This Goodwill has some better deals than most other Goodwill's that I have shopped at. Unfortunately some of the shelves are a bit cluttered & they must not care about the customers too much because they have their bathroom closed off to the public. This must be something that Goodwill's do in N.C. because all of the stores that I go to in my home state of S.C. the bathrooms are always open.

The staff are at times very rude. They close earlier then time posted many days. They list no specials, and offer no bag of plush animals like other stores.Merchandise is limited.They also give overstocked merchandise to people they know outside the store.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff that talk really rudely to their other employees. It feels like such a toxic environment and I only go in if I can’t find what I’m looking for at the other, local thrift stores. All the home goods are SO messy and EXTREMELY overpriced. Most of them I can get brand new for less.The way the managers treat the other staff is really awful and NEEDS to be addressed. It breaks my heart. The you get manger with dark, curly hair is always flippant and unprofessional.

It closes at 6:00 not 8:00 like the website says. After telling the employee that I was getting dressed in the dressing room to leave she walked in on me twice afterwards.

Manager seems over worked. Why else would she talk down to employees Get this woman some more help! The man I am talking about has always been super helpful. He was a senior. Talk to your elders with respect NOT contempt.

EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I have never been treated so poorly when trying to DONATE. Honestly, take your things elsewhere. Certainly take your business elsewhere. I will be speaking to corporate about how I was treated. Specifically, the elder woman working the Saturday morning shift on April 8th. She was absolutely the most unpleasant, unprofessional and disrespectful employee I have ever encountered.

Don't waste your time going here. They refuse my donation because they are too lazy to do their job and move it inside . Store is a mess, and they like to overprice things

Staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and they have a great breakfast. Great location if you are wanting to be near hiking and waterfalls in the area. Close to downtown Brevard too.

The home goods are ridiculously overpriced. You can buy the exact items brand new for less. The shoes they place on the floor are all extremely worn (holes, etc). They send the “good stuff” away for GW to sell at higher prices online.

I didn’t realize Goodwill is allowed to pick and choose when they can take donations. If the store hours are until 5 PM, then you should take donations until 5 PM. I don’t see how you can tell someone you can’t take things at 3:30 in the afternoon.

This Goodwill outlet has been our go-to supply source for wardrobe when we film movies. Always a good selection and helpful staff. Parking is excellent. They lose one star for the very strong weird odor always present in all Goodwill stores.

Shelves and racks are always so full you can barely even look through the items and the store always has a dirty floor and seems neglected. Store has a very odd smell to it as well (like dirty laundry). I've tried to give it another chance several times and each time just reassures me of my opinion on the place. (I am a thrift store junky, not snooty by an means. This store is just not up to par.

normally i dont do reviews but honestly one of the best thrift stores i have been to and continue to go to whenever i need clothing or even just odds and ends it is very clean and maintained very well...hope all have the experience and good time of the true meaning of helping others when you visit or donate to this store

This store has a good amount of clothes. They don't sell many electronics or furniture. They have friendly staff also. 😊
