Based on the rating of others, I'm guessing I came at a poor time. I honestly thought it would have a wide variety and to a point it does but personally I don't see much difference in what they have than what is in a standard store and this one is really run down. It's a niceside trip if you're in to visiting odd stuff like me as I once traveled out of my way to see a tree that owns itself so in line with that thinking, visiting "one of the largest" was fun for me but definitely a one time trip and will continue to visit more local Dollar tree stores

Dollar Tree have nice decorations for different holidays. You just have to make sure you get there early before all of the decorations are gone. You can't beat the price for the products. I purchased decorations to decorate my work door and door frame for the holidays. I get so many compliments!

The only reason for 5 stars is because of an employee named **Machell**. She is so kind and professional...I came and bought several ceramic plates and mugs-- Machell went thru measures to make sure what I was buying would not get broken or cracked before I got to the car and that they were safe for travel. I have never had such a great experience at Dollar Tree and I wish there was a number to call to speak on Machell and how wonderful she was. She has been there a long time, about 9 years. I hope anyone that goes into this location receives the same top notch customer service I did--- on a Sunday evening. I can tell she treats everyone like this because of how natural it was to her. Thank you again, Machell!!!!! You are Appreciated!!!!

As one of the larger Dollar Tree stores, I enjoy shopping for crafts and things like that. There is almost always a line on Sundays, which is good for them, but not for customers. Now that Dollar Tree has expanded their selection and prices they have even more folks shopping on Sunday. Again, good for the business but plan to wait in line to check out.

I literally refused to go back to this location. That is unless I'm desperate. Terrible service they make you wait long lines because they're more concerned with getting inventory off the trucks then helping the customers that are in there. Problem happened and I had to call corporate and never did get a call back so that shows you how much they care about their customers. Not to mention they don't answer their phone at the location.

Stop by this dollar tree everytime I pass. Busy but typically has check out staff to where even a medium line moves very fast. Largest dollar tree I have ever seen.

Went into the store and the cashier that rung my items up screamed at me and talked to me rude because l turned my debit card the wrong way when paying for my items. I told her you don’t have to get attitude and talk to me like that . She then said loudly well you wasn’t listening to me l told you the machine was ready for you to swipe . I told her you must be having a bad day . She proceeded to argue with me . Then she told me to get out the store . I told her l hadn’t done anything . She said I’m gonna call the police and you are going to jail . I got on my phone and called police . I new l hadn’t done anything wrong. Police came and spoke with the employee Marshall Rodriges. They informed her that l had not broken a law by telling her not to scream . She told me you are nonthing to me . I have been a customer at Dollar Tree for almost 20 years . I have never had a employee talk to me rude when coming into the store . She needs to be fired she’s very rude to customers. I will be calling and making a complaint as well.

Always a good variety, and I like that they have cute Christian/ faith themed items that I can use for Bible study groups 🙏🏼💗. I also love finding cool books in the book section.

Craft stop today! Teacher Appreciation Day and this store makes for great ideas! As for so many other things too. sometimes they are slow and the lines are long only have one to two people working but today was a breeze

Huge store with a great selection of items! Other dollar trees that I have been in have smaller selections of most items, but this store had so many options!

I got a lot of nerve, i keep dissing this place but keep going back. Why do i expect it to get better!!!! A big spill in grocery and the employee with a mop and bucket goes right by it and puts it away?

This store never has much of anything. It looks like a tornado when through it. I really don't think the manager cares and doesn't keep incoming inventory up to date. It's aweful!! Wanted to file a complaint to the DM or the regional manager but couldn't find anything. Everytime you go in there it's so hot. One of the employees said that won't fix the ac. Needs to be reported the the Employee commissions

Need more than two lanes open when they're busy. The line of customers shouldn't be going down the aisles. Other than that customer service is good.

They have a lot of good stuff even though they went up .25 cents... an example is the lamps for $1.25 and they come with a bright regular size led light bulb inside the package. Not sure you can get an led light bulb for $1.25 and this one comes with a lamp. They also have items that are $5 now... sort of comparable to what you would get at a 5 below store. Some items are not a good deal but some are still a good deal even at $1.25 or $5 depending on the item.

This is the best Dollar Tree I've been in around this area! Very large store with so much more to offer than most Dollar Tree stores! I will definitely be coming back when I move into my new home to stock up on some great items!!! I couldn't believe some of the things they actually had for sale here... I mean anything you need.

Didn't see any cart sanitation today. I'm not sure if my cashier was wearing a mask, but that's my fault for not paying attention. Place is wonderfully stocked! I had to tell myself "no!" Quite a bit, so the items are useful and popular. Generally a rare, wonderful surprise every time!

