This is probably the 5th time I've been here during business hours and they're closed. There are three other DG's within a 10 mile radius that are in the same shape. The only reliable one is on 86 in Prospect Hill.

Love the store, like how clean it is. Very nice people. Going to miss the clothes though. I do like the bargains that I find. and if one dollar general don't have what I'm looking for. I go right down the street in the other Dollar general will have what I'm looking for. Love my Dollar general!!!!

I got several items, totaling over $60. I told the cashier I need to get cash back. She told me there was a $40 limit. I said oh no. That leaves me $10 short. I needed $50. She says, "Well we're a store not a bank". 😯I don't usually use the cash back feature no matter what store I'm in but I wasn't planning on going to town today and I really needed to.There were MANY ways she could have had that conversation with me. She chose snarky and rude. Because of her, in the future I will only use this location if I absolutely HAVE to. Terrible service.

The employees are REALLY sweet and VERY helpful. Everytime I have been to this particular store they ALWAYS make me feel like I am welcomed and make me feel like this is my store as well. As a former customer service representative that makes me feel Great. Thank u

DG can't keep staff at this location for some reason. Don't know if it's a pay issue, an overworking issue or just a bad location. First DG I've ever seen closed at 5 in the afternoon on a weekday. You have to drive to Haw River or Glencoe if you want anything after that time of day. Maybe they shouldn't just throw darts at a map to decide where to build. Maybe they should pay workers more than peasant wages so they care about showing up. I'm not management, so I don't have a crystal ball. Just be prepared to drive if you want anything after 5pm.

A fairly new Dollar General is near our home just off highway 49 within a mile making it a quick place to shop when unable to go the rest of the way into Roxboro, NC. The employees at each store I've ever shopped at are always helpful & courteous. They have great sales & a good variety of things including foods , frozen too.

Most of the employees seems to be nice and friendly. The staff helps with things you may or may not know around the store and knows the store pretty well to give the instructions. The area is pretty clean inside and has a variety of things you could buy from clothes and food to toys and laundry detergent. The only reason why this isn't 5 stars is because their wireless connection are REALLY BAD.Whenever you want to call someone or look up something you have to do it outside the store to do so. Which is a hassle if you want to communicate with someone back and forth about what "specific" thing you want from the store. And considering the Dollar General has their own wifi that STILL doesn't work makes the problem more stressful than it needs to be.(The data and wifi will not work, but if yours does when you visit/shop here then tell me what type of phone you have because my Galaxy S7 can not)

Christin, the manager is helpful knowledgeable about store items & locations. Plus, she is always so nice!! I drive out of my way to shop at this store!! The other store, closer to me, manager is rude unpleasant etc.

Soooooo glad they built this store right where they did! Not even a mile away and for quick shopping you just cannot beat it! And it's pretty dang big for a DG.

Love their business model of being in underserved more country settings. Don't have to drive 10 miles to pickup up milk.

I stopped at the DG on hwy 49 at 8:10 am and sat there until 8:36 waiting on the manager to come and open the store which was supposed to be open at 8:00 am. Even customer service was closed. False advertising and poor management. You don't deserve a star at all.

I have the new quarter pounder with cheese and it wasn't even warm I cannot tell a difference between it and the old quarter pounder with cheese very disappointedly taste good
