Not my usual pharmacy but used in a pinch. Upon entry I was greeted, as I was at the pharmacy desk by several busy workers. The lady that checked me out was exceptionally friendly and nice. I left smiling. A lovely experience

I won't be dealing with CVS anymore after today. It's an issue every single time the er calls in meds for my kids. Made us wait on meds just to tell us they didn't even have it. Dealing with sick kids is stressful enough!!!!

This CVS has a lot of issues currently with being understaffed and dealing with renovations. Their drive thru is shut down and the line inside is sometimes wrapped around the store. I am very understanding of that and was willing to deal with it. However, 3 days ago, I had a prescription for an antibiotic sent in via a telehealth doctor/website. CVS said they were out of this antibiotic and that it could take a couple of days to get it in stock. I attempted to transfer the prescription to Ingles in Mills River in order to get it that day instead of waiting. When I called Ingles to see if the prescription was ready, they said that CVS had not sent it over, despite Ingles reaching out multiple times. I reached out to ingles a few more times over 24 hours to see if the prescription was ever transferred. It’s now been 2 days, I called CVS this morning and they said that the prescription is no longer in their system. When I tried explaining that it wasn’t in ingles’ system either, and that it’s a prescription that I NEED TODAY, the lady on the phone got very rude with me. I was trying to understand how they could’ve possibly lost my prescription. CVS doesn’t have it, Ingles doesn’t have it, and I’m now left paying for another telehealth appointment to get a new prescription sent to Ingles. I was trying to understand how a digital prescription could’ve been lost, but I was hung up on in the middle of trying to understand. And now am left with no resolution. The Ingles pharmacist was extremely kind and compassionate towards me and I will be having my doctors send over new prescriptions to Ingles and will not be dealing with any CVS location anymore.

Drive thru pharmacy always takes at least 30 mins to get through. Might be the times I come to get my meds or the people who come through at that time. I don't know what possibly can take so long, when I'm at the window I'm done within 3 minutes. Not blaming the employees as customers are usually the people but dang. The wait time is ridiculous. Go somewhere else if you don't want a long wait time.

That pharmacy is totally ridiculous. Takes a whole one hr lunch break to get medicine. Had to switch my spouse to Ingles to finally get his stuff sorted out.

SEVERELY understaffed. The drive through closes randomly without any signage indicating that the window won’t be opened, you just have to ring the call button and see if anyone answers. The lines inside are often incredibly long, the staff manage to come across as both rude and unhurried, and whenever I call my hold time has to be at least ten minutes on average. The turnover must be high, as I rarely see the same person twice. This is clearly a stressful job, and I hope the staffing issues are resolved (if that is what’s actually the problem). Absolutely dread going to this pharmacy.

I use their website to manage my RX. Rarely are the prescriptions ready. Their website must go into a dark hole. Compared to my old CVS in Florida their service is poor. If you are going to have a website, pay attention to it !!

CVS is on the ball with its extra care program , BOGO sales and couponing. Its stores are well-lit, easy-to-access and clean. They are also adequately staffed with helpful people.

I am a veteran so I typically get my prescriptions from the VA. I had to go to urgent care today because the VA is restricting those that can come due to the virus that is spreading. I needed an antibiotic so I had it called in to CVS which is where I would get my prescriptions before I became a veteran. I picked up a prescription last week from CVS with no issues. I have to get prior authorization before picking up a prescription from CVS so that the VA will cover it. I dropped off my prescriptions at the window and explained to them that I’m not sure how they go about finding the authorization but if there were any issues to please call me. They called me and told me that there was a number that says I needed to call. I called the number and got the authorization information and wrote it down. I took it back to the window and gave it to the pharmacy people and told them that that was the info they would need to file the prescription. The woman Asked me if I would drive around again and pick it up since there was a car behind me. I did so, no problem. When I get back to the window the pharmacist is there and he asks me how long it had been since I called and got this authorized. I said it had been maybe 5 or 10 minutes. He proceeds to tell me that I had been nasty the last time I came through the drive-through. I asked him who was I nasty to? Because I wasn’t nasty to anyone, he then tells me that it takes more than just a few minutes to get this filled and he can’t have me just sitting at the drive through (there were no other cars behind me at this point). I had received a text saying that my prescription is ready. And I had just been told to drive around that the prescription will be ready. All I was doing is what I was told. He was very rude to me and continued to demean me when I asked if I could just have my paper prescriptions back and I would take them elsewhere. He continued to fuss at me and demeaning me and at this point I was crying and asking if I could please just have my Prescriptions back so that I could take them somewhere else. When he finally returns with them he shoves them through my window and says have a nice day and slammed the window. I have never dealt with a more rude and unprofessional pharmacist in my life. I am ashamed that this is how the cvs in my town treats veterans who are not used to having a prescription filled with them.I will never ever ever take a prescription to CVS again nor will ever shop there for any need.

Great customer service. I can find just about anything I need with exception certain groceries. I LOVE the idea of a drive thru when I am in a hurry or in pain and just dont feel like going in to get my meds.

Went to doctor with coughing and he ordered cough RX on 12/13. CVS was out of stock. Promised it by 12/15 after 6:00 pm. It didn't come in. Called CVS and they said they would call the doctor and arrange for a substitute on hand. They did not call even though they had the whole day. Very disappointed 😞.

I was attempting to have a prescription filled (first time here) by my doctor in Jacksonville, FL—a simple transaction that took three phone calls to both the pharmacy and finally again to my physician, who had to call them and talk them through filling it. Huh? I was rudely told by a rep named Lori, when it finally was filled hours later, that there was a “glitch,” she supposed. She did not give a whit that there was a problem. I asked to speak with a pharmacist, but no one came forward. Lori was the sole representative of this pharmacy, to which I won’t return.Pitiful service.

waited an hour and a half for covid vaccine, the pharmacy forgot to print my flu shot paper so i had to go back and wait at pharmacy to have them print the paper and wait for the nurse to be available to give me the shot. One nurse, people scheduled to get the vaccine at the same time, no helper she has to do everything. please provide more staff at the pharmacy and the vaccination area on Saturdays!

The staff at CVS Brevard is very competent and always demonstrates an energetic hustle. They communicate very well with my doctors and strive to make the management of my medications as seemless and trouble free as possible. Thanks guys !

I just moved from NV to NC and I had prescriptions that I needed filled. I am on worker's comp and they took the time to process each prescription in order for me to have them. I appreciated all of the help.

This CVS is very clean and orderly. It's got just about everything. Only downer: the prices. Lots of the same stuff cheaper elsewhere. The Minute Clinic is great, but more expensive than my regular doctor, even with insurance. Friendly staff, helpful.

made an appointment at the minute clinic for 10:10 and proceeded to wait for an hour. Then I was told my prescription was ready and I waited 1.5 hours because they had my insurance card. Gave nothing but sass to customers. Really unimpressed.

They do not do covid testing here or any testing here if you have a sore throat. Go somewhere else. Why can’t they just put this on their website so we don’t waste our time making appointments that they will not keep (we live 30 minutes from CVS). They are useless go somewhere else.

Staff member argued with me over which prescription I was in there to pick up and I was picking up my own prescription , then continued trying to fill the wrong one telling me that was what I asked for which was not even close to being it. Hmmmm.
