Slightly different, offbeat grocery experience. To start with, don't forget to bring quarters & your reusable bags - Aldi doesn't provide paper or plastic, & the ones they'll sell u, range from $2 & some change, to insulated bags at $6-8 per. The quarter is for vending deposit to use a cart (which, in theory, u get back when u return your cart). Love they're produce prices, but other products are close to other chains, & there's a noticeable absence of many national brands- never heard of many. And they don't a beer cooler !! This alone often triggers a 2nd stop to another store.

An excellent ALDI! Nice plantings in parking lot, traffic light at entrance for safer driving. Bigger store than some, laid out much like the Arden store. And I’m delighted to end my long treks to the Arden store! Found all my favorites here, or at least the spot where they were. Looks like it has been busy for opening week. Friendly checkout person in spite of the crowds. Approximately 50% masked at my visit. I especially liked the upgraded bag packing area with full windows.

In and out is what it's all about. Has about everything you need but limited selections. You want to choose from 30 different catsup types. Look elsewhere. What they carry is good and at a good price. My go-to store.

The whole place is just kind of jerky, understaffed and unhappy.People who work in customer service need regular breaks, cost of living pay, and health insurance. You can tell when you go to a place like this and it’s always depressing and stressful that these needs are not being met of the people who work there. I watch people pat themselves on the back for eating organic foods but then don’t address the inequalities of those who wait on them. Do better Aldi.

We love Aldi, but recently quality of produce is slipping. Purchased strawberries yesterday but had to toss 1/2 away. Lettuce was already turning brown while still in store, so didn't buy. Great prices but if not fresh, then lost benefit. Non-produce items are excellent.

Worst shopping experience out of 20 AlDIs I have been to in USA!Pay attention to the price wrote in black tag You thought u got good deal But then they charged u double price after u checked out.I only bought about 15 items And 3 of them in black tag have the same issue .Staff working there is really rude when u try to get an explanation of why the price is not right as they put there. They said it’s customer put the items in the wrong place But they can’t find where those products should be and they don’t know the price!That’s too ridiculous Who will put all same products in wrong place ?Poor merchandising!Luckily it’s just a grocery when we on vacation ,not our local ALDI!Go ingles and foodlion nearby!Barely leave a bad review! Hope it’s my last time!

This market is like the others, shorthanded. They might want to consider using an intercom when there's only one person on a register, so there are not 6 or 8 people waiting in line. I saw one employee almost run so he wouldn't be called to help. Never see anyone in management there after 4:30/5 pm.

Love the fresh fruits and vegetables. Their dairy section from Happy Farms are reasonable and affordable. However, the cashier's literally CHUCK your items into the new cart waiting for you. I carefully clean and wipe down my cart. Why can't I use my clean cart?! I have had bread and fragile things at the end of the belt become damaged. It is like the cashier's are timed to RACE through each transaction. I have talked with so many friends how much they love Aldi but not the way the cashiers race, and chuck groceries into a new cart.I wish senior management would go under cover and test this out. Not Undercover Boss but this is the one thing which is limiting me from shopping there exclusively.

Suzi was amazing and very friendly. She helped me quickly find the products I needed. She even walked me to the items.The cashier, Pat was quick and efficient and I was through her line in about 3 minutes.The store was clean, bright and organized. I live in the next town, but we will definitely come back in to town just to shop here.

Easy access and parking, couldn't find everything I needed but what I did find was a great price. Had to go to Ingles to finish off everything that I needed.check out was slow but they added an extra line so that helped. ,10:30 am on a Wednesday

First time in the Brevard aldi since it opened. Very Bright, very nice and neat, However, the cashier that i had must have been having a horrible day she was very snappy and rude to me 3 times. I told her to have a nice rest of her day and i certainly hope it got better for her with no response. Ill shop there again but i will find a different cashier next time.

It's Aldi, but a large and super clean one. Most items are less expensive than other grocery stores in the area and they have great specialty goods like cheeses, dips, sweets, breads, healthy options, and fish.

This place is crazy cheap, like Walmart prices cheap. There's some stuff in here like literally half the price than at Ingles. The best thing to do is get a much as you can get here and pick up what they don't have from Ingles or Food Lion. There's always something in here you haven't eaten that is woruth checking out since they change what they have often.

The employees at this location seem to make up rules on the spot every day. I have been refused returns for spoiled food on more than one occasion, and denied a cart because I didn’t have a quarter and the cashier would not loan one out, and talked down to by said cashier. I have never had these issues at any other location. Hopefully management and employees attitudes change to reflect those of every other Aldi location in WNC.

I love shopping at Aldi! The selection of artisan cheese at a fraction of the regular cost! The only downside today was that they were out of my French roast coffee that I love to buy there!
