I am a native of Bunn and in 2018 I frequented this store 2- 3 x a week. It was orderly, neat and clean. The staff was nearly dressed and courteous. Today it's a disgrace: it's dirty, isles are are always full of unloaded carts. I see same reviews from others so apparently Management doesn't careI

8 out of 10 stores have great customer service, at least in my part of the world. Every once in awhile you will come across a crew, cuz it's usually all or none that really hate their job.

Pretty standard DG. We wnt to pick up stuff for an office birthday. We got everything we needed all for under 7 bux. Can't beat that. This DG seems to be a mess though whenever I'm there. The mess didn't hinder us from getting what we needed. The fellow working there was nice. Parking here isn't good. The entry is down a hill, there are very few spots. Not good.

There was a time where this store was clean and the people were helpful. Over the years things have changed for the worse. No employee can ever be found. If so they have an attitude. They were closed recently. Although, the store app and google said open. There were 4 customers outside waiting to get in. Only to be told they were closed. This is only one of the long list of why to not go to this Dollar General. It's always a mess. I dont know how they could pass codes. Every isle is blocked and you can't get a cart down the aisle. I have called a number of times to corporate. With no change. I have been promised that the store would be clean and all of the isles clear..That hasn't happened. Go to another store.

Most Dollar Generals are decent and clean but this one is down right disgusting all the garbage and dirt and grime that is swept up in the floors is pushed underneath the shelves and there is litter and trash everywhere. I don't even want to buy any type of food from the store as sometimes there are cigarette butts pushed in between the cans. They really need new managers

The workers here can be so disrespectful today I went and this workers that has tattoos treated us so wrong we had put a number wrong since we forgot so we had to cancel the order she looked at us like we created crime and then laughed so she looked straight to my face and said so the whole thing and we said yes and she laughed again. Ik we made a mistake by forgetting a number but at the end of the day we're the customers. So if you can't Work then don't I don't care if it's 8:30 and your ready to go home that's not the customers promblem the face she had was terrible like girl smile for god sake. We had other stuff to buy put we just left it there because ur not going to treat us wrong and then expect us to be kind to you! I honestly hope she gets fired. Also clean that store there is stuff everywhere that shouldn't be there.

I had a great visit. They were helpful in finding the things I needed. They also let me divide my products up separate so I could get $5.00 off of each bill and provided me with the coupon.

Hope you're not planning on shopping here seeing as how I have been here twice when it says they are supposed to be open and they are not. Example today is Monday memorial Day they're supposed to be open at 8:00 a.m. it's 9:20 not a employee in site and the doors are locked thank God for Family Dollar being open when they're supposed to in bunn

I'm an easy going person. However, I will no longer shop at the Dollar General in Bunn, NC. FORTH time now that I enter my # for my coupons at check that the coupons did not come off. I plan my trip round those savings. This past time I had one of the $5 off coupons plus $8.50 in others. Got home to notice it was not taken off. That's $13.50 I thought I was saving. The other times have been less than $5 each time but this go round did it for me.

My laundry detergent was suppose to be $2.95,thts wht the sign said i got charged for full price which is 5.00$ . The clerk took sign down after i tild her and said i dont see no sign and i saw the sign crunbled in her hand andnwatched her throw it away.then I had to return some transactions she wudnt let me use my digital coupon so all my stuff i wanted returned i was very upset at this point well she messed up 3 times doing this. And there was only 1 person working . Very bad experience will not be shopping at the Bunn North Carolina store number 06285 again!!!!!!

Typical Dollar General store !!!! Low price, cheap good items ,foods, hygiene, pet supplies , household cleaning supply's, clothing detergents, drinks , dairy , cheap clothing, ice cream , small cheap electronics, household decor, kitchen ware, bathroom products,, all at awesome.price ... not.top of.line.or alot of brand name items , ut for the price everything is well.worth it.. God Bless tht individual tht created the Dollar Ge real franchise/ chain... Big help for all low income family's ut still great cheap products.

Sales associate not helpful. Has attitude. They have DVD listed at one price then sale them at another. I picked up a movie for $8. They charged me $15. This isn't the first time that has happened.

So I just went into this Dollar General, and I went to buy popits and sparklers and one of the workers was being a total poop and gonna act like he owns the world. Boy I wish he would. He was being rude to me. His name is Chris. Rude to the customers I stg😒

Why all of the sudden on a wed evening at 7:15pm is the store closed up? Doors locked.. no sign no nothing!Some of us in this small town depend on DG.. this is sum BS!

The main issue I have with this store is that its usually got very loud msusic playing and is always cluttered. The staff is mostly friendly qnd helpful.

No matter what day I go in to the store it seems that they are stocking and the store is always a mess. You have to move cages of boxes out of the way to get anything off the shelf.

They usually have everything I need without having to go to the grocery store. Wear your mask or don't go. They're usually out of my Star Crunch, but I can get them once every 2 weeks or so. And the 3 Musketeers are out a lot as well.

Compared to other locations this store is terrible. Aisles were cluttered merchandise was scattered everywhere. Some merchandise was priced incorrectly and staff seemed to care less when asked about it.
