Came in from Colorado to do some riding with some buddies and decided to rent a bike. I am always nervous what I am going to get with a rental fleet. I was stoked when the bike came out looking brand new. It was well maintained and performed perfectly. They made it easy to make it all happen and the whole experience made our trip awesome. Best part, when I dropped off the bike for return, we grabbed a beer at their shop. Bought a sweet shirt to bring home to my wife and she loves it. Great shop and great service. Highly recommend.

I had them do a little work on my Cannondale gravel bike. Matty in Service was super helpful in explaining things and did great work on the bike. Great service and good vibes.

I looked them up for some possible help with a Bontrager warranty. I was excited to see that they were a Devinci dealer as well as Trek since I have both. However, I was disappointed to hear they charged a $30 processing fee for the warranty. I understand them wanting to make money but they need to think of the long game. I won’t be taking my Trek or Devinci there for serviceI found another Trek dealer that is more than happy to take care of me and while I’m there will probably pick up some tire sealant and possibly a tire for when my new wheel arrives.Gotta think of the long game fellas.

Earth Mountain has been my go-to shop now for about a year and I have been so incredibly impressed with not only their workmanship, but also their customer service. Every time I bring my bikes in they always go WAY above and beyond to make sure I'm getting the best service. The staff is super friendly and has helped me out on a number of occasions. I can't recommend Earth Mountain highly enough.

The quality of work performed and same day turn around was excellent. My issue was the mechanic telling me that my old dropper post was "no good and not working", when that is clearly not the case. My old dropper post is working just fine and does not need replacement.I was in Brevard on an MTB vacation and my dropper post cable broke. I took my bike in to EMB and was relieved to find out they would be able to replace the cable that day. But 10 minutes later the mechanic called me and told me that my old dropper post was no good, wouldn't fully extend, and needed to be replaced. The old post had wear marks, but worked well enough. I told the mechanic to just replace the cable and that I was not going to buy a new dropper post. A couple hours later when I picked up the bike, the mechanic stated he was able to get my old dropper post working again (which was no surprise to me, since I doubt the "failure" existed with the seat tube clamp properly torqued). I didn't mind paying $55 to have my cable replaced and post mechanism cleaned on short notice, and would have given them a 5 star review had they not tried to sell me a new dropper post that I didn't really need.

I was visiting from Tampa and I needed a new shift cable on my Trek Stache. These guys took care of my bike quickly with a new cable and housing. The service was top-notch. They even checked and adjusted my B-tension (which needed help too). I rode my bike in Dupont for two days after they fixed it, and the shifting was perfect. It’s a really great store with a great assortment of bike accessories.

Bike shops have a unique ability of making newbies feel intimidated and stupid. NOT earth Mountain! I walked in with a stupid situation because I made a stupid mistake and Hodge had a great workaround for me! And he didn't make me feel stupid! Ha! He got the job done quick, explained everything he was going to do, and it was just a great experience. Great place to go and super nice people. What more could you ask for? It'll be my go-to bike shop from now on.

For me, bike shops need to be a few things1) they need to have good competent mechanics. There’s a lot I can do myself so I’m a bit picky when it comes to the things I’m not good at. These guys are solid!2) bike culture matters. Having a good, relaxed, and laid back feel in the shop when some can be super uptight is awesome.3) having beer and coffee certainly helps!This is a shop I not only take my bikes into, but also somewhere that’s I love to grab a beer and relax when I have time.

The Best Bike Shop in BrevardJon provided me with great advice and shared personal experiences on local riding while I was searching for a new fork. Very polite, very competitive prices. Having visited the shop several times, this is the only place in Brevard to buy an affordable bike/component. Will definitely consider them first, especially because they have the best shop dogs.

This shop was really beautiful and I highly recommend checking them out. Unfortunately though, it was a little awkward because we were not acknowledged at all while we were there. It was not busy in the shop save for just a few other people but we didn’t get so much as a nod, smile, greeting or anything the entire time and we were there for quite a while. After just riding Kanuga we were excited to look into some new gear and bike options but we just got sort of a bad vibe so decided to shop elsewhere. We still left with a cool shirt though! I definitely recommend to check them out and hopefully you just have a better experience and feel more welcome! :)

Great bike shop to work with. Loved the rental bikes and rental process. We had to re-arrange our reservation at the last minute and Earth Mt worked with us to accommodate. Wish we had more time to hang out and have a refreshment with the shop. Would highly recommend for anyone planning on visiting and renting.

EMB has exceeded the 5 star rating of my first review (below) from a month ago. At my last visit during the Tour de Trans Matty straightened my bent rubbing front rotor for $10! Who does that? EMB!Today’s eGravel bike rear wheel truing was $25. Who does that ? EMB! And then they offered to replace the 12 rear suspension bearings on my Trance X for $80 labor when The Hub quoted more than double after I answered that it’s not a Santa Cruz. Who does that? Now you knowOriginal post from July ‘23 -Earth Mountain is my favorite bike shop in Brevard. Vaughn and Matt ( and even the owner) have helped me briefly on many upgrades I’ve done to my bikes myself and refuse to charge me, so I always buy there now. They have everything I ever need including coffees.

I was passing through with some friends on a bike trek and decided to stop by this newly opened shop to get some parts for my buddy’s Trek bike. We all appreciated the layout , feel , the coffee and the people there. I started chatting with one of the owners and realized he is a chef as well. We talked chef stories , the people we have served and future projects. Leroy not only knows his bikes but has a passion for the culinary arts. We sat and sipped some great coffee together and had some laughs. At times , we did not feel we were in a bike shop but more of someone’s home. Got what we needed for our trip and headed on our way. These guys are legit and give Brevard and what that town is all about....mountain biking and hospitality . Make it your destination to stop by and meet Leroy
