I love this store! It's one a very few stores in its area so makes it possible to do a quick trip to the store to pick up odds an ends. The staff in the store is very helpful an knowledgeable of the products they carry. Then the location and the parking lot makes it very simple to get in and out of the store without having to wait long periods of time on traffic. The only reason I give this store a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star is the simple matter that most likely is inevitable, is that they sell out products quite often with the large amount of customers that visit the establishment on the regular. All an all I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area!

This store is not just below average, it is unacceptable. Randomly closed, aisles clogged with mdse to-be-stocked, shelves empty. Probably worse in a 3rd world country but doubt it. On the other hand the Becky Mtn store closer to Brevard seems to be the exact opposite. Clean, open, stocked - ready for business. See Off store should be closed or set up with crackerjack mgmt. Right now, this store is one to avoid. Doesn't deserve one star.

The hours say they are open at 8am but the store rarely opens before 10am, sometimes noon. I have to go into Brevard more often than not. Make sure you call before you go.

Clean and well stocked with great prices and variety of merchandise. Employees are friendly and helpful urging folks to come back. Selling eggs in wuantities less than a dozen as well as smaller cartons of milk would be more conventient for campers.

Worst customer service….called to see if the store carried a particular product. Cashier hung up on me! Called back and was informed she (the cashier) hung up on me because she had customers! Learn some customer service techniques like: Can you hold please, I have several customers at the cash register and I’m the only person in the store” REALLY!

I was so glad DG built their store here. Our little community needed it. There are some uptight well to do people that doesn’t like it, but they don’t shop there anyway. The personal at the store are always polite and helpful. The store itself is outstanding. Keep up the good work.

Never know when they'll be open, just left there and it was closed. Sign on the door saying they'll close at 6pm, lights on, door locked and employee care parked out front. Really hope that the District Manger sees this and starts to do something about their store. Dont want to give any stars buthave to give 1 for this to post.

This place started out amazing with friendly helpful employees but now usually everything is gone and literally takes 2 months to restock anything. The employees are not helpful or friendly and nice anymore and especially the manager. She is always hateful and doesn't want to help with anything and she got a very very bad attitude and started yelling at my husband and she also yelled the F word at him at the register in front of God and everyone over a bottle of Iron that I have to have because he thought he had 2 bucks in cash for it. When he realized the cash was not in his pocket Emily was working the register, she got really mad told my husband she couldn't do anything with the system or fix it bc he screwed up and shut down the entire system. She then proceeded to humiliate him with her insanely bad attitude and went and got Marilyn the manager and she was even worse with the attitude, humiliation and yelling very ugly cuss words, everything about her in general is extremely unprofessional, rude and downright ugly. I mean if you hate your job then don't go especially if you are going to be insanely rude, hateful, yell at a customer in front of everyone especially over $1.87 to be exact and yell profanity over $1.87 in cash. I will not return to this store unless they get rid of the most unprofessional employees I have ever seen. This place has lost all of our business and support until I have been notified by a dollar general regional manager that they have replaced the unprofessional employees and get someone in there that can and wants to properly do their job correctly with a better nicer attitude. I would not recommend anything about this place to anyone unless you enjoy being yelled at and the F word yelled at you in front of everyone at the register just bc you didn't have 2 bucks in your pocket to pay for a medication.

Nice store. Recently moved back to Connestee Falls after relocating to Asheville for six years and now there is the Dollar General.Very helpful having this store less than five minutes away.

My only real complaint was that my GPS couldn't find it. This store was a life saver as I was working up the mountain from it and they were the closet store. My equipment broke and I was able to drive to it from memory and get what I needed.

Isles are always full of carts, can't even see items on shelves or even get to them. Need to hire some college students to do stocking in evening hours so store is functional during open hours.

Its over stocked with boxes. Needs someone to stock the shelves an clean the aisles up so you can walk down them. Do l like the store other wiseYou bet.

Good for essentials that you run out of such as milk, eggs, cereal, cleaning supplies and pet food. MUCH closer than the full-service grocery stores in town and the prices are OK.
