is the strange smell outside the doors when entering. Been that way for years.

We come here every week for our groceries and I am certainly now a food lion loyalist! The MVP card helps out so much with the discounts if you are shopping here more than one time you need to get one. This store is always clean and the employees are friendly. To me it is the perfect size where it's not overwhelming with options and space, but also not too limited in what they offer. The fresh produce I would rate a 8/10 because it can certainly vary week by week between good and pretty good, but we've never been disappointed. Knowing proper techniques of how to store it in your fridge at home helps immensely with its shelf life. Overall I actually look forward to going to Food Lion every week because I know what to expect with my experience and it's always consistent.

I went into the store after work. I was able to get in and out quickly in spite of them being busy. The front-end people were very courteous. I greeted a gentleman stocking and was not greeted in return. But he blocked the main aisle to have a conversation and hug with someone he knew.

Sam, my personal shopper, was on point today! Not only was I notified of additional replacement options but I was also told of other deals that would apply to my order. No one else has ever gone above and beyond at any grocery store either in person or online shopping. I so appreciate this as a busy mom and wife! Sam on the front end, you are incredible and thank for making this so effortless!

Everyone was helpful and curtious !! I even got to use an electric cart without any worries that there wouldn't be one available!!! I will highly return to this store. Also i will recommend it to others. And prices were reasonable !!! Thank you !!!

Like any other grocery store hit and miss. Some prices good some to high workers up front and back not so friendly but at least not rude. I go mostly because it's close if I need something quick.

The cashier didn't speak one word just hateful looks and obnoxious. Just shameful to treat my 76 year old mother like that. If you don't like your job find another. Customer ran out I guess he was stealing and almost knocked my mother over and the manager saw the whole thing and never even acknowledged it. Just plain shameful.

Very friendly staff. There was a lady named Cheryl at the self checkout who was very welcoming and her smile just topped it off. There was a gentleman as well the was very polite. The store was clean and things were easy to find.

Good store for quick trips when out of a few things at home. This isn’t my regular shopping store, but near home. I returned some chocolate milk because the lid wasn’t sealed properly from the factory or it had been opened and placed back in the cooler. It was leaking on the counter through the bag and the customer service representative was a jerk about it. It had leaked all over my white upholstery in my car, and then in my refrigerator. I was nice about it, and wanted a refund because I was on my way to work. She wasn’t nice, not at all. If you don’t like your job, find another one.

I love Food Lion but with Christmas right around the corner it seems so does everyone else in the community. Many sale item shelves and others were bare. Stockers were trying to put out stock but it was surely a daunting task with customers everywhere. However, tomorrow I will be going back to hopefully, get the items I couldn't get today.

I was able to find everything I was looking for and got through the checkout quickly with a sweet associate which was great because I was in a hurry. I did get stuck on the health/beauty aisle and a nice employee was buffing the floors and stopped turned his machine off and offered his assistance with true concern on his face which showed me he genuinely cared about me finding exactly what I was looking for. My overall experience was an A+.

I love the small town feel of this particular Food Lion. I have been shopping here for about 15 years. The employees are always courteous and the store is always clean and organized. As a member of the local Fire Department they were always accommodating if we got a call. They would push our cart in the meat department's refrigerated room until we could return which made it easy to resume where we left off. Great store, great people, convenient location!

I saw a lady come out of the back room to hang some signs. She saw a mess on the floor. I watched her look directly at it...and she walked away!! She continued to hang the big yellow price signs. Never once cleaned the mess or called someone to clean it. It looked like some kind of fruit had been smashed in the floor. So it was something that someone could have slipped on. She was dressed in slacks and a button down dress shirt. So she appeared to be some form of management. Very disappointing behavior for any employee!!

All grocery stores are high now but my score going to have to go up just cause a sweet Manager don't rush a Country gal I was gonna get someone to bring back that spoiled chicken that night you know how you don't trust kids at night say they going come right back. But he said that's alright they would be closed. Send a coupon off $35. Grocery or more. Well it's always more Thank you sir. I forgot each time or different ride finally used it

The food lion it self is great always stocked up , clean , and convenient because I love so close however there is a woman in there who has a mullet and wears glasses and she is absolutely rude and despicable every time I take a trip there she has a nasty attitude and doesn't let the customer finish talking before she tried to answer if you having a bad day or don't like your job get find something else , don't take away from someones shopping experience.

This Food Lion is much better with Instacart than the other locations in the area. The shopper communicates with you while she is shopping your order. The supply is better at this location too.
