OMG! The variety of baked goods and breads are amazing, but you gotta be there early before they sell out. Coffee is from a local roaster and compliments the sweet goods any time of day.They have a few cafe tables inside for seating and a early rise, friendly staff ready to serve you. Don’t be surprised if you have to wait in line, even at 7am.

I try bakeries everywhere we go but we have the best bakery right here in Brevard. The owner works so hard to deliver only the very best. The pastries are so buttery and tender. The breads are fresh and flavorful and the cookies are delicious, too! You can taste the love in every bite. I highly recommend stopping in while your in town.

The coffee here is also fantastic. Get here early - for a small shop in a small town, this place gets some major foot traffic.

Let me count the waves. I am addicted to bracken mountain bakery. The Blueberry cheese danish taste exactly like a blueberry cheesecake. Both butter or chocolate croissant is to die for. I am french and the croissant has not disappoint me at all. It's flaky and buttery delicious. Even though it takes me 30 minutes to get there. It is definitely worth the drive. I high recommend Bracken mountain bakery.

Bracken Brown bread with molasses was taken home. It was one of the most flavorful and tender brown breads I gave ever eaten.The crossiants were flakey and buttery baked to perfection. The lemon curd Danish was also a ten.Chef Lorenzo

Love this place. Their drink of the day specials are always great and brewed at perfect drinking temperatures.Still as great as always. Fresh pastries and bread is delicious.Love this place. Love the people that work there. They are so nice.Love the bakery items and getting the drink of the day. 10/10 recommend the jalapeno cheddar scones and literally everything else.Vegetarian options: Pastries and drinks are all vegetarian

Well, we just moved to Brevard and are so happy to have found this wonderful bakery. The bread is fantastic, particularly the sourdough and the very authentic croissants. But, my personal favorites are the whole grain English Muffins (see photo). They may be one of the best baked products I've ever eaten, just fantastic. I have one with my morning coffee each day!

Just finished a loaf of whole wheat walnut bread and it’s amazing. The sunflower oat and harvest brown are two of my favorite loaf breads.Vegetarian options: All the breads are vegetarian and many are vegan.Kid-friendliness: Deliciousness is kid-friendly.

The BEST bread and pastries in town!The scones are delicious, my favorite is dried cherry.The cookies are amazing, try the snickerdoodles.The breads are top-notch, try baby Sicilian on Saturday, baguettes all day... also excellent are the flatbreads like spinach artichoke or striata.. I recommend bringing some home to heat up, but I also liked sitting there with coffee and a scone.Bottom line: you can't go wrong hereAlso for doggos, tasty biscuits. They come to the door and wait expectantly. Very cute.Super friendly staff, amazing bakers, good prices. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Wow! Best bakery we have been to in ages and we have visited many. Bracken Mountain Bakery was the most pleasant find on our five day stay in Brevard, NC. Chanced upon it while biking through town and bought a cherry chocolate scone, a bear claw, and took two very large cookies (white squirrel and chocolate chip) with us back to our campground. Everything was so delicious we rode our bikes 6 miles back two days later, just for the bakery. Loaded up on four more scones and six cookies. If you like good fresh baked with all natural ingredients, items, this is the place to stop. The staff was efficient and friendly and their prices were lower than any bakery we have visited. The size of every item was large. Nothing was overly sweet, which we appreciated, and still taste great the day after (as I sit at our campsite eating the last bite of my scone). The whole town and area is wonderful but it is Bracken Mountain Bakery that will bring us back from Charlotte again.

Wished I had pictures to shirt but sadly every time the goodies don’t last and we end up eating them in the car ride and they are fine before we get home to Raleigh. Love the scones and danishes! Always to manage to bring doggie treats for the doggies back home. Get there early because it sells out fast! Our favorite bakery in town and a must every time we are in Brevard!

I love the bread here! I try a new loaf every week and I'm always pleased. It's also a nice place to sit and relax with a pastry and a cup of coffee. Staff is very friendly and always willing to give recommendations.
