Not one time has there ever been a lack of exceptional customer service. I have also done a few things for the first time and have been able to rely on the employees for knowledge and ideas to help get through certain things on our farm! They carry the highest quality feeds for animals and all kinds of other stuff you could need. We have gotten most of our flock from them as chicks as well just knowing they were coming from the best hatcheries. I’m so excited for the next season of that! And no matter what, there is always someone ready and waiting to load your feed for you (for me that can be a game of tetra for them but they always conquer it) I can’t say enough great things about this place they have always been my feed store of choice, now they have become my feed store family.

Delivered a load of animal feed to this location. The folks at this general store were a pleasure to work with! Got me unloaded with no loading dock much faster than it took me to get loaded with the product. They also helped sweep out my trailer when finished. You will want to pull into center turn lane and put on 4 ways, then come inside for instructions for where they want you. Basically you will turn into the lot just past the store and then circle back towards store, pull out into the roadway, then back down side of store to be unloaded. Hope this helps the next driver.

Everyone here is so nice. They sale excellent mosquito repellents and they are various sizes of dog treats. The owner even got my timid puppy to lick his hand and show her that people are nice. We picked up a pig ear, a big dog biscuit, and a half pound of little treats.

Love this store! Great family run operation with a focus on the customer, and their farm's needs. I buy trailer loads of hay every week and the staff is always helpful to load the truck with a friendly attitude no matter how busy!!!!!

This place and more importantly the people are amazing. I grew up with a Mercantile store a few miles from the house. They carried everything you might need. What they didn't have, the family grocery/gas station across the street did. This store reminds me of that. I can buy feed, reloading supplies, firearms, plants, live chickens in season, etc. This is a must stop location everytime I travel anywhere near Burgaw.

My name is trey, and I stop by B @ K once a week and this is one of the best places I've ever been to shop bc they have a variety of everything to guns, ammo, feed, hay, animal products etc and Mr Brian and his family plus staff are one of the nicest group of ppl you will ever run across and very helpful with any questions on the products they sell and take the time to explain what they sell I personally give B@K five stars.
