I loved this location because they had everything I needed AND the manager with the glasses was such a sweetheart! He was sweet and also offered to help me get down anything I needed to look at too. He saw what I bought and told me where to find more! Couldn't ask for better service. 😊

I have been calling all day The Tall Man with the glasses finally answers the phone. I asked him if he could tell me if they have size 6 diapers in a Huggies white pack and he hangs up on me! I tried to call back and he does not answer then he takes the phone off the hook. I could understand if they were busy and he had told me that but he didn't. I just didn't want to waste the trip if I did not have to. And I just think that that is poor customer service and very rude to just hang up on someone especially when that is part of your job to answer the phone. If you don't like your job then you should quit and get one that you like you should not work in customer service if you do not want to come in with a good attitude even when you are having your own problems. Because that is part of your job and you just did it very poorly. Not only that they close a lot of times at 4:30 and the store is a mess but I still like coming here because some of the employees really value their customers and respect them. This guy needs a new position......

The store was clean and well-stocked. Their prices are very reasonable. The cashier was friendly & helpful. When he didn't know how to complete transaction (I had to use 2 cards for one transaction), he was patient and kind while figuring it out. He was then pleased to have learned a new process. I enjoyed today's visit.

I frequently visit this store as I live in the area. The store is constantly of of stock on basic merchandise and I repeatedly have to ask them to complete zero outs just to get certain items. There is no way items should not be replenished within 30 days. when this happens, that's why stores are unprofitable and tend to go out of business in this area. The employees are constantly talking about personal issues as if the customers want to hear their life stories. The manager is very rude, unprofessional, constantly writes on paper changing the store hours and repeatedly do not have the store open by 8:00 AM. She dresses in leggings daily and to be honest her rear-end is too large for leggings as a professional dress.

I am a merchandiser, an i like the space. But the employees cuss to much. I find that so disrespectful. Its bad enough that shoppers are loud, and they are cussing also. Maybe they need more training. I know that it's hard to find good help, and the 2 people that worked on Tuesday around 5pm, why is cussing allowed in the store, they where loud saying words that so wrong. Please is there a policy for how employees should speak,

let me make this simply, the white attendant that you/she speak of, is a very kind an outspoken person, she always puts her customers first no matter their race, religion, or judges, I came here to write a review and seen the one by auntee le le an I just wanna say I’m sorry your experience wasn’t great but your definitely judging the book by the cover before reading it on this one!

Dollar General store# 14168 600 Rauhut St Burlington NC 27217 we were in line waiting to be served and a white female attendant came out from the back helped our cashier with an issues in her way back to the office she saw a white family waiting in a line that was closed. She told him that 3 was open. We actually started to move then realized we were already at 3. Instead of making him wait in line she decided to help him despite the fact that we were ahead oh him. My uncle told her that not how things should be done she said that is how we do things here because he had more items than we had. If Black be prepared to wait in line if a white person happens to come in because that's how they do things there!

All stores but Dollar General take wic for baby formula, and this store is always in a pig style and never any shopping carts employees be using them to Stock shelves when I go there I will be doing my shopping some where else for now on

At this point I think they should just shut this store down. They are never open and it’s a inconvenience coming up here thinking they are, they have a sign on the door saying that today will be the hours of 12-6 I’m sure like last night they will be closed way before then. I now go to the family dollar just a few minutes away because they at least are open when they say they will be.

New management isn't very great. Unprofessional, not knowledgeable about simple products and not very friendly. Always an inappropriate conversation going on behind the registers.. Staff doesn't seem like they want to help customers.

There was 3 employees and one register open. The line was way to long and the other 2 was off to the side talking amongst each other. They obviously didn't care about the customers. Horrible experience and will never go back to this location.

The street view on this site is inaccurate. The photo is of the back wall behind Dollar General.Also, Dollar General is not a "dollar store" as anyone who shops there knows. To describe it as such is misleading. DG is a neighborhood grocery store.

Workers always out side smoking.never any carts inside all in parking lot while employees are out smoking and talking on cell phone..trash/broken glass always everywhere in parking lot.

Called and called and called back I left a bag of stuff there. And no one answered the phone
