Had to give one star because they want let you rate any lower. The worst for delivery and the worst for in store help. I would recommend you go to Home Depot before Lowe’s in Hendersonville nc, and I had been a Lowe’s customer for many years but Home Depot beats them here hands down

Very helpful staff. I asked where their large bottled water was located & they took me right to it. It was not noticeable from main sales floor. Brevard location better than Hendersonville. 10/10

They have all the stuff for home improvement ,, we brought kitchen cabnets for our house and couldn't even get an employee to help me load it , you buy all this stuff and cannt even get a cashier to help,, and when you set the alarm off they want you to wait .. yeah I don't think so. If I have to do your job and expect me to do a good job ,,, You get what you trained me to do

Went to Lowe's to buy wheat straw. Despite it smelling like a barn, it was some fantastic straw! You can tell it was bailed with pride. 🌾 🌾

Staff are always kind and helpful. As you walk by an associate, they will ask if you need help. Just yesterday I lost cell phone. They found it and I was able to r recover it. Thank you Lowe's, Brevard staff.Mrs J

I have easy access to three Lowe's stores but this one is my favorite. It is orderly, clean, well stocked, and staffed with friendly people. Parking is good. What more could I ask for!

My Electrolux washer and dryer were purchased at Lowes in Brevard NC. My experience was easily a five-star one because my sales specialist knew her products, took so time to check my specifications, offer suggestions; included parts I would need and helped with delivery and installation specifics. I'd like to thank Ms. Kay Owen for her expertise and assistance in making the entire process seamless. The careful service in that department was appreciated!

Pet owners beware…if you buy Stainmaster Pet Protect carpet, Lowes will find a way to weasel out of the warranty. We bought 4 rooms of carpet at a cost of nearly $4000 and cleaned it as directed when our dog had an accident during a stroke. The cleaning left stains and Lowes won’t allow us to make a claim. They won’t even respond to my emails anymore. At the store today, they couldn’t find a record of my purchase. The very nice associate said he’d have the department manager call me, but I’m not holding my breath.

An every day adventureI am in the process of finishing the renovation of a mountain top home in Brevard and this store has been my go to place for all things regarding the build. My last bathroom is almost finished and I was able to choose the latest fixtures and fittings for each of the four bathrooms from this store and online. Karen has been the best support, but then again everyone there is an excellent example of great customer experience.

Buyer beware, Lowe’s in Brevard charges more in the store than what the price on their website. I purchased five items in the store that were priced lower on Lowe’s website than the Brevard store charged me….one item I was over charged $315!

Found everything we needed and the cashier we had was EXTREMELY nice. Tried signing me up for the Lowes card but computer difficulty, bless her heart then tried giving me a discount anyway, but register didnt let it go thru because of something to do with the lowes card. Lol we were too confused at that point to even keep going. I commend her for her effort. 😊

This is one of my favorite go to spots for plants, cleaning supplies, paints, DIY projects and so much more in Hendersonville. Location is really accommodating. Their paint staff is wonderful they’re very informed, polite and greatly priced.

Lowes always has what you need for any home improvement project. And on a budget. Helpful sales people. Generous return policy. 5% discount with your Lowe's card on every purchase.Google asked me if anything changed. Nope. Still the same good deals, generous return policy and good materials.I just bought some casters for a table saw stand, and heavy decorative concrete blocks to put around the potted plants on my patio to keep bears from knocking them over. Also bought a new table saw and sawzall.

Jorge was extremely helpful with noticing that we were getting hardwood flooring and offered to help us load the cart and check us out in the back even though we were getting paint as well, so we didn't have to push the cart all over the store. He was very nice and accommodating.

Nice when they have plant sales!! But I always check my plant identifier app to verify what I might buy. Garden area employees have always been pleasant to me and they'll walk me to the area to find what I need.

This store is severely understaffed. Nobody in any department answers the phone. You can never get any help in store and have to chase people down if you cannot get anyone. I know they work hard so it’s not a problem with the workers doing their job. Just never enough workers anymore it seems. This has been a problem last few months.

My order pickup was excellent and went very smoothly!Sam and James S in order fulfilment went above and beyond and were kind, courteous, and professional.The process could not have been improved-as this was the easiest and most efficient pick up ever. They loaded up my vehicle and made sure all the items were secure for the 90 minute drive home. Sam has helped me many times before, and he is *always* helpful, kind, and efficient. I appreciate curbside pickup and always recommend this particular Lowes.

I am working on a bedroom painting project. After selecting several paint color chips I showed them to Brian Jennings, the paint guy at our local Lowe's, to get his opinion on my selections. He listened intently, looked at my photos, checked my color choices and gave me his honest opinion about the best color. He offered a sample paint in that color. I got it and I really like his selection! Brian is very knowledgeable and often helps our family with paint questions. Thanks Brian!

Chronically short staffed, consistently higher than Home Depot, but unfortunately sometimes you HAVE to go here. There was a line 10 people deep and NO REGISTERS OPEN ONLY SELF SCANS TWO IF WHICH WERE NONFUNCTIONAL.

Horrible service. The salesman in appliances ignored us even when we actived the help needed alarm. He didn't even acknowledge our presence! We picked a pricey over-the-range microwave and couldn't even find an employee to buy it from! We went to customer service and requested to see the Manager. The Manager ignored our request. No one offered to help. We left empty handed and we urgently needed a microwave! 😔👎
