If I could leave zero stars i would. I called this store an hour before arriving to make sure there was someone who could fill our tanks. We were told to be there by 8 and no problem. Arrived at 6:15 and were told there wasn't anyone who could fill the LP gas tank. That we needed to go somewhere farther out of town. The point here is that I called first.

The manager of this store blatantly stole from me. A few days ago I went in to fill up a 20lb propane tank. I already knew that the max volume of a 20lb tank is 4.6 gallons. When I went to checkout the manager (who filled the tank) told the register girl that it was 5 gallons. Note:I did see 5 on the meter when he was done but I didn’t pay close enough attention to whether or not he did a proper tare/reset. I also didn’t really pay attention to how long he purged the tank. It was end of day. I could’ve said something but .4 gallons is not enough to have a conflict. I came back 2 days later for another propane tank. The front end person and the girl that filled my tank rolled their eyes at 5 gallons in a 20lb tank. They identified the guy as the general manager and encouraged me to fill out a complaint form. The girl that filled my tank said, in an alarmed/eyebrow raising tone “he put 5 gallons in a 20lb tank!?!?” The front end girl said “it’s principle” when I downplayed it by saying that it was only about $2. This made me decide to leave this review. If the general manager tries to charge you for 5 gallons in a 20lb tank then they are ripping you off about 10%. Watch your numbers and stand up for yourself regarding what your tank actually holds. You cannot rely on management here to be honest about it. Note: I WILL be following up with corporate to ensure that the employees that were honest do not face retaliation. If they are then I will assist them with any labor department complaints.

I just wanted to take a minute and acknowledge Amy. I had been looking for a particular product that has been having some distribution issues. Every time this product was to come in, it would sell out very fast. Amy went out of her way to find it for me by searching and calling other stores. She saved me time and energy. I appreciate her excellent customer service!

One star because there is nothing less. I really see NO reason for the only cashier to be outside smoking EVERY TIME I go there. He runs out the door any time there isn't a customer at the register and many times doesn't come back in for several minutes even with people waiting. This store REALLY needs to revisit their break policy. If it wasn't almost an hour to the next closest store to me I would NOT shop at this one again.

This store is so cool. I'm not a farm girl so many of the things there I've never used. It's a fun education to browse. We started shopping at Tractor Suppy because they carry a brand of cat food our cats love. The store is bright and well laid out.

Nice store with good inventory. Prices are reasonable and fair. Sales staff is friendly and helpful. If an item is out of stock, I have always gotten a raincheck or they will special order for me at no additional charge. Good customer service !!

There has been 3 separate times where a cashier at this store has forgotten to put our purchase on the special promotional financing. Twice, I have had to call and correct it and the other time we had to wait while a return was processed for each of our purchased items (we had many) and then had to wait further and redo the entire purchase.

Every time I go inside, I find awesome deals that I can't do without. I usually go in for def fluid because it's about the cheapest in Brevard (2.5 gal for $11) and they're easy in and out. Very nice staff they will help you get whatever you purchase to your car and loaded

An extremely pleasant place to shop. Merchandise includes tools for farm, car, garden, any place around home you may need something for:. Nuts, bolts, wire, seasonal baby chicks, ducks. Clothing from top of head to bottom of feet. Nice selection of all. My favorite place to shop or just look around. Employees are very friendly, helpful, and eager to please. Great place, so glad it is available.

What's not to like about the Tractor Store? Somebody needs to give me a $10,000 gift certificate. Lots of goodies here, but mainly the stock focuses on making hard, outdoor work doable and easier. Lots of things you can't find at Ace or Lowe's. Right tools for the right job. Love the place.

Went online to check store inventory. Found exact item, listed as in stock. Drove all the way to the store just to find the item was not in stock. Talked to store personnel and was told that the website was not updated. This is unacceptable. The store management should be held accountable. This is false advertising.

When I first moved here I visited this store and was disappointed, in the past few weeks I have been back and I am in amazement. Products are back on shelf, store is cleaner, the employees are sweet. I have always shopped for our pets in tractor supply and love this store. Now I am proud to say this is becoming my favorite shop for our pets.

Very unfair treatment if you are an African American. They have great prices. Just felt very unwelcome here. Was getting propane and guy in front of me had a SUV like I did. He was able to load his up with nothing said. Attendant even helped him. Come my time and was told because I had a SUV I Couldn't drive away with MY PROPANE TANK. Asked why the other guy could and I couldn't and almost was denied service had to call friend with truck just to get my MY TANK.

Bought dump trailer at Tractor Supply in Brevard about 1 and 1/2 years ago.Needed new tires this spring, went in and they sold me tires with rims. Took them home, did not fit trailer. They had changed design. Took them back and was told I had to buy tires online.Bought online and had them delivered to store. Picked them up, installed and they would not hold air. The original tires had tubes. Took them back and was told - well we can give you your money back - I said I need tires to fit my trailer or I cannot use it. So they gave me 2 tubes for tires. Installed and one of the tubes has a hole in it. How many times do I have to go to that store to get help that is correct. Managers are uninformed and unhelpful.

Went in there because I promised me that they were going to donate a decent prize for one of the double benefits for that we had had for two women that their husbands had passed away and left them in the bind money-wise all medical bills and funeral bills they all they wanted to do note was a shirt and a hat was not even worth the time to go back up there and get and had to call them several times just to do that

This store is woefully understaffed and under stocked. Lots of empty shelves and nobody to ask about availability save the one overwhelmed check out person. Save yourself some time and shop somewhere else.

I buy food for my chickens, geese, cats, and dogs at Tractor Supply and for animal food, their prices are competitive - just. For other items, there seems to be better deals elsewhere. Each spring, they have live chicks and ducklings for sale.

These folks will do everything possible to be helpful. I find most of them go above and beyond to find stuff that I need, even going out to their internet site to help me out. I've made numerous special orders here and again these folks are always very helpful. Great prices and good value. Make sure you get on their mailing list because they send a 10% off coupon about twice a year in the mail.
