The absolute worst customer service. The cashier never once acknowledged us.The gentleman working this morning never acknowledged us.The associate standing in the middle of the store was too busy having a personal conversation with the customer. When said conversation was over, she did not acknowledge us and could very clearly hear my daughter and I struggling to find the Spring Decor. I will stop there again.

It's much roomier than most other Dollar General stores. The digital coupons are definitely something I would recommend. This location has a decent grocery section. It's not as competitive with prices like major grocery stores. The cashiers were friendly and helpful. The bathroom is acceptable for the disabled.

This is the best Dollar General in Lee County. Probably the best compared to all of the surrounding counties too.It’s a small grocery store and gas station in one!The store is generally clean with good meat and produce. Shop on Saturday with the 5 off 25 for the best deal since you can stack that with other coupons.And the people here seem friendlier than any DG I’ve been in.

I went in there the other day to get something and I over heard the Manager Nathan being very rude to his cashiers screaming at them ..In my opinion if you have something to say to them you take them to the office and speak to them you dont Belittle and disrespect them in front of customers ..Dollar General this Employee makes your store look Bad !! The Cashiers are very helpful and curtious and the Bathrooms are clean The shelves stay stocked ..Just do something about your Manager and your store would be a decent place to shop ..

Really? Dollar General you want a review? Are you sure?..... Ok but just remember you asked! The customer service is a hit or miss some of your employees act as if they are too good for their job but yet here you are! Some stores are overcrowded with merchandise or you don't have what I'm looking for! Which makes no sense seeing how everytime I go you have carts overflowing with merchandise waiting to go on the shelves! So there is you review!😑 Your welcome! Now work on getting better! Oh I need need to get a few things for my home! Off to Family Dollar byeee!!!😂

I wouldn't recommend anyone going to shop at this dollar general as long as the employee Nathan is still employed there. He is very rude and has no concern for others. He wanted to argue about a $2 coupon. I was not about to argue with him it's not that serious. When I asked for customer service phone number he laughed and said look on your receipt. He has a smart mouth. I feel he should not work in customer service at all. I shop here alot but I will go to family dollar or walmart as long as he is there.

If I could give this Dollar General a negative -0 I definitely would because I am a 3 tour combat vet with over 1,000 days of combat as a result to the service of my country. I maintain a ESA (EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL) he is up to date to all federal regulations. However when I came to this location on 15 June 2019 between 4:30 pm and 7:00 pm i was shopping and was told by a 20-27 yr old white male about 5'11" to 6'1" that animals where not allowed in the store. I explained to him that he was my service dog. Hey laughed out loud and turned into a employees only door and as he entered he said and I quote "yeah sure he is " He could of asked for my animal service card! Instead he chose to disrespect me and he called me a liar and disappeared to an area where I could not prove my legitimacy. I have never felt more disrespected at any business establishment that I have been to. I'm not sure if you train your employees on how to handle customers with service animals? If not you should, that employee violated a few federal laws!!!

Love geting my cleaning supplies, my junk food for me & my daughter..I love the prices they have on soap and most definitely dog food..I love their sells..U can spend a little of nothing but come out like you spent $100 but you really only spent $20..

Super nice Dollar General.Clean and great selection of groceries and sundries.Priced right and good off brand food stuffs.Employees are friendly and will answer your questions about store merchandise.But most importantly- They carry Jolt Cola!

I called the DG customer service line to report a DG sales associate who told me he hated working there. He has no experience, whatsoever. I had to wait 10 minutes for another cashier to assist me because he didn't know how to handle returns. The lady took her precious time and kept me waiting and he stayed nearby - that's when he unleashed his unnecessary rant to me. He's Caucasian male, looks mid 30's, he leans as he walks, mumbles/talks to himself (it's scary), wears baggy clothes (no name tag/uniform), and he looks like a wanna be Eminem. I would love to see this guy work full time in tougher, fast paced environments like factory work or in scorching long/hot days in heavy construction work. As for the store? The workers are meh, and everything is overpriced, and the accessories easily break and USB cables are useless. You're better off shopping at Wal-Mart, you can't beat their product quality.

The manager is arrogant and ignorant! It makes my blood boil because I can go in by myself and don't see him, but if I walk in with my husband or mother in law I will see him at the end of every aisle peaking around like he's watching to see if we're stealing...it makes me so mad I can't stand it. Not one person I speak with has nice things to say about him.

Love this DG. It's has pretty much everything you need, being as it has an actual grocery section, including meats, fresh fruit, freezer items, etc. Almost like a mini Walmart maybe, lol. They have a good selection of everything there.

Its there, ita convenient, but the attitude of the employees is just awful. The manager is sexist and inappropriate and no one stays long enough to get to know you....not good in a small town like Broadway.

They need to have each cashier have there own Lane for customers so we can chose who we want to cash us out it's to mest up the way it is an the manager can learn from his cashier's on how to treat the customers

Broadway NC store is the cleanest DG I've seen. Love that store. Nice to be able to get groceries there when I need things fast and easy. 💯👌
