Food is not bad but service is very slow and workers don't care ! I was the only person at the register no one came to take my order for minutes and then stood around even after my food was sitting there waiting for him to give it to me !!!!I will not be going back there as this is the third time in a row that this has happened to me and many others have told me they had the same problem with the service ! This is to bad because the town doesn't have much more to offer in the way of food services.

Reheated burgers and chicken sandwich had the consistency of leather. The buns, also reheated, tasted like a loofah sponge. The place was filthy with a big blob of ketchup on the rim of the garage top. The utensil station was covered with dirt and sugar was spilt everywhere. This is definitely the last time I'll ever go to this or any other Hardee's. I could write more, but it would be a waste of my time.

This is my first time at Hardee’s in a few years. This store location is the cleanest fast food restaurant that I have ever seen. From the parking lot to the bathroom. The service was vey good. The cashier Ranajah was very helpful and nice. I spoke to the GM Mr Carlton and he was quite nice as I asked questions about the history of the store. I would definitely recommend this store location to my friends.

No one wants to be there based on employee attitude. Food has been reheaded, bun shriveled and hard, dried out, pickles are hot from reheat. Hardies have gone way downhill in the process of delivering food to customers. Its so bad that this location has taken the fresh chicken off the menue because they reheat it, and it dries out. It's just terrible.

I have eaten at Hardee’s throughout my life visiting maybe once a month gradually hardly at all. The last couple of months I tried out a brand new Hardee’s in Bunn, NC. I got a Hotdog and small cheeseburger and really wasn’t impressed. The bread was stiff and cold which made the rest of the meal unenjoyable. I shrugged the bad meal off thinking it was because they had just opened and the employees weren’t trained properly. I visited Hardee’s in Bunn, NC again. This time the entire visit was disgusting. It was like being a character in the movie Amityville Horror. I’ve never seen so many flies. On the walls, ceiling and tables. On peoples heads. I haven’t been back to the Hardee’s in Bunn since. Recently I visited the Hardee’s in Zebulon, NC. Very polite staff. It was a pleasure interacting with them. I ordered a Mushroom Swiss burger through the drive through. Again the bread cold and stiff. I honestly think it completely changes the taste of the meal when the bread is like this. I also think that it’s Hardee’s policy that the bread comes out of the packaging and never goes through a warming process. In my opinion this ruins the overall taste if these meals from Hardee’s and plan not to visit these restaurants unless the quality improves.

***UPDATE*** THE LAST STRAW***Well, today was mind-blowing, to say the least! I go pick up pizza for everyone else in the family, I go to Hardee's to get me the mushroom and Swiss! I pull up, and it appears, I'm the only one there, I placed my order, pay for my food, and I'm asked to pull up and wait and they'll bring my food out... (which I thought was odd because no one else was there) anyway, I wait and my food's brought out. I leave, I get home, I sit down to eat and I've been given the entirely wrong sandwich! (again I want to point out I'm pretty sure I was the only person there) but I drive back up there, needless to say, I'm upset, I go in and put the food on the counter, and tell them I'd like my $10 sandwich please, the manager then walks over to the cashier and the cashier looks at her and says "she's the mushroom and Swiss" and walks away, okay, manager tells the guy in back she needs the mushroom and Swiss, (doesn't ask him to rush, nothing) I stand and wait another 3 to 5 minutes for my food AGAIN and she hands me the bag, and at this point I'm fuming, I've not been offered my money back, I've not been offered an apology, I've not been offered a Coke while I wait, nothing!!! I'll admit my attitude was pissy, an I said something and All Hell Breaks Loose, the young female cashier started screaming, and yelling at me, and I told them, "That's fine I'll call the manager" and that's when the other one pipes up and yells "I am the manager" and they both continue to scream at me till I walk away! To be fair, I was angry, but if anyone in there, acted even a tiny bit apologetic, it would have diffused my anger, instead, when I mentioned it, they started flipping out, and I digress too!I'm disgusted with the way I was treated, I have never had anyone working at a fast food restaurant, literally start screaming at me before! I'm not super proud of how I acted either, but it didn't have to go like this even a little bit! I'll never return!I would like to mention the mushroom and Swiss were superb as always!it's very young kids that work there, they are pretty impressive. My order is usually always correct, as far as the food is what it's supposed to be, and how it was supposed to be made, they're usually always very very friendly, my issue is, I am always overcharged! I told them I wanted a certain meal and just keep the drink because I wanted it at that price, they charged me for something different! I'm typically always happy with the food that I'm given and the way I'm treated! I don't like to be overcharged and if it continues to happen I won't go back anymore.They have plenty of parking, definitely handicap accessible, and they're kid-friendly

S l o wBless their hearts. They have super slow service and will ask you to pull down at the drive-thru even with no one behind you in line. Admittedly they do this so we, the customer can help them try to cheat the drive-thru timer that otherwise will prove to corporate how extremely slow they are. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Hardee’s was great the first week and then immediately started going downhill. The time it took to get my food was crazy and my bun was moldy and there were condiments all over the burger. It literally looked like it was pulled out of the garbage and that a five year old made it. I will never be eating here again. Thanks for bringing trash into the neighborhood.

