Can’t say enough about Wags and Whiskers and their employees. Been taking my Beagle (Robo) there for years. both the grooming area and boarding. I highly recommend Christine as Robo loves her although I would trust him to anybody there. Wags & Whiskers is the place for us! They treat Boomer very well & his bath totally relaxes him. If you give Wags & Whiskers a try, you will be hooked, line & sinker just like we were! You won't be sorry. They also offer a very well stocked pet supply store. You will just love this place!

Completely rude and unprofessional. Hung up on me and when I called back all I got got was attitude, a young lady speaking over me, and a sarcastic ‘have a great day’ before hanging up again. I would like an apology. No matter how bad your day is or if you don’t like where you are at in life, it’s no reason to act that way

Very clean boarding, cats seemed good when I picked them up, they followed the directions for my cats,. First time boarding my cats and they seemed okay. One of my cats is shy and the other one aggressive. But they did fine. I would definitely board my cats here again.

If we could rate them zero we would. Three weeks ago, we made a reservation to board our cat with a planned drop off this morning. We arrived about noon and were told they could not accommodate us at that time since their records showed we were dropping our cat off at 9 am. although my husband said he never gave them a specific morning time. Instead we were advised to bring our cat back after 2 pm but it would be an extra $25.00 for early drop off fee or we could wait until after 5 pm. There were at least 3 staffers there; yet, they simply would not help us. We now need to cancel our plans and forfeit a $600 cancellation fee. We will never return there.

We were visiting the area and took our goldendoodle Oakley here for grooming. He came back looking exactly the way we wanted and the price was very reasonable. Everyone was so friendly and our dog looks fantastic. We live about an hour away and we actually might make the drive for grooming in the future. Definitely recommend!!

I left my dog here while I went on vacation for 4 days. They staff was kind but my dog came back with what looked like an bite/puncture wound on his lip. When I asked the only response I got was “we didn’t see anything” which isn’t really acceptable considering your entire job is to watch my dog. We are a single dog home so I know that it didn’t happen here… He was supposed to be bathed, which I paid for but he stunk when I picked him up and had to be bathed when we got home. I had to call for updates, which took forever to get a hold of anyone. This place is terrible in comparison to other local boarding facilities, we will never return.

They do a great job taking care of my Dunkin both in the grooming side and the sitting side. I have never had any problems with them.

A woman hung up on me very rudely. When I called to file a complaint, the same woman claimed to be the supervisor and then tried to make me believe the issue was with my phones reception. I know what bad reception is like on my phone. And curious that the reception was fine until I made my complaint known.

They are always the nicest people, my dog will not let me cut her nails but she has no problem when we bring her there. They treat her so well and you can watch as they do everything. They are also extremely fair when it comes to pricing. Thank you guys for being so awesome!!!

I went in today with my new rescue. The woman at the front desk was so helpful and caring. She fitted my new boy with a harness and helped me pick out essentials for him. I cant thank you enough for being so thoughtful and caring!!

Very welcoming dog boarding. I don't like boarding my dog and this location changed my mind. I would use them again. The people I interacted with truly cared about the care and health of my dog.

Our dogs seemed very happy after boarding here, and were groomed amazingly! They looked very cute in their little bandannas. However, they were extremely thirsty when we brought them home, to the point of drinking from puddles and emptying their water bowl as soon as they got home. They also had to go to the potty immediately after getting home and seemed to have been holding it for a while.

I would highly suggest anyone having a Golden Retriever expecting someone to know how to groom that breed, or anyone expecting any level of professional courteous treatment find another provider. They just lost a good customer as they know nothing about how to talk to or treat customers

Used to work here until I decided to leave based on how the owner allowed employees to treat the dogs in boarding and playcare. An employee would slam doors on to dogs, not give medicine on the correct time or at all, and has allowed sick dogs to stay that could spread to other dogs. When I tried to voice my concerns they were always looked over and my hours were cut because I believed the animals deserved better. The groomers and bathers are really amazing but the boarding situation is inexcusable. It’s sad I worked somewhere where I didn’t feel safe to bring my own dog. Also there’s a bad case of kennel cough going through the kennels and the owner refused to close despite the health of her customers dogs suffering because of it.

Clearly I feel like I am dealing with a different place than these reviews. My experience with boarding in another place (in Maryland) included our ability to see where our dog is kept, having his bed and toys with him, calls or texts daily about how they ate doing and people that showed care about your pet. I saw none of this here.. I have no idea where he was, they didnt from what I could tell use any of his bedding or toys that I brought. I thought the people were very much only there to get paid and not really in it for the dogs.. very disappointed and will not go back.

I cannot say enough good things about Wags and Whiskers. My German Shepherd puppy loves it here and I don't have to worry that she is treated very well. The staff is wonderful!

We were staying in the area for the summer and wanted to get our 2 dogs bathed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The price was VERY reasonable and they were very loving towards our 4 legged children. I highly reccomend Wags & Whiskers to anyone!

I love this place. Staff is very pleasant and caring. While vacationing my furbabies board here ( 2 Chihuahua mixes). They receive the utmost care from each staff member. I always book a large room for them. The staff is also very accomedating. Thank you

Me & my Daughter shops there and the lady's are very nice and helpful . But I'm having little trouble with getting my dog bandit nails cut one of the girls cut to close and his nails started bleeding .it depends on whom cutting his nails I prefer a certain girl to do it . So hopefully when I go back I can choose the girls to do it . No hard feeling I prefer this when certain person not to do his nails again .