So disappointed. This location has many empty shelves all of the time. An employee did mention they have been having difficulty getting their trucks in, but its frustrating when you for something and they don't have it. The shelves that are somewhat filled are often in terrible disarray. But, you can't beat the price and quality of some of the items they carry.

This is the best Dollar Tree in Alamance County, only because they are the biggest and have more stuff to chose from. All Dollar Trees should be this big. This place is ell organized and well stocked. The employees are being swarmed non stop though. Lines are always long. Im not sure how staff even get restroom breaks. I hope that the higher ups read the reviews and take action. They need more staff in this store. The staff are wonderful, but the store is very busy and more great staff is needed. Also the last time I went I felt like I was shopping in a hot muggy greenhouse. Get some air on up in there!

Yes this store has a wide selection of products. However, the store needs some SERIOUS cleaning. The restrooms are the pits, very unsanitary. No paper towels in the restroom, toilets were filthy with feces on the toilet seat and in the toilet bowl. All the cleaning supplies they have in stock should be put to use in the store.

I shop the time! The only thing is that the cashiers are over worked. Need more people. Sometimes the lines are long.Besides that I LOVE EVERYTHING ELSE. Found exactly what I was looking, and some things I didn't expect to find, while also finding something I had planned to order online. Was quite surprised to find the Sterilite containers. However, not a $1 item, which was fine by me, just letting everyone know.

It was truck day so everyone was busy putting up stock and working hard. It was my first time in this store. Every employee spoke to us and asked if we needed help. I'm a customer freak. I couldn't help smiling because everyone else was.

My experience was made better by the gentleman cashier, he was very friendly and is the reason for the 4. But my experience was not the greatest because they were out of carts. I was there to buy a lot of stuff and everything wouldn't fit in the hand basket, so there I am, toting all my stuff in a laundry basket. Please get more buggies/carts.

Customer service skills need work. Employees were nice don't get me wrong, but the 1st employee I encountered was talking on the phone via ear peice/bud, instead of greeting me, as I tried to find a clear path to respectfully walk without disturbing the trash she was sweeeping. She basically ignored that I was there and continued her phone conversation, in a manner that made me feel I was just in her way. The 2nd employee (cashier) was carrying on a personal conversation with a customer (who was an employee from the restaurant next door) and proceeded to check out 3-4 customers during this long personal conversation. Not only was this conversation taking place, it was also loud enough to be heard CLEARLY, a good 30 foot away, if not farther. I feel bad that the young lady had to go thru the personal situation she was describing, it was NOT right. I hope she comes out on top in that situation. BUT there is a time and place for such a conversation and that wasn't the time nor place. I will add that as soon as the restaurant employee left the store, the cashier gave much better customer service. She was very nice and accurate, I appreciate both ladies for working today so that I muself amd the others that were in line could come and shop today.

This is one of the biggest Dollar Trees that I have seen. Downsides.....its always busy and sometimes there are no baskets available to use. The carts cost a quarter to use and I never carry any change. Depending on when you go there is typically a long line at the register.

This is the very best store to get all the little things that you need to complete your shopping! Cleaning supplies, snacks, little gifts for the kids,(and adults). Pans for cooking, plates to serve it on, glasses, cups,bowls, and on and on. I could keep going but the list is to long. And the best thing is, everything has the same price! $1.00. The only bad thing is...I go in to get two or three items and end up buying twenty.

Wowwwwwwww! They have milk, bread, eggs and so many things for a DOLLAR!! I was buying the same stuff at Dollar General for way more!!!! Its great! Not the best name brand stuff..... But I'm just fine w that! Great cashier too!

The store is a great place to save money but the bathrooms(women's anyway) really need a make over and a good deep cleaning. It's bad enough to have to go to a public bathroom but to go into one as nasty and broken as that one is just, just, there aren't words for the shape of this restroom

Today Saturday April 13th went to Dollar Tree to pick up Easter decorations. The store was unusually busy for a Saturday afternoon but it was raining so maybe that's why. Anyway I did my shopping took about an hour and headed towards the checkout lane, when I got to the front of the store I noticed that they were only 2 cash registers or two cashiers working then I noticed the two lines going all the way to the back of the store to check out well I wasn't going to wait another hour just to cash out so I just left the shopping basket in the middle of the store with about $50 worth of goods in it and just walked out the door. You would think on a busy Saturday or any Saturday they would have more than two cashiers. It just goes to show that the store managers are greedy and do not want to pay for extra help.
