Was in today , and like for the past several months, the establishment has a sign noting this current location is not accepting coupons ( nor do they give a 10% discount to military veterans ), which some subways offer.Furthermore, when ordering my footlong, I asked for more tuna on the sandwich ( due to the lack of tuna placed on the sandwhich).The associate informed me, " there would be an additional charge for extra tuna"I said, " no there won't be"Well, I was charged extraI see why now, this specific subway has a 3 star rating. The customer service is lacking and people notice!There is NO REASON , other than a management decision, not to take coupons.I'll be going to either Harris teeter or sheetz, where I get better subs for a lower price.

The lady that opens the store in the mornings will sit there pretending to do stuff while looking at you wait outside while the door is locked (mind you this is an hours and thirty minutes after the time it’s supposed to be opened) so I finally took my phone out and started recording her and that what made her hurry up and opened the door. This is the subway that location on the Campbell campus.

Every time I come here the staff is kind, friendly, and extremely hard working. You can tell that they genuinely care about the customer's meal and experience. I am very mad because I called the number in the store and literally I take my sub home and there is a piece of plastic on my sub. Absolutely disgusting.

Service was terrible. It was very apparent that the workers hate their jobs. And this is what came out of the drink machine nozzle. You need to clean these every now and then. 🤢🤮

Worst Subway experience ever...first we went with a group to use the coupons that go out 2 days from today and they have a little sign that only the last person that ordered saw that said not accepting coupons...and on top of that they were out of 2 soft drink choices and didn't have any tea at all either. If you don't accept Subway coupons then you aren't a Subway...Period!

Do not bother going to this location. They do not accept coupons or subway rewards. The staff is by far the worst in any place I have been. I will travel to Dunn or Lillington before I ever visit this store again. I know the owners will see this and never respond. I will be informing Campbell University of the lack of respect for students and staff at this location.

Picked up my son a sub got home there was a minor problem with it called them and they made it right. No problem with returning it for a new one. Staff was very friendly no questions asked or rude comments that I get from some places concerning my service dog. Will definitely be back

The weekday staff are really nice and do a good job (Nigel)… However, the weekend staff basically throws your sandwich together as fast as possible (to the point it feels like they are rushing your out of the store) so they can go back to sitting down and playing on their phones.

Whatever her name is that works there I believe in the evenings she is one far the best employee they got. She made sure I got everything that I needed and even asked if I was okay and didn't even know I had a terrible day due to the fact my family dog just died! Also the place was clean everyone had their masks on and the sanitation was up to par.

Ok The owner needs to get it together in here. At least a month their toaster has been broken. An out of White bread 🥖 Or only a few select breads . The prep area is clean but the veggies need some help .. like fresh ones. Half the items didn’t even have veggies. The tea area an specialty machine need to be cleaned, an how about some out side light ? The front of the store is dark an we have Campbell students eating here. I’m sure the works are doing their job because I see them cleaning wiping an taking trash out. The opener needs to step it up an clean his store up !!

The last 2 times I’ve been in this location the toaster has been broke. And I realize making a perfect sandwich is time consuming and tedious, but if the folks on the Subway commercials can give a half decent smile, y’all give it a shot! Great location, just needs a little tweaking.

Horrible staff! Do not eat here! They refused to serve my husband who is a truck driver and has a health condition. He works hard to help other people and just wanted some lunch! They told him no, they cant serve him and he needs to leave! Fix your staff subway! Rude, arrogant jerks!

Terrible service, rude workers, never fully stocked.I went in at 7 PM on a Thursday evening and they had already decreased what they were offering for the evening, closed off the dining room and were out of nearly every bread. The store doesn't close until 10 PM. This was not the first time this happened either. I won't be returning again.
