I’m a local that has lived in this town for a while and me and my entire family will never go there again. Yesterday I was racially profiled by an older white women. We went to the back and saw a good scale. I proceeded to call my card to make sure I had enough funds. That’s when that lady came to the back and literally just sat there and watched us. The entire time I called my card she stood there just watching us. When we decided to to get it and go to the front she then stopped pretending to move stuff around and followed us to the front. This is town is majority black and for there to be that level of blatant racism is disgusting. We are regulars as well. Just about everyone of the employees knows me and my family which makes this much more disturbing. Even the new employees. We’ve watched a revolving door of employees and we understand why. The store is disgusting. The dairy fridge has mold in it. There’s dirt on the floors all the time but following and profiling me and mine was the focus? I will be escalating this but I need the locals to know what time of people you’re giving your money to.

I wasn't feeling well at all when I went in there. A nice young lady who worked there was very helpful 👍 she helped me find most of what I needed. She was very friendly and I appreciated her help.

Staff are kind and friendly; it's a bit disorderly in there, but they get an incredible amount of traffic so I can see why. I'm happy with my experiences, but more staff would go a long way for their sake and for the sake of how many customers they get.

The Dollar General in Erwin is disgusting. The floors are dirty and the signs are rolling up where people could trip. The aisles are crowded where people can't walk through. The one manager is rude and short with customers. I told them quietly and nicely that there was a huge spider web with a big spider over by the bathrooms and she said, "we know". That should have been taken care of since you knew!

I like Dollar Veneral because it carries so many products to meet the needs of The Fayetteville Community.It is also a clean environment.The employees work very hard to please their customers.The managers are truly doing a great job training employees to show respect for their customers.I like Dollar General because it is very reasonable with their prices.I also feel like the planning of their locations are great.

This was first time in this particular Dollar General it was a bit cluttered and dark or should I say the lighting was poor.The cashier was very nice and friendly as well as the manager. I was in and out quickly and I appreciate that.

Love this location on Ramsey St. Is a super clean place always fully stocked. Great employees. Never have any problems with digital coupons. Highly recommend this location :)

This location is conveniently located & easy to find. The store is clean & well stocked with almost any items that anyone could need or want without being overly crowded. The employees are very friendly & helpful.

They seem to always have issues keeping their chips and refrigerated sodas in stock. That's all I go there for. That's the only reason for the low score. No other issues that i have seen.
