I'm a regular at Dunkin Donuts in Brevard, NC. The most recent trip, they took a long time to take the order and even longer to deliver. How long? I don't know. After pulling up to the window and waiting 10 minutes I gave up. I got their attention and told them to cancel the order. The woman gave the impression that she would be quite happy if all customers would just go away and stop bothering her.Keep in mind I always leave a generous tip and normally receive great service. I figure I'll wait 2 weeks for that crew to quit or be fired before I try again.

Good people.Bad location standards (donuts are not fresh and sandwiches are cold)Typically in the early morning. When I asked at 7:00 a.m. if there were any not stale donuts I was told they could make some fresh ones real quick but all they have are ones from last night... GrossAgain, the coffee is good... When they remember to give it to meSo I've lost two coffees to this location and a dozen and a half donutsI'm sure the folks in there think they're doing a good job according to how they were trained.Maybe the expectation is the first donuts in the morning are the stale left over ones from the night before after they've been sitting out for 10 hours (in which case Dunkin - have you ever met a paying customer that was excited about a stale donut?)

Waited an hour in drive-thru for my mobile order. They locked their lobby so we couldn't go inside. I asked for managers number and a business card. They refused to provide one. Not surprised by the low sanitation score. Crew continuous wiped their noses on their hands and sleeves. Told us they were short staffed despite us watching 4 employees standing around laughing including a kid not in uniform.

They completely forgot my food order one day. Whatever. I came the next day, and they gave me the wrong food order. I went back through the drive-through once I noticed, I very politely asked for the correct order, showing my receipt, teenager at the window basically rolled his eyes and acted like it was annoying. No apology. Just overall organized and bad service at this specific location

I was on vacation in the area passing through Brevard, NC and decided to get something to eat at this Dunkin Donuts. Upon ordering in the drive thru, they told us they couldn't make any food, and this was at about 8 pm. When I drove by the window, I could see two young employees kind of snickering. My interpretation is that they just didn't want to work. I drove by the place again a couple of times while looking for another place and noticed that there were no customers. Lazy employees.

The staff was very friendly and efficient and getting my coffee order. By the way if you have not tried the new midnight Brew I highly recommend it. It has a robust flavor and is perfect with a double shot of salted caramel flavoring and one cream. You still get the wonderful taste of coffee accented with the flavoring. Easy in and out location here.

Second try at this location. Terrible donuts. 6 donuts almost 10 bucks. Stale. The Boston cremes had a tiny splash of chocolate on one side. One was frosting filled rather than cream. For good donuts go anywhere else. Ingles gas station, ingles grocery store, food lion, aldi's. Several marathon gas stations have better donuts. Nobody in line, but still took a looong time. I'm all for giving young people jobs, but if they're THAT bad at making donuts get somebody else. Last time I'll be there. Went on afternoon of 5/19/23 through drive through.

The staff that are making the coffees suck! They need to make the coffee’s the way they are supposed to be made. Not just blending them and passing them on without adding the signature twist to them! They did not give me what I paid for.

Service here recently has been extremely slow, there’s no line or rush and they’re still slow to get out an order that consists of a coffee and a breakfast item. They’ve also been messing up my order recently. I order on the app and they give me something that’s just not what I ordered. Also since I order on the app I assume I don’t have to order whenever I get there but when I get to the window they’re asking me what I ordered and making it after I tell them; and then after all that they still give me the wrong order.

Ordered a few donuts, 2 orders of snacking bacon, and a couple iced coffees.The drinks were 3/4 full with ice, and both orders of snackin bacon were disgusting due to being extremely over cooked.Would not recommend this location.

I have never reviewed a Dunkin Donuts because they are usually all the same - you pretty much know what you're going to get regardless of location.I usually order the same thing when I go to DD - a breakfast sandwich - and usually that sandwich comes out looking as if it survived an apocalypse, only to be revived, reheated, and still somehow still served cold and smashed. It's rare that I'll get food at Dunkin Donuts because of this.We were camping nearby, had already packed up our things, and wanted to grab coffee - and since we were there - a quick breakfast. I don't know what's happening at thus Dunkin, but for the first time ever, our breakfast sandwiches came out looking like they belonged in a TV commercial. The eggs were fluffy, the meat looked like a plump juicy (edible) patty, and the bun was perfectly toasted. On top of this, the sandwiches arrived assembled not smashed and warm, not cold. Literally the first thing I said to my husband when I opened the sandwich wrapper was, "Does this sandwich look different to you?" To which he replied, "I was going to ask you the same thing."So while I rarely see the need to review chain restaurants, I feel like this one deserves a special call-out. Thank you for serving me a sandwich that looks like a sandwich.Keep doing what you're doing, and maybe pass along that info to all the other Dunkins.

Once a great coffee shop, this store has only gotten worse with time. It's a well known fact around town that it is inconsistent and delivers poor quality goods. Order your coffee the same way and it will always come back different than the last time. Donuts, muffins, munchkins are often stale and dry from being left on shelf all day. Make your order short and sweet and somehow it still get messed up and you get the wrong items, an entirely different orders drink/food, etcThey are often out of stock on basic store necessities such as proper lids, cups, straws etc. Most of the workers are teenagers who don't know any better than what they are trained, which shows a direct negligence from management.TLDR This store needs new management ASAP if it's going to make a profit and still continue to be of service in this town

Dunkin Donuts is my absolute Favorite Fast Food Place in my life. I love the unsweetened Green Tea. My husband, a coffee connoisseur, thinks DD is best Fast Food coffee and is going to buy DD coffee for home. It is unbelievable that DD will do a toasted Bagel, unheard of. The only item I cannot recommend is the Crossiant.

This is my apsolute favorite place to go for breakfast and coffee! Always great customer service and with me not owning a vehicle, they don't mind at all when I walk around to the drive through window for my order. I also really appreciate that they have dog treats in the window, I wish everywhere had this but I'm at least thankful the great DD suports the dog community!

Moderately busy but order was wrong twice. Got a caramel cold brew, loaded with cream both time, cold brew is typically very dark, even with flavor added but this was incredibly light colored. Ordered a decaf french vanilla iced coffee and we are still trying to figure out what it actually is. Has a hazelnut flavor but also a berry flavor, very confusing.

I mobile ordered and my friend picked it up about 10 minutes later. My peach refresher tasted like water with a splash of peach and I didn’t even get the grilled ham and cheese I ordered. Donuts were good

This store is always out of a lot of different donuts whenever I go. It would be nice if they kept the donuts stocked better.