Brand new location not weeks from opening and has a 91 sanitation grade! I went through the drive through, paid received my drink and was asked to pull up to wait for food. 9 minutes later the girl comes to to take food to a car that was parked (must have been waiting) 4 minutes after that I get my food. Driving off and eating a few fries, they're cold, at the gas station across the street getting gas I eat my burger, it is maybe room temp. I waited in drive through for cold food. Go to drink my tea, it's warm almost hot. Bad way to start a new store. Cold food, long wait and low sanitation grade. Girl the window was polite, if I can say one nice thing.

Carlton the cashier today could not smile if he had to. Did not greet us or thank us and it appeared that he did not want to be there. We ordered the breakfast platter. When the order was ready he opened both boxes and dumped most of the hash browns back in the warmer. As a result we ended up with 6 hash browns each. Not even a small order. Just the fact of returning food from a prepared order is wrong. The table was dirty too. I believe he could have been the manager but I don't know how with an ugly disposition. Never going back to this location.

After a long day of driving, my mom & I stopped in for supper. A young man I thought was leaving, had actually taken time out of his break to come open the door & greet us. Jamaal you were very kind & hospitable to do that! Being tired, Mom & I were taking a little longer to decide what we wanted to eat. The lady behind the counter was patient with us & politely answered our questions. Being as tired as I was, I was very indecisive before settling on my choice. LaQuetta thank you so much for your patience! Our sandwiches & fries were hot & fresh, thank you Tommy! There were two young girls working the drive thru & cooking, while they didn't take care of us first hand, it was so nice to see them smiling. We greatly appreciated a warm welcome, clean and happy atmosphere & hot, fresh food! Jamaal, LaQuetta, & Tommy thank you so much, you are greatly appreciated! Keep up the awesome work!! 😎

I've always like Hardee's and this one is new and a very nice one. I had been on a long trip and was pretty hungry and I arrived there just before they opened. I sat patiently at the drive thru for an extra 10-15 minutes past the opening time waiting to have my order taken. The lady finally asked me what I wanted and was very rude. She acted lime it was such a bother to serve me breakfast. She had me pull forward and wait for no reason. I was the only one there. I tried to lighten the mood when she brought my order out but she was just dismissive! It was a very disappointing!

This was a great place at the start & a wonderful addition to the Bunn community. Over the last few months it has gotten extremely disappointing. Having to repeat order multiple times at drive thru, no personality at window or inside, but especially the food. Many occasions we ( my family ) visit to order breakfast. Biscuit's are beyond consumable. Due to sitting under heat lamps for long periods of time. Freshness is long gone and forgotten. Don’t order a ham biscuit - it will be a rock when you bite into it. I have a feeling - management is not on top of things and location is being ran by youth for sure.I guess - ordering special items and removing what you want is the only way to “hope” to get quality.Sad for Bunn and the great community it is.

For a new restaurant it's sad how quickly the service and food quality went down. First time we visited, I was given a cheeseburger with no meat on it. The other food tasted good though. When we went back to get a replacement, the manager acted like she didn't believe us and was reluctant to apologize or acknowledge what went wrong. Since then, food has been mediocre at best but we always end up waiting at least 15 minutes in the drive thru for FAST food, usually just 2 burgers and some fries. What a shame. Bunn has very limited dining options, was hoping this would fill the void, but it's a disappointment.

I'm normally a fan of Hardee's. This one, maybe not so much. I got a 1/3lb Angus Burger, fries, and 3 piece chix tenders. The floor begind the counter was littered with boxes, bags, and fries. The rest of the place looked pretty clean. It took seemingly forever to get my order. The person behind the counter was friendly enough but it was obvious she didn't want to be there. I got my order to go. I ate the fries on my way home. Fries were warm and not well seasoned. Tenders were good. Burger was nice and sloppy, like Hardee's is. It was way oversalted though. Hardees has become very inconsistent lately and as a big fan, I'm not happy about that.
