I cannot believe someone is not dead yet from the incompetence. Randomly closed with no warning or change of hours on voicemail or website. I've driven 45 minutes to find a handwritten note in the window that they were closed for the next three days. Impossible to talk to anyone at the store. I receive phone calls that rxs are ready and none are filled when I arrive. Tried having an rx transferred over several times and it is always 'never received' and I believe the other pharmacy. For God's sake do not let them be responsible for filling your life dependent medication.

Kaya in the front is a-ma-zing! She went above and beyond to help me when my credit card wouldn't read following a computer outage. The guy with glasses in the photo lab was very helpful, too.

This Walgreens has very rude pharmacy staff and surprisingly low standards of customer service for a Walgreens pharmacy. They laugh and chat amongst themselves, but have a rude, short and impatient tone with customers both in person and over the phone when people are just asking basic questions about their prescription orders or updating account information or even just inquiring about basic Walgreens procedures. We’ve experienced it at least 5 different times from various Pharmacy staff members in person and over the phone and also witnessed them rushing people through the line who were still needing service on another occasion. I don’t usually write reviews but when we called today the manager was gone and we want it made known and handled. Thank you very much.

Scheduled appt online for pneumonia vaccine for 11:00am. Arrived 10 minutes early and made way to front of line at 11:15. Was told time doesn't matter. Was asked to answer same questions that I answered online, this time verbally then handed the forms to answer same questions for 3rd time. It is now 11:50 and they still have not managed to give us the vaccine.Perhaps pharmacies should stop giving vaccines until they can hire/retain or retrain staff. Just a thought but really I have not been to a pharmacy that handles vaccines well.I recommend that folks go to their doctor's office. Wait time would be much less.

Pharmacists and staff extremely rude, unapologetic, and lied about calling me to let me know that even though their system let me schedule a vaccine for my son, that they had not received their shipment of vaccine. They grew more rude when they said that they "attempted to contact me." This is absolutely not true as my phone has been on all day and no one else has had an issue. Terrible staff.

Don't go to the Walgreens in Brevard to get vaccinations of any kind if you can go elsewhere. The person who does the vaccinations also works in the pharmacy area and only gives a couple of shots an hour. The rest of the time, you sit in a chair and wait.My appointment to receive the second dose of the vaccination was at 2:40 pm but I did not receive it until 3:20 pm. When I asked what took so long, the lady administering the shot rudely said, "unfortunately we are also a pharmacy", meaning that they don't have the capacity to give more than a couple of shots an hour.I asked her why that Walgreens location advertised that they can give shots and accommodate appointments booked on their website if in fact they don't have the capacity to give them. No answer given.

Walgreens unexpected closed and we were unable to get important medication and due to it being a weekend we were unable to get a prescription to another pharmacy. I'd hate to think of what would have happened if we needed life sustaining medicine. Extremely disappointed and we're moving pharmacies immediately.

Better get your prescriptions called in about two days before you need them. They might have them ready by then if you’re lucky. Also, good luck getting a person to talk to you from the pharmacy. It’s like you’ve gotta know a secret code to get a person on the phone.

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy in town. The doctor sent over 2 scripts for my daughter and they filled one. When I went to pick it up they told me it would be 30 minutes. They messed up NOT ME. WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT? Who fills one prescription when two are sent over? This has been the 5th or 6th time they have messed up. So done. Why didn't i change pharmacys earlier?! Stupid me.

I really like Walgreens more than other pharmacies because the stores tend to be cleaner, have a better selection and better deals. I especially like the pharmacy staff (well most of them 😅). They are knowledgeable, helpful and seem to actually care about their patrons. They always remember who I am and what meds I take. Like I said, most of them. There is 2 or 3 pharmacy staff that are not that way. Otherwise, I'd give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went to pick up my elderly fathers prescription and the pharmacy technician, Sherri made some very rude comments about the prescription I was picking up for my father. There were also people behind me in line who clearly heard these comments. Shouldn’t be any of Sherri’s business what prescriptions someone gets. Very unprofessional and will be calling corporate.

Had an appointment for a booster shot. Store was closed because computer systems down. Apparently this is a regular occurrence. Came back the next day for a walk-in appointment and was there for an hour. So disorganized and inefficient. Will stick with CVS.

Rethink getting a COVID booster shot here. Eligible J&J patients who have filled out the appropriate paperwork and secured an appointment are being turned away. Others are subjected to very long waits,, which include standing in line with numerous unmasked patrons and dealing with rude employees who close the window in your face and tell you they pay no attention to appointments, even if you are standing in front of them with all the forms, completed. Incidentally, it's pretty easy to get an appointment at CVS just across the street.

Made appt. on website for 11:45 COVID rapid test. Said be there 5 minutes early. I was only one at window at 11:40. Waited 15 minutes for the women to tell me that they don't do the rapid tests as don't have them.I could come in and pay $25 for an at home test. This is why I pick up my prescriptions in Hendersonville. CVS not much better.

Absolutely terrible experience with their pharmacy. Received the call that my Rx was ready, arrived to a staff that had no idea what I was talking about. Proceeded to wait a combined two hours until one of them came out and said it was out of stock. Feels like I need blood pressureMedicine after that amount of frustration.

Ordered a canvas. Checked in 2 days later. Was told their machine was down that it should be ready the next day. Waited 3 more days. Came back, machine still broken and couldn't give me an ETA. Zero communication. Combine that with shortened store hours. Terrible customer service.

Don't get your medication sent here. Cant get anyone on the phone. Theyre randomly closed all the time without warning. Hours are inaccurate. I had medication that I need called in on Friday, it's now Wednesday and they still haven't filled it. Garbage

They are short staffed like everywhere in Brevard. They closed 3 hours early yesterday and I wasn't able to get medication I seriously needed. Up until now they have been fine. I don't really know what happened here. I went because they were dependable. Now... not so sure.

Worse store in system. Easily 30 minutes for scrip pick up. Close multiple days due to no pharmacist. Go somewhere else if you have a choice.

This Walgreens use to be good! Not anymore very rude and disrespectful to customers. Also didn’t get my prescription correct it was wrong. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Do not go here!!!

VERY clean and neat environment. Aisles are wide enough to get by other patrons. Staff are courteous and helpful, especially in the pharmacy. Lots of choices for our health needs.

Don't use their pharmacy. Filling prescriptions and refills take forever. You can't get through to a human on the phone. Customer service is rude.
